1. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dum Ram Naik CDPO Gohar that Keshri Devi D/O Sh. Shaktu Ram R/O Assistant Angan Wari Centre Majhan G.P. Saroa Distt. Mandi has produced false documents/certificates during the course of her appointment. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

2. Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Godawari Devi W/O Sh. Devinder Singh VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 she went to the house of her sister at Bhota, in district Hamirpur. On 02/07/12 her sister-in-law Kamla Devi and Anjana Devi informed her telephonically that lock of the main gate of her house has been opened. On this she came back to her home and found that some unknown person has been stolen away jewellery of and cash of worth Rs. 10,000/- along with an ATM of SBI bank from her house. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 1,15,000/-. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 379, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Prithi Singh R/O Vill. Radda Bhankher PO Ajhu Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 he parked his car (HP53-5077) near railway crossing. On 03/07/12 at about 06.30 PM he found that glass of back side of his car has been broken by some unknown persons and also stole away 4 tyres, one stepny, stereo and jack etc. ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma S/O Sh. Sanjay Sharma R/O H. No. 58/4 Bhojpur bazaar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 at about 01.30 PM he was crossing the road at Bhojpur bazaar along with his daughter Ishita and Neha D/O Sh. Vinod Sethi, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33B-7816) came very rashly and hit his daughter Ishita and Neha and they both sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 117/112 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Vill. Koon PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 01/07/12 a maruti car (HP03-1036) came from Maryari temple side towards Sundernagar very rashly and when reached near Stay-Ki-Nali it fell down about 400 meters downward and driver of said car Vick along with another occupant Jagdish were sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Yuv Raj R/O Vill. Mundra PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today at about 01.20 PM she along with her daughter Nisha Devi were crossing the road near Civil Hospital Sundernagar, in the mean time a scooter (HP31A-1359) came from MLSM College side very rashly and during overtaking of a vehicle hit her daughter Nisha Devi and her daughter Nisha Devi and scooter rider Mukal Gautam were sustained injuries. ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7.      Accused Chhotu Ram S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi was arrested on 02/07/12 by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sunernagar who was wanted in case FIR No. 212/11 dated 18/11/11 U/S 420,120 B IPC and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

8.      Case FIR No. 172/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 02/07/12 at about 07.30 PM Shiv Ram S/O Late Sh. Inder Sing R/O Vill. Morla PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

DEATH DUE TO SNAKE BITE

9. Devinder Singh S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Vill. Kaloga PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi age 40 year old died due to biting by a snake. Postmortem of dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of Police Post Dharampur.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

10. Case FIR No.110/12 dated 03/07/12 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dumnau Ram S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Vill. Khil PO Sub Tehsil Neri Distt. Mandi that on 30/06/12 at about 09.30 PM he was sleeping in his bed room along with his wife and guest Panna Lal, in the mean time Roop Lal S/O Sh. Harisharan entered in the bramda of his house and to the complainant. On this he came out side and Roop Lal beat him up. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. PP Pangna is investigating the case.

Om Prakash VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/07/12 at about 01.15 PM Umesh, Lalit Kumar, Girdhari Lal, Rekha Devi. Aarti, Sawitri Devi and wife of Umesh entered in his field equipped with sticks and sharp weapons and tried to attacked upon him but he ran away from the spot and escaped himself from them. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O of P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML English wine from the possession of Lal Singh S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Dadyas PO Badhu Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

5. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 02/07/12 U/S 285, 304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Forest Range Officer Karsog that on 01/07/12 the areas of  D-54 Sharie Forest was engulfed with fire and burnt valuable fire produces. Said fire was controlled with the help of staff of forest as well as 30-35 civilians and one lady namely Resi Devi W/O late Sh. Dindu Ram R/O Shari PO Churag Tehsil Karsog (HP) also burnt during the course of controlling fire and later on she died. ASI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 30/06/12 at about 06.20 PM he was going towards Garg Hotel Pandoh, in the mean time Sonu along with another boy who were standing on the turning point obstructed his way and beat him up. Karsog that on 30/06/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bakhrout, in the mean time he received information that Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sh. Nar Singh sold wine in peg sale basis in his tea stall. On this he carried out search of his tea stall and he found that Het Ram S/O Sh. Bhimi Ram VPO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi, Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Swaroop VPO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Arjun Ram R/O Vill. Oaidhar PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi, Tej Ram Sharma S/O Sh. Ram Sai R/O Vill. Chindi PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi and Guddu Ram S/O Sh. Nandni R/O Vill. Drash PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi were drinking inside of tea stall of above Rak Kumar and also recovered 180 ML country liquor from his tea stall. SI Trilok Chand Addl. SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1          case FIR No. 107/12 dated 29/6/12 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of sh Bhim Singh S/O Sh Roshan Lal Village Hara Boi sub Tehsil Nihri at present Pardhan GP Hara Boi Distt Mandi (HP) on 29/6/12 at about 8:30 pm he came to know that Alto Car No. (HP 32-6633) met with an accident at Chalog. Then he came at spot and found that  two persons namely Dharam Chand S/O kahan Chand and Dinesh Kumar S/O Moti Ram village Hara Boi were lying in  dead  condition at the  spot and driver Kanta Devi  was injured. That accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of driver Kanta Devi W/O Lila Dhar village Dogari PO Dogari sub Tehsil Nihri. ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Pangna is investigated the  case.

