2        Case FIR No. 158/14 dated 23/05/14  U/S  447, 379, 34IPC has  been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Dhani Ram  S/O Sh.  Naju Ram  R/O  Bagla P.O. Badsu Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   that on 21/05/14  Nirmal Singh  came along with  wife  and  removed the two  trees from his  land (Kasra No. 365/322) . HC Sant Singh  No. 66 I/O of P.S. 3        Case FIR No. 159/14 dated 23/05/14  U/S  341, 323, 504,  355 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh   on the  complaint of Sh.  Hari Om   S/O Late Sh.  Khaki Ram  R/O  Chhalkhi P.O. Diyargi Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on  23/04/14  at about 4PM  when he was cultivating  his  field in the mean time  Shadi Ram  came along with  his  son  and  daughter-in-law   and obstructed  him  and beat him up and also used the derogatory  remarks  on him .  SI  Sandeep  Sharma  I/O of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case. 

4        Case FIR No. 73/14  dated 23/05/14  U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has  been  registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Smt.  Sumna Devi  W/O Sh.  Satish Kumar  R/O  Passal har  P.O. Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 20/05/14  at about  6:30 AM    Roshan Lal , Bharat  Bhushan ,  Kanta Devi  & Pervesh  obstructed  her way and  beat her up and also threatened  with dire consequence .  ASI Thakru Ram I/ C of  PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 72/14 dated 23/05/14  U/S 39  of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  Insp. Amar Singh  that  on 23/05/14    he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 45 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Om Parkash S/O Sh.  Baldev Singh R/O  Shanan Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Insp. Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.  

6        Case FIR No. 155/14 dated 23/05/14  U/S 420, 417, 494, 495, 506,120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of Sh.  Rahual Suman S/O Sh.   Bansi  Ram  Suman R/O  Laka P.O. Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that  he was  married  with  Bandna D/O  Kartar Singh  R/O  Tikkari Sadhyani Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi . But  Bandna   already  married  with    Sandeep Kumar  on  7/10/2011  and above  Bandna and her parents hatched  criminal  conspiracy  for obtaining wrongfull marriage. ASI  Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. 8        Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 23/05/14  U/S  363, 366 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the  complaint of  Sh.  Jai Ram S/O Sh. Sanget Ram R/O  Shankahal P.O. Malog Tehsil Karsog that  on 20/04/14  Sonu Malik S/O Sh. Shahib Singh  R/O  Jairi P.O. Dingi Shahibvad Kurukashitra (HR) kinapped her minor daughter with the intention of marriage.  ASI  Jhabe  Ram I/O  of  P.S.   Karsog is investigiatng the case.

3        Case  FIR No. 51/14 dated 22/05/14  U/S 447, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the  complaint of Sh.  Het Ram  R/O  Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  Savitry Devi W/O Sh.  Dhari R/O  Karsog  came along with  Puran Kaur  and   entered illegally  in the  his land  situated  near main Bazzar Karsog  and also threatened  him  with  dire consequence .  HC Tej Singh I/O of P.S. 2        Case FIR  No. 52/14 dated 21/05/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the  complaint of Sh. Tara Chand  S/O Sh.  Feta Ram R/O  Panjai  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  21/05/14  at about  5:30 PM  when he along with  Kanshi  Ram were crossing the NH-21 near  Thalout,  in the mean  time  one Tempo Traveler (PB01A-2987) which was driven by  Devinder Singh  S/O Sh. Gian Singh  R/O Shivgarh  Distt.  Patyala (PB) came  rashly from  Mandi side and   hit the  Kanshi Ram  and he sustained injuries .  HC Harbans Singh  No.68 I/O of P.S. 3        Case FIR No. 124/14 dated 21/05/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV  Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sundernagar    on  the complaint of  Sh. Navdeep Thakur  S/O  Sh.  Pawan Kumar   R/O  Chapanu P.O. Dharampur  Tehsil  Sharkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 21/05/14  he was coming Mandi by Motor Cycle (HP28-9136)  and when he reached  Bhour at 8:30 PM, in the mean time one   M/C (HP31A-4402) came rashly from  Sundernagar and hit his Motor Cycle  and he sustained injuries.  HC Pawan Kumar No.919 I/O of P.S. 4        Case FIR No. 120/14 dated 21/05/14 U/S 451, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt.  Champa Devi W/O Sh.  Bhim Singh  R/O Sihal P.O. 5        Case FIR No. 121/14 dated 22/05/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh.  Dharam Singh R/O  Tayasal P.O. Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 21/05/14  Khem Singh came along with his wife and  son and   obstructed his way and beat him up .  ASI  Liyakat Ali I/O of P.S. 6        Case FIR No. 70/14 dated 21/05/14  U/S 379, 504,506,34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Rajinder Kumar  S/O Sh.  Dharam Singh R/O  Khajur Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) he bought the vehicle(HP01M-0634)  amounting  to Rs.4,20000 and also prepared an affidavit . On 5/5/14 Bikku Ram  S/O  Sh.  Bim Singh  R/O  Harad P.O. Ropari Kalehdu Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  and  Chamel Singh  S/O Sh.  Kola  resident of same locality  carried the above vehicle  with out any consent .  ASI  Vinod  Kumar   I/C of PP  Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

