            DESTRUCTION CAMPAIGN OF  CANNABIS  PLANTS

1          Mandi  Police  have  launched   special campaign for the  destruction  of cannabis widely  grown  in  jurisdiction  of  District Mandi  with the help of  Forest, Revenue & Representative of  NCB Mandi  in two stages (26-08-15 to  1-09-15) &  (4-09-15 to  15-09-15) .  During the   said  campaign total  208  bighas land of  cannabis plants  were  destroyed  widely grown  in  Forest, Revenue &  Private land  . In  Which  4 Cases  of  cultivation  under  NDPS Act  have been registered  under  Police Station  Gohar. However these such campaign  will be  launched  in future.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT &  DEATH  DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 220/15 dated 23/09/15  U/S 279, 337 , 304(A) IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Preet S/O Sh. Daljeet Singh  R/O  Gurudawara Singh  Sabha Jaral Colony  Pandoh  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he  alongwith Aman Preet were  going to  Pandoh  by Scootor(PB-48-9251) .  JasPreet was  riding    the  said  scooter  and when they reached  near Teen  Pipal Panoh, in the mean time  JasPreet  lost the control on the said scooter due to rash  riding  and fell  downwards  from the  road  .  In this incident  Jas Preet  succumbed to  his injuries on the spot and   Gangan Preet &  AmanPreet   sustained  injuries.  ASI  Chaman  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 109/15 dated 22/09/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the complaint of Sh.  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh  R/O  Sarnota PO  Jamani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present     working as a driver  with Private Bus(HP65A-7381) . On  22/09/15  he  was on the route  Mandi to Kullu  alongwith  said  Bus   and  reached  near  Rainsh Nala, in the mean time  a Tampo (  PB08AW-9896)    which was driven by  Rakesh  Kumar,  came rashly   from  Mandi   towards Kullu side  and   collided with  said    Bus and  two  other person who was also  boarded on said Bus sustained injuries.  HC  Hari Singh  No. 407  I.O. of P.S. Aut   is investigating  the case.

CASE F OF OFFENCE   AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 110/15 dated 22/09/15  U/S 332, 353, 354, 504 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Smt. Meena Sharma  W/O Sh. Jaywant Kumar  R/O House No. 44  Housing  Board  Colony   Devta Ground  Bajaura at present  Lecturer at  Govt. Sr. Sec. School  Tehri  that  on 22/09/15  she was   going to home  after her duty  by   HRTC Bus( HP34A-5972)   and  when they reached near Kandhi,  in  the mean time  Mahender Singh  S/O   Sh. Dine Ram R/O  Seri  Chattisgarh  started to  beat  Mani Ram S/O Sh.  Notu  Singh ( Student of    Class 10+2)  and  when she  obstructed him,  then   said  Mahinder  also  abusing and beat her up  and  also     torn the  uniform of Police personal   who   were  came   for investigation .  HC  Yougender  Pal  No. 39  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No. 152/15 dated 22/09/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ankush S/O Sh. Bhavnesh Kumar R/O VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/15 at about 10:00AM when he was present at his shop  at Bhararu, Pitamber S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar & Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Vidhi Chand VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and abused and threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Rajesh kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 107/15 dated 21/09/15 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Kishori Lal R/O Vill. Kachhyal Jhangya PO & Tehsil Jaisingpur Distt. Kangra (HP) that he is driver with a private bus No. (HP53-6977) was on its route from Dharamshala to Manali and on 20/09/15 when said bus reached at Banala at 08:15PM in the mean time a truck no. (HP11B-8022) came from Kullu  side very rashly and hit the above bus. In this accident one person namely Sanjay Kumar sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 21/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by SI Lal Singh that on 21/09/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Khyor and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Netar Singh S/O Smt. Chinta Devi R/O Vill. Dugrai PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh SHO PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 21/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Khalil Ahmed that he was on patrolling along with other Police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Nokhu Ram S/O Purshotam Ram R/O Vill. Kot Sub Tehsil Brokdi Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Khalil Ahmed I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No.219/15 dated 22/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sadar by ASI Anand Kishor  that on 22/09/15 at about 12:45 PM he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at near village Padhiun and during the course of parolling  he recovered 6000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of  Hitesh Kumar S/O Tej Singh R/O Vill. Jhal PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Anand Kishor I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Jai Ram  R/O  Kuthear P.O.  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he is   working as  conductor  with  Truck(HP34D-8888). On  20/09/15   when   they were  going to Kullu alongwith  said truck  and reached  at   Siyog( near  JNV School Pandoh), in  the mean time a Car (HP31A-5454) came rashly  from Kullu side and hit   said  truck and  two person who  were boarded on said car  sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish  Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

