CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No 144/15 Dated 25/5/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Kumar S/O Sh Roshan Lal R/O VPO Jarol Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi HP stated hat on dated 9/5/15 at about 9:30PM when Chandersekhar was going to bathroom at the same time Anup Kumar and Vishal obstruct his way and beat him up. Chandersekhar sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.      Cas FIR No. 119/15 dated 25/5/15 u/s 279,304 IPC has been registered by ASI Sahib Singh I/O PS Balh stated that on dated 25/5/15 at Gutkar near Malotra Motors a  Truck no. HP 24B 0603 and Car no. HP 33C 1246 collapsed  with each other. due to accident car driver Manju Devi got injured and who were brought to ZH Mandi for treatment, where MO ZH Mandi declared her dead. CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 132/15 Dated 24/5/15U/S 323,324,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the  complaint of Smt. Neelam Devi W/O Sh. Karam Chand VPO. Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP  stated that on dated 24/5/15 her husband Karam Chand abused and beat her up and she sustained sharp injury. SI Nardev Singh  I/O PS. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 117/15 dated 25/5/15 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Munshi Ram s/o Lt. Sh. Koda Ram r/o Chaddi PO Riwalsar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 25/5/15 when was going to home in the Car of Amar Nath bearing No. HP-33A-7187 and when he reached at Luhardi, the car driver lose his control on  Car and fell down from the road. He along with Amar Nath sustained  injuries in this accident. HC Durga Dass I/O PS Sadar Mandi  is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 39/15 Dated 24/05/2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Khariyal S/o Sh. Ragunath Khariyal R/o Vill. Infild PO Viskas Nagar & Distt. Dehradun Uttrakhand stated that on dated 24/05/2015 at about 9:00 AM when he and his family were coming from  Prashar Rishi Temple in car No. HP33A-4989. The Car driver Ravi Thakur lose his control on car and fell down in a deep George. In this accident all Passengers of the car sustained injuries. 6.      Case FIR No. 40/15 Dated 25/05/2015 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Gulam Ali S/O Sh. Ali Baksh R/O Vill. Pundal PO Gawali Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HPstated that on dated 25-/05/2015 at about 8:45 AM When he was at his fields then his brother's daughter-in-law Julekha came there and obstruct his way and beat him up and Gulam Ali sustained injuries. HC Roop Lal  I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 41/15 Dated 25/05/2015 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Smt. Julekha W/o Sh. Liyakat Ali R/O Vill. Pundal PO Gawali Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 25/05/2015 at about 8:30 AM when she was going to her fields at that time  Gulam Ali S/O Ali Bakhs R/O Vill. Pundal and his son Rafi came there and obstruct her way and beat her up and she sustained  injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRUALTY BY HUSBAND

8.      Case FIR No. 70/15 dated 24/5/2015 U/S 498A,34 IPC has been registered at PS Joginder on the statement of Smt. Kushma devi w/o Sh Sanjay Kumar r/o vill Chheter PO Jalpehar tehsil and PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP  stated that she got marriage with Sanjay kumar s/o sh Prabhu Dyal in 2004 and she has no any child. in this behalf her husband and father/mother -in-laws sh. Prabhu Dyal and smt Rami Devi harrash her mentally and physically. They also demand dowry. Due to this on 24/5/2015 she  tried to suicide. ASI Sukesh kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9.      Case FIR no. 71/15 dated 25/52015 U/S 356,506,34IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.Rajender chauhan s/o Sh Mani Ram r/o VPO Pandol Distt Kangra HP. Stated that today  at about 10:00 am when he reached at Office of  the XEN HPPWD Jogindernagar. Then a person namely Prithi chand r/o vill Kolang tehsil Lad-Bharol came there and put his hand in my pocket and tore some important document. He also caught him from neck  and abused him. ASI Ranjeet singh I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10.  Case FIR No. 73/15 dated 24/05/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise act has been registered at PS Karsog by SI/SHO Satish Kumar stated that on 24/05/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other Police officials and during the course of patrolling he recocered 06 Bottles of English wine and 08 bottles of Bear from the possession of Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Padam Dev Vill. Seri PO Mahog Tehsil Karsot distt. Mandi. SI/SHO Satish Kumar is investigating the case.

