CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 252/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Dipa Devi W/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Tatahar PO  Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 Karam Singh S/O Sh. Birbal R/O Tatahar entered in her courtyard threw stones upon her son Vikrant and  maternal grandmother Sawaru Devi and they sustained injuries. HC Girdhari LalNo. 30 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 269/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Bara Gaon PO Pali (Drang) Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 he was going along with his son by his car (HP76-0148) to Mandi and when said vehicle reached at Khaliar near Agriculture office, in the mean time a Auto (HP65-3397) came from Bijani side very rashly and negligently and hit his car and sped away from the spot. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 294/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Jeevna Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Chahari PO Dasehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 her sister-in-law(Devrani) obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Sushil Kumar Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 295/13 dated 14/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Fateh Ram R/O Vill. Baga Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 he was going by his  M/Cycle (HP32B-1409)  from Mandi to Nerchowk along with his maternal uncle and when they reached at Bagla, a bus (HP65-33112) hit his M/Cycle and they both sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

1        Case FIR No. 292/13 dated 13/11/13 U/S  498(A), 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Smt. Shivani Devi W/O Sh.  Devinder Kumar  R/O Bhiyura PO Kummi Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)that  she was married with  Devinder Kumar in the month of Feb. 2013  and after 2/3 month of her marriage , her husband  Devinder Kumar  started to harass her  phisically and mently. On 13/11/13 her husband  came  alongwith his father and mother  and beat her up with merciless. SI Chanchal I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 293/13 dated 13/11/13 U/S  39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by (Prob). SI  Munesh Raj that  on 13/11/13   he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  and during the course of patrolling  he recoverd 9000 ML  country liquor from the possession of  Kewal Krishan S/O Sh.  Devi Dass R/O Rajwari Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). (Prob) SI  Munesh Raj I/O  of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

3       60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.

Mandi (HP)  that on 12/011/13  at about 2PM   when she was present in his house , in mean time  Vijay Kumar  S/O Narayan Singh resident of same locality entered in the courtyard of her house and beat her up.  ASI Satpal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT  AND  CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

Case FIR No. 268/13  dated 12/11/13  U/S  382, 353, 427, 120(B) IPC has been regiastered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of ASI Parkash Chand  I/O of P.S. Sundernagar   that on  12/11/13 at about  8.30 PM  when  he along with  Cont. Ram Chander No. 552 was coming back to P.S. Sundernagar  with Truck No. (HP31A-4952) from Sainj in compliance of   Addl. Session Judge Jalandar (PB) and reached near Patrol Pump Sauli Khad  , in mean time  indica car came from behind and  obstructed the route  of  Truck  and  beat  the driver of  above said Truck and  ran away from the spot   along with Truck    and also  assult on the  ASI Parkash Chand . SI Vinod  Thakur  I/O of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

Lata Devi W/O Sh.  Narotam Ram  R/O Village Rao  PO Diyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that  on 11/11/13 at about  3PM  her brother - in -law   came  along with  his  wife  and obstructed   her way  and beat her up . HC kewal Singh  I/O of P.S. 2          Case FIR No. 291/13 dated 11/11/13 U/S 380 IPC has  been registered  in  Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Harish Kumar  S/O  Sh.  Hem Singh  R/O  Village  Nalsar PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Mandi (HP) that during the intervening  night of 10-11/11/13 some unknown culprits stole  away  his laptop  by breaking  the  lock of his shop . 3          Case  FIR No. 169/13  dated 11/11/13  U/S  39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S Karsog  by ASI Amar Nath I/O of P.S. Karsog that on a  secret information  he recovered 3750 ML English wine  from the house  of  Ram Singh S/O  Sh.  Kanu Chand  R/O Tared PO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Amar Nath I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

4          Case FIR No. 250/13 dated 11/11/13  U/S 380 IPC  has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint  of  Sh. Bharsari Raj Narula S/O Sh.  Kheeti Ram Narula  R/O House No. 75/5 Haripur Colony PO Sundernagar that on 11/11/13 Ranbir Singh & Ram Partap who was working as a panter in  his house,  stole away Rs. 1,25000/- by breaking the  lock of Almira. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

5          Case FIR No. 251/13 dated 11/11/13 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Late Sh.  Puran Chand  R/O Bina P.O. Kolohod Tehsil  Sundernagar that  his husband has three brother and they have land dispute between each other  from last 6 year and his husband harassed by his  elders as a result he committed to suicide. ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

  CASE OF NON- ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

6          Case FIR No. 170/13 dated 11/11/13  U/S 174(A) IPC  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Dola Ram P.O. Cell Jogindernagar   that on 11/11/13  he  arrestesd  Proclaimed offender  Vinod Kumar  S/O Sh.  Parsinda Ram R/O Bhikha Shah PO Bhawarna Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 147/03 dated 16/06/03 U/S 279, 337 IPC  and  declared Proclaimed Offender on  28/08/07 by the Ld Court of ACJM Jogindernagar . HC Dola Ram No. 869 I/O of PO Cell  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Karsog on the complaint of  Range officer Jhungi that  11/11/13  at about 7AM forest team  found  25 No. of Devdar scants in vehicle  No. (HP33A-0216) near Charkhari. ASI Santi Swaroop I/C of P.P. Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/13 she was coming back to her home by a car (HP30-1037) and when said car reached near Sanarli driver of said car lost control over it and met with an accident due to which two persons died on the spot.