2          Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 30/6/12 U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Balh by ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar that on 30/6/12 at about 3.15 AM Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Netar Singh R/O Rakhed ( Batahan) was driving the truck No. (HP11A-1355)  and one another person  namely GeetaNand was also sitting in the truck when reached  near  zero point  turning in mean time  driver Ramesh  Chand could not control the truck and  truck fell down 150 feet downward from the road  Geeta Nand died on the spot and driver  Ramesh  Chand got injured. Thisn accident took place due to rash  rash & negligent driving of the driver of above said truck. ASI Om Prakash I/ C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

Dillu Ram , Reena alias Sheela D/o Sh. Dillu Ram  and Dinesh Kumar alias Rinku S/o Sh. Dilu Ram All residents of Village Bataud, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (H.P).attacked him  and beat him up  and also  beaten his daughter –in-law  and threatened  him. HC Hem Raj No19 I/O of  PP Dehar is investigating the case .

Mandi that on 29/06/12 he and his friend Sonu and Hemmant Kumar were travelling in Alto Car No.(HP02K-1444) towars Gokhra and car was driven by Hemmat kumar S/O Prem Sukh VPO Paloh Tehsil Sarkaghat Ditt Mandi when they reached near Baggi Mod the driver of above  said car lost  the  control on the vehicle and car  fell down about 50 Mtr.downward from the road  . When he along with his brother and daughter-in-law tried to stop them they all beat them up and his brother and daughter-in-law sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. CRIME REPORT 27 JUNE

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 26/06/12 at about 9.40 PM he laid a nakka at Pandoh Dam towards Saroa link road along with other police officials, in the mean time a person came on foot from Saroa side towards  Pandoh and on seeing police party he returned back at once. On suspicion he was caught with the help of police party and during the course of his personal search he recovered 100 gram cannabis (charas) from his possession and also revealed out his name as Tikkam Ram S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. MUsrani PO Kanda Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh.

Mandi that he along with his family members were working in their fields, in the mean time Chandermani, his wife, Meera Devi and his brother's wife Indira Devi entered in their land and beat them up. 4. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O SH. Meena Ram R/O 9 Mile (Jaggar) Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was present in his shop, in the mean time one person came from Pandoh side and a truck (HP51B-5213) came very rashly and negligently and hit said old person who sustained injuries. 5. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was coming back from Manali by his car (HP33B-3354) and a truck (HP65-2092) was going in front of his car and when said truck reached near Dyod more driver of said truck lost control over it and rolled down from the road. 6. Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Bhadrehar PO Garauru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that her husband Tara Chand continuously  beating and abusing her from last 22 year. On 26/06/12 her husband Tara Chand beat her daughter Suman Kumari along with her and they both sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

Nanak Chand R/O Bandal Brahaman PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was coming from Tihra and when he reached near Bandal Brahaman, in the mean time Ravi Rattan S/O Sh. 8. Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Vill. Bhur PO Jhangi Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 at about 10.30 AM Ajay S/O Sh. Amar Chand, Monu S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand, Lucky S/O Sh. Mohinder Singh resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

9. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Nek Ram  VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that w.e.f. 17/04/2012 complainant has received calls from mobile No. 0812624716, 08126247913 regarding the loan case and Sachin Sharma gave him an account No. and complainant deposited about Rs. 4 lac for taking loan but  on contacting above Nos. he found that the Bharti Sun Finance Company is fake company and  accused Sachin Sharma cheated him. SI (Prob. ) Sanjeev Kumar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 26/06/12  U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O Sh. Shayam Singh R/O Salashi PO Gehdawin, Tehsil Jhanduta, Distt Bilaspur  that on 26/06/12  at about 4.30 PM Arun Chauhan S/O Sh. Preetam Singh  Chuhan R/O Kasohal PO Morsingi Tehsil Ghumarwin Disttt. Bilaspur (HP) obstructed his way at Majhrot  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. Accused Arun Chauhan is arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11. Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S  279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Lacchi Ram I/O of Highway patrol Balh beat that  on 26/06/12  truck (HP66-4786) hit a car (HP76-0831) at Daundhi  near Nagchalla and in this incident one person and one lady sustained injuries. ASI Lacchi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER  SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT &  INTIMIDATION

12.  Case FIR No 110/12 dated 27/06/12  U/S 3 (1) (X) of SC&ST ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act  & U/A  504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh. Naryanu Ram along with other resident of R/O Vill. Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   they are permanent resident of  above mentioned village & their neighbourer  Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O Saroh P.O. Sudahan Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt Mandi abused them by using words by their cast  i.e. Chamar, Dagi  etc. loudly from the roof of his house. Krishan Lal also broke the  water supply pipe line and also cut down the mango trees from their land. Sh Ajay Rana SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

13. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14, 900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 175 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 17,000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