11.  125 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 16900 was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600 was recovered during last 24 hours.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 64/15 dated 24/05/2015  U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal krishan s/o Sh. Tule Ram  vill. Bagga PO Sianj  Tehsil chachiot district Mandi (HP) stated that when  he and his father were going to their home by Car from Chailchowk to Sianj and  when  they  reached at  Lyotti at 11:00PM at that time  a Tractor no. HP31B-9390 came very rashly from Gohar side and  hit his Alto car. In this accident his father Tule Ram  got injury. HC Deep Chand  I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 131/15 Dated 24/5/15U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mehtab Singh S/O Sh. Bajira Ram Village Sakoh PO. Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 23/5/15 Ghebar Ram and his wife Satya Devi obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Trilok Chand I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No.20/15 dated 23/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Dharmpur, on the statement of  Sh. Hem Raj S/o Sh. Kananu Ram Village Bramfald  Post Office Tourjajar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi HP stated that he  along with Surat Ram were present at Galu Chanota. At that time a Nano Car No-HP33T-9519 coming from Bhadyar side and hit Surat Ram and he sustained injuries in this accident. ASI Sandeep Kumar I/O PS Dharmpur is investigating the  case.

CASE OF CHEATING

1.      Case FIR No.115/15 dated 22/5/15 U/S 420 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Village Kushmal PO Salethar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi HP Stated that on dated 18/3/15 his son Jeevan Lal along with 8 other boys went to Malesia in search of work through agent Devi Ram S/O Ranchu Ram Village Kushmal PO Salethar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi but Devi Singh sent them on tourist visa instead of work visa. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No.116/15 dated 22/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar by HC Jagdish Chand  I/O PP Pandoh. He stated that on dated 22/5/15 at about 7:45PM a  HRTC Bus No. HP66A-1493 was going to Manali, when the above bus reached near J.N.V School Pandoh and stop there to drop a passanger. And when the passanger was stairing down from the bus at that time driver of the bus  Surinder Kumar start the bus and  the passenger fell down and got injuries. SI Vishal Rathore I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.   

CASE OF CRUALITY AGAINST WOMAN

3.      Case FIR No. 143/15 dated 23/5/15 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered on the statement of Smt. Satya Devi W/O Subhas Chand R/O VPO Malyawar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur HP C/O Narpat Ram R/O VPO Dhawal Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 22-5-15 at about 7PM his husband's beaten her and her daughter with fist and blow and he did not give her money to spent her living . Case is being investigating by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar.

4.      Case FIR No 142/15 dated 22/5/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper stated that on dated 22/5/15 at about 6:45 PM when he was on patroling along with other police officials at Bhawana. And during the process of patrolling he recovered  9000 ML. Country Liquor from the possession of  Parkash chand S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill Upper Bhawana P/O Jarol Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi. Prakash Chand has a chicken shop. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

Mandi stated that on dated 21/05/15 at about 8:30 pm Diwan chand and his son Neeraj obstructed his way, abused and beat him up. ASI Hem Raj I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Ram saran R/O VPO Jarol Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 19/5/15 &20/5/15 his real brother Bansi lal, Amar chand and Prem lal obstruct his way abused him and also beat him up. Case FIR No 140/15 Dated 21/5/15 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh Devku Ram R/O Sikari P/O Kalahod Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 16/5/15 his wife Keli Devi and his son Desh Raj abused him or beat him up. Case FIR No 141/15 Dated 21/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram VPO Sudahan Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 21/5/15 at about 09:40PM when he was present at  his home at that time someone told him  telephonycally that an accident occurred near Gas plant Slapper. After this he run towards the spot and he found a  m/cycle No HP22A-0750 and its rider namely Bhim Singh S/O Lekh Ram R/O Vill Kanol P/O Batwara Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi was in accidental condition. Any Truck hit his m/cycle and ran away. He susrained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

