CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

1        Case FIR No. 151/13 dated 17/06/13 U/S 451, 504,506,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Mumta Devi W/O Sh.  Raju R/O Lusai P.O. Baryara  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  16/07/13 at about 7 PM when she was sitting in the courtyard of her house , in mean time  Car No. (31B-6666)  came there and  four persons, namely Manoj Kumar , Khayal Chand , Sunku and Manu   entered in  the courtyard of her house and  started to  abuse her and also threatened  with dire consequence .  ASI Amarnath I/O of P.S. CHALLAN

2        55 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 7100 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered   and 1 challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.

1.     Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 15/06/13 U/S 147,447,325,307,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Jamna Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Manjhkethar PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 21/04/13 Anita Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh, Aruna Devi D/O Sh. Ranjeet, Purshotam S/O Sh. Chuha Ram, Barfi Devi W/O Sh. Gian Chand, Gian Chand S/O Sh. Rama Ram all resident of Manjhkethar PO Taleli Tehsil Sundenragar Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up brutally and she was admitted to hospital. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Dhayan Singh R/O Kasarla PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/06/13 Umesh Kumar and Netar Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. 2. Case FIR No. 160/13 dated 14/06/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Bhuani PO Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/13 Jagat Ram R/O Darpa obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

3. Case FIR No. 161/13 dated 14/06/13 U/S 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 14/06/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Makreri and during the course of patrolling a jeep came there and on suspicion checking of said jeep he found that 6 buffaloes were overloaded in this jeep.  HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CRIME REPORT 14 JUNE

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 48/13 dated 13/06/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand Range Forest Officer, Kataula Range Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/13 Sh. Govind Ram, Forest Guard of Malwara Forest beat laid a nakka at Malwara road along with other officials of forest department and during the course of nakka a vehicle (HP76-0711) came from Arang towards Kataula. On  signaling  for stop, driver of said vehicle didn't stop the vehicle. On this  Forest Guard Govind Ram chased said vehicle by his bike and succeeded to nab said truck and recovered 35 bags of herbs (forest produce). Approximately cost of recovered herbs (forest produces) is about Rs. 45,000/- HC Prem Sing No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 132/13 dated 14/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC &  U/S 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Saroch PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present driver with truck No. (HP24-2951)  that today he was coming from Barmana  by above truck and when he reached at Ropari, in the mean time a bus (HP69A-1301) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his truck from wrong side due to which  8 passenger of said bus sustained injuries. 3. Case FIR No. 87/13 dated 14/06/13  U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Purkhi Devi W/O Sh. Guhia Ram R/O VPO Harabag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/13 Sita Devi W/O Sh. Budhi Singh beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Arjun R/O Kot PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 270/02 dated 05/08/02 U/S 451,506 IPC and declared PO on 21/01/2012 by the Ld. Court of JMIC No.1. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 137/13 dated 12/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurcharan Preet Singh S/O Sh. Manjeet Singh R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/13 he was present in his shop, in the mean time a bus (HP31-9786) came from Sundernagar side and hit a woman who sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 12/06/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bihari Lal S/O Sh. Chaku Ram R/O Vill. Dhamchyan PO Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Fateh Singh S/O Sh. Dodu Ram R/O Vill. Dhragad PO Thaltukod Tehsil Padhar Distt.  CASE OF SUICIDE AND CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES          

2.     Case FIR No. 149/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 306,498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Jassi Ram R/O Narla PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her sister Smt. Hema Devi was married with Tara Chand S/O Sh. Deva Ram R/O Alag PO Kot Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and he often beat her up. Today her younger sister Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Kanheya Lal R/O Dol PO Gopalpur informed her that her sister Hema Devi expired due to consumption of some poisonous substance. She is suspected that her sister consumed poison due to harassment of her husband Tara Chand. SI Rattan Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 147/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 353 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Jai Pal R/O Bheuli PO Purani Mandi at present conductor in HRTC Depot Mandi that Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Nasloh obstructed him from discharging of his lawful duty. CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

Sadar Mandi by HC Nirmal Singh that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dayari and during the course of patrolling he arrested Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Dayari PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted under Negotiable Instruments Act  and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 148/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Prabhu Dayal S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O E-3/283 Sultanpuri Delhi 86 that he was travelling by a bus (DL IPC-1008 which was bounded from Manikaran  to Delhi and when said bus reached about 1 Kms behind Mandi, a M/Cycle rider came from Mandi side very rashly and struck with their bus. CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

6.     Case FIR No. 156/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Vill. Bhadru PO  Kanjyan Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that she was married with Rakesh Kumar during the year 2011 and after one month of her marriage her husband Rakesh Kumar, father-in-law Madan Lal, mother-in-law Malti Devi, grandmother-in-law Kubja Devi, sister-in-law Lata Mukesh & Shashi Devi and  brother-in-law Pawan Kumar started to torture her for dowry. 7.     Case FIR No. 157/13 dated 11/06/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Madan lal R/O Vill. Bhadaru PO Kanjyan Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that her wife had come to her parent's home on 26/05/13 and on 10/06/13 he along with his father and sister were gone to the house of  the parents of his wife at Dabot for compromise with her and to come back home and when they were going back to their home Biri Singh, Vicky, Rajesh, Mukesh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

8.     Case FIR No. 132/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yog Raj Sharma S/O Sh. Late Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Sukka Reur PO Reur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away one gas cylinder and one induction stove from his kitchen during the intervening night of 09-10/06/13. CASE OF CHEATING

9.     Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 10/06/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Sayoli PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/06/13 he was withdrawing the money from the ATM outlet of SBOP at Nerchowk, in the meantime a  person dishonestly swapped/replaced his ATM Card with another ATM Card and thereafter he went to the bank for blocking of his card he was informed that Rs. 30,000/- have already been withdrawn from his account.