2          Case FIR No. 240/15 dated 20/09/15  U/S 336  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on  complaint of  Smt.  Meena Kumari   W/O Sh. Sanjay  Kumar  R/O  Bharjwanu PO  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 21/09/15  her child   namely  Karan  was playing on   the roof  of  the home and during  the  play     he   pulled  by    Electricity line  (HT). 6.      Case FIR No. 236/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amit Kumar S/O Manohar Lal Vill. Chhuhra PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/15 at about 10:45 AM he parked his car (HP28A-6500) outside of his office then a car (HP32B-1180) came very rashly and hit his car and ran away from the spot. Ravinder Kumar, Premi Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Singh, Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Vill. Hardbeharu PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi, Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. 2          Case FIR No. 216/15 dated 17/09/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC &  U/S  184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt.  Sushila Kumari W/O Sh.   Virender  Kumar VPO  Kot  Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  17/09/15  she was  coming   to home  alongwith   her  daughter  by   Car  which  was driven by her brother-in-law namely  Chet  Ram.   When they reached near  Dawahan School, in the mean time   driver of said  car   lost the control on the   vehicle   due  to rash driving and  car  fell  down 10/15 feet downwards from the road .  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli  is investigating the case.

Balh on  the  complaint of  Branch  Manager,   State bank of India, Nerchowk  that t  Deepak  Jyoti Sharma S/O Sh. Beas Dev  Sharma R/O  Chandaish P.O. Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi ( HP)  has taken  a loan of  amounting  Rs. 1,50,0000/-  to purchase the  Mahindra Earth  Mover. But    said  borrower   did not submit  any documents to  cornered bank  in support of   purchase of said machine  and     also not returned  said amount to  the bank authority .  ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

Prasad Prop. M/S  Kadambari Motors  VPO  Gutkar has taken a loan of amounting Rs. 1,80,0000/- . Sheru Ram  R/O   Baslogi P.O.  Kalahani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 17/09/15  Dinesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Pyaru Ram , Chayati Devi, Bhagi Devi obstructed  her   way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Durga Dass  No. 408  I/O PP Rewalsar  is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP)  that  on 17/09/15  Ramesh Chand, Rama Devi , Brahmi  Devi    resident of the same locality  obstructed his way and beat him  up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole  is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF   ATTEMPT TO SUICIDE

 

8          Case FIR No. 99/15 dated 18.09.2015 U/S 309,324 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on  the complaint  of  Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Muni Lal R/O VPO  M.D. Galu Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP. He  alleged that  Guddu R/O Takoli stay in his house last night at about 9.30 PM he tried to commit suicide himself and sustained injury .  ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that  on 17/09/15   at place  Baral  ,  the pet   dog  of    Uday  Chand bit him.   HC  Ranjeet   Singh No. 71  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is  investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

10        Case FIR No.  145/15 dated 17/09/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Singh  R/O  Lawankhad PO  Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he was present at Machhyal, in the mean time  a   Motor  Cycle Rider  came rashly  and hit another Motor Cycle Rider namely  Vijay  Kumar  and  both  Motor Cycle riders   sustained injuries .  HC  Mangat Ram I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

12        Case FIR No. 146/15 dated 17/09/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has  been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Tersem Singh  I/C of PP Ghatta   that yesterday a Motor Cycle ( HP 39B-2436) rider namely Nishant came alongwith  Shivam  very  rashly  from Bir  side    and  lost the control  on said M/Cycle and due to rash riding  and  fell down  on the road and sustained injuries.  ASI  Tersem  Singh  I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating  the case.

13        214  Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 38000  /-  was recovered   and 9   Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 900 /- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