A Case FIR No. 19/15 dated 22/05/15 U/S 47 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Dharampur by ASI Bidhi Chand. He stated that on 21/05/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sidhpur and he found a salesman of  a wineshop was selling the wine after 10:00 PM. ASI Bidhi Chand is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No.112/15 dated 20/5/15 U/S 447,427,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Jaswant Singh VPO Bhargoan tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 20/5/15 her father-in-law Dhandev,  mother-in-law Maya Devi and his daughter-in-law Sheela Devi encroached in her land and abused her. 2.      Case FIR No. 116/15 dated 20/05/2015 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered  by ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh stated that on 20/05/2015  at about 6:30 PM while he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bagla, and during the course of patrolling he recovered  05 liters illicit liquor  from the possession of Chet Ram S/O Sant Ram. Mandi stated that on dated 21/5/15 at  about 7:15AM when he was irrigating his fields at that time Sarwan Kumar obstruct  and  asbused him.Sarwan Kumar his son Prakash Chand and Parmar obstructed his way and beat him up. 4.      Case FIR no. 69/15 dated 21/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kali devi w/o Sh. Bhagmal r/o vill. Seri PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar distt Mandi HP stated that at 12:30AM when she,  her husband and  Beli ram  was coming to their village after attending a marriage at Ghatashani  in a car no. Daulat Ram r/o Lower  Behli PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi stated that today at about 9:00 AM,  Nikku Ram r/o Lower Behli   entered in her fields  and beat her up. 2.      Case FIR No 137/15 Dated 20/5/15 U/S 436 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Chajju Ram R/O Chubhani P.O. Bayala Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 19/5/15 at about 8:30 PM  Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Khotho Ram R/O Chubhani Burnt his Cow shed. 3.     Case FIR No.111/15 dated 20/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Amit Guleria S/O Sh. Netar Singh r/o Panjethi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi stated  that on dated 19/5/15 at about 9:30 PM when he was coming back to his home from Sunder nagar and reached near at Bye Pass Mandi at that time One Scooty No. HP-33C-7764 came very fast and over took  his car and after overtaking the Car, the  rider of  the scooty hit the Scooty on the road. Rider and the 2^nd passanger sustained injuries. SI Ram Lal I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Khudla Tehsil Baldwara Distt Mandi stated that on dated 19/5/15 at about 8:30PM Sanjay Kumar and his friends obstruct his way at Sarkaghat Bazar and threaten him. Matlag PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi stated that on dated 19/5/15 at about 8:30PM Arvind Chopra and his friends obstruct his way at Sarkaghat Bazar and threaten him. CRIME REPORT ON 19 MAY

CASE OF MURDER

1.      On 18/05/2015 an unidentified dead body has been recovered at Tamled under the Jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat. SHO PS Sarkaghat alongwith I/C PP Hatli visit the spot and verified the facts. Thereafter, Case FIR NO 128/15 Dated 15/05/2015 U/S 302,201 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand (Pardhan Gram Panchayat Patrighat) S/O Sh. Munsi Ram Vill. Dhaner PO Patdighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. A team of experts from RFSL Mandi has been visited the spot on 18/05/2015. Today, the above deadbody has been identified as of Harisharan alias Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Ner Dhangu Tehsil Balh District Mandi on the identification of deceased's brother. The postmortem of the dead body is being conducted at ZH Mandi and the investigation is being conducted by SI Praveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli.

2.      Case FIR No 134/15 Dated 18/05/15 U/S 324 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Brestu Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Churura Ram R/O Vill Chhater P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 17/05/15 at about 10:00PM his real brother Chetru Ram abused him and  bite off his left hand thumb. And in the morning on 18/05/15 at about 6:30am when he was going to his cow shed at the same time his brother Chetru Ram came there and also bite off his left hand again.  HC Baldev Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No 135/15 Dated 19/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Pushapraj S/O Bhagt Ram R/O Dhanotu P.O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 18/05/15 at about 11:50PM when he was coming towards Sundernagar on Bolero  N0. HP 31B 1728 and near Sangam hotel Ropdi, the driver of said vehicle lose control on his vehicle and fell down. In this accident 2 persons were injured.