7        Case FIR No. 71/14  dated 22/05/14  U/S  279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Kapoor Chand  S/O Sh.   Hari  Ram  R/O  Kandhar  P.O. Gumma  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  21/05/14  at  about  7:45 PM  he was present in home  and he heard the loud noise  and when he  went  on  spot  and found that  one Maruti Car( HP29A-6516) which was driven by   Om Parkash  S/O Sh.  Tulsi Ram  R/O  Panchhyan(Kandhar) P.O. Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi , fell  down  300 mtr. downward  from the road  and  died at   hospital  Jogindernagar .  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Mandi (H.P)  that on  20/05/14  at about  5:30 PM  Banti Devi  came  along  with Deshraj  &  Kanta devi and entered in   courtyard of his  house and  beat him up  and   also  threatened with dire consequence. 3        Case FIR No. 56/14 dated   20/05/14 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  Insp. Parkash Chand  I/C of  SIU  Mandi  that on  that on  20/05/14  he was  on patrolling along with  other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 liter Illicit Liquor  from the possession of   Kamla  Devi W/O Sh. Ramu  R/O  Sunah P.O. Lamba Thach Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from  her shop . Insp. Parkash  Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi  is investigating the case.

4        Case  FIR No. 154/14 dated 20/05/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the   complaint of Sh.  Moti Ram S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O  Meramasit Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  at  present  working  as a driver  with   Bus(HP65-7555)  that on  20/05/14  he was its way from  Rewalsar to Sundernagar  and  when   reached near  Tanda in the mean  time  one  Motor Cycle   came very  rashly  and   hit  the  said  bus  and all the three riders  of  the  Motor Cycle sustained injuries .  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. 5        Case FIR No. 155/14 dated 20/05/14  U/S 379, 324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  comaplint  of  Sh. Rahual S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O  Kummi  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  20/05/14  at about  9:40 PM  he parked his Car (HP58-0469)  near Shani  Dev temple   at Kansa Chowk ,  after some time  he found that the stereo    along  with other accessories were  found missing from his car  and he  suspects that  Sunny  resident of  Tawan  stole away  above  articles  from his car  and after  some time sunny    came along with his friends  and beat  him up .   SI Sandeep Sharma I/O of P.S. Mandi (H.P.)  at present  working as a cable operator that on19/05/14  at about 8:45 PM  he was going to  repair the cable line at  Leva and  when he reached there   and found  that   Kaku  and  Vijay  were  cutting  the   cable  with   the  help of cutting tools  and he obstructed him   and handed over to  the police . 3             Case FIR No. 122/14 dated 19/05/14 U/S 457, 511, 34 IPC has been  registered in  P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Shyam Lal S/O Sh. B.R.  Sharma R/O House No.  147/4 opposite PWD   Rest  House that   during  the intervening night of  19-20/05/14   two   unknown  culprits   tried to  break the   ATM    Machine ( Baroda Bank)   with the help  of  cutting tool   and  they have also   wore  the  black  color  face-mask on  their face   and both of them ran away  from  the spot . 1. On 18/05/14 Mandi Police organized  Mini Marathon  under the campaign of "Anti Drugs Awareness" among the students of Thunag areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Gohar and  115 boys and 93 girls students participated in this event.  In male category Mr. Gagan Kumar secured 1^st position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 1000/-, Mr. Dalip Singh secured second position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 800/- and Mr. Hitesh Thakur secured 3^rd position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 600/-.  Consolation prize of worth Rs. 500/- each was also awarded among the next 12 participants in male category of this event. In female category Miss Khima Devi secured 1^st position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 1000/-, Miss Neeta Devi  secured second position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 800/- and Miss. Rekha Devi secured 3^rd position and awarded with cash reward of Rs. 600/- . Consolation prize of worth Rs. 500/- each was also awarded among the next 12 participants in female category of this event.       

2. Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 18/05/14 U/S  279, 337, 304A IPC  & U/S  187 MV. Act. has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Naveeta W/O Sh. Yash Sharma R/O VPO Gaggal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/05/14 she along with her husband were coming back from Baijnath to their home by M/Cycle (HP33B-8445) and when they reached at Urla a Jeep (HP37C-6109) came from Mandi side and hit their M/Cycle and sped away from the spot. In this incident she sustained injuries and  her husband died on the spot. SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 44/14 dated 19/05/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC  & U/S 187 MV  Act  has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Dharamender Pal S/O Sh. Laxmi Chand Sharma R/O Vill. Damanhedi P.O Rajpura Tehsil   Rajpura Distt Patiyala (PB) that on 19/05/14 he parked his jeep  (PB11A-3411) near Ghatasani, in the mean time a truck (HP51-3454) came from Mandi side and hit his jeep. 3.      Case FIR No. 50/14 dated 18/05/14 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Rohan Rajan Patil S/O Sh Rajan Gajanand Patil R/O H. No. 126  Chandansar, Chandansar Road  Ganesh Niketan Jabal Virar East  Chandansar Thane Maharashtra that today he was on his way by a vehicle (HR69B-2719) and when it  reached near Banala, driver of said vehicle lost control over it and fell down in a nullah. Mangatu Ram R/O Ropa PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Bhagat Ram beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 120/14 dated 17/05/2014 U/S 39 of  H.P. Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper that on 17/05/14 he was on patrolling g along with other police officials at Shoul bridge and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the  possession of  Kansi Ram S/O Sh.  Garja Ram R/O SHoul PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 121/14 dated 18/5/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Mast Ram S/O Sh.  Kanhu Ram R/O VPO Dhawan Kothi Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) that on 18/05/14 he parked his truck (HP24D-7139)  near Sabri Dhaba at Harabag, in the mean time a PRTC Bus (PB02BU-9752) came from Sundernagar side and hit his truck.   HC Vinod Kumar No 18 I.O. of  Highway Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7.     53 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 6400/-  and  4 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/-.
