CRIME REPORT 30 JUNE

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1          case FIR No. 107/12 dated 29/6/12 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of sh Bhim Singh S/O Sh Roshan Lal Village Hara Boi sub Tehsil Nihri at present Pardhan GP Hara Boi Distt Mandi (HP) on 29/6/12 at about 8:30 pm he came to know that Alto Car No. (HP 32-6633) met with an accident at Chalog. Then he came at spot and found that  two persons namely Dharam Chand S/O kahan Chand and Dinesh Kumar S/O Moti Ram village Hara Boi were lying in  dead  condition at the  spot and driver Kanta Devi  was injured. That accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of driver Kanta Devi W/O Lila Dhar village Dogari PO Dogari sub Tehsil Nihri. ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Pangna is investigated the  case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT  

2          Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 30/6/12 U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Balh by ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar that on 30/6/12 at about 3.15 AM Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Netar Singh R/O Rakhed ( Batahan) was driving the truck No. (HP11A-1355)  and one another person  namely GeetaNand was also sitting in the truck when reached  near  zero point  turning in mean time  driver Ramesh  Chand could not control the truck and  truck fell down 150 feet downward from the road  Geeta Nand died on the spot and driver  Ramesh  Chand got injured. Thisn accident took place due to rash  rash & negligent driving of the driver of above said truck. ASI Om Prakash I/ C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No 113/12 Dated 29/6/12 U/S 323,506(2)IPC Has been registered in PS SunderNagar on the complaint  of  Parma Nand S/O Sh. Himmat Ram R/O Village Badon, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar,  Distt. Mandi (HP)That on 17/01/12 at about 8:30 AM  Dilu Ram S/o Sh. Himmat Ram , Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Dillu Ram , Reena alias Sheela D/o Sh. Dillu Ram  and Dinesh Kumar alias Rinku S/o Sh. Dilu Ram All residents of Village Bataud, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (H.P).attacked him  and beat him up  and also  beaten his daughter –in-law  and threatened  him. HC Hem Raj No19 I/O of  PP Dehar is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR  No. 171/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Pushp Raj S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Gokhra PO Paloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 he and his friend Sonu and Hemmant Kumar were travelling in Alto Car No.(HP02K-1444) towars Gokhra and car was driven by Hemmat kumar S/O Prem Sukh VPO Paloh Tehsil Sarkaghat Ditt Mandi when they reached near Baggi Mod the driver of above  said car lost  the  control on the vehicle and car  fell down about 50 Mtr.downward from the road  . HC Narpat Ram No 886 I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

5          100 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400 /- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
