CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Singh S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh R/O Vill. Chatarhal PO Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 Pune Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Singh VPO Gawali Tehsil Padhar parked his auto (HP33A(T)9409) on the wrong side at Padhar bazaar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (PB10CC5535) came very rashly and struck with above auto and M/Cycle rider along with both pillion riders sustained injuries. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Negi S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Chatrour PO Gagal Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 he was going to Sakroha by his car (HP33B-2117) and when he reached at Dilu Chowk, in the mean time an auto (HP65-1959) came very rashly and hit his car. 3.     Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 16/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Jiwan Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Chatrod PO Majhwar Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 at about 5.15 PM he was going to his home and on the way Rakesh Kumar @ Raku along with his 2/3 friends obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ajeet Kumar I/C P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Salochna Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O Vill. CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.     Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 14/02/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Lal Man VPO khakhrena Tehsil and Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown persons stole away golden and silver jewellary from his house. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No.  18/13 dated  13/02/13  U/S  20 of  ND&PS Act has been reigistered in P.S.  Gohar by PSI Nirmal Singh  that on 13/02/13  at about 9:15 PM  when he laid a Naka  along with police officials at  Lehgala  then during the course of patrolling he recovered  700 gms.  Cannabis  from the possession of  Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Kamal Dev  R/O  Ghat P.O. Cheuni Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi and  800 gms. Cannabis recovred from the possession of  Dhan Dev S/O Puran Chand  R/O Ghiyar P.O. Cheuni Tehsil Thunag from their bags. Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by Prob SI  Nirmal Singh I/O of  of PS Gohar .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5        Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 61  of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar   by  HC  Rajmal   No. 875 that when said HC was on patrolling along with police officials  at Ghatshani then during the course of patrolling he recovered  500ml English Wine , 375 ml Country liquor, and 5850 ml Beer from the possession of Pyar Chand S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Vill. Thod Galu P.O. Chukku Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his shop  HC  Rajmal  No. 875 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCCIDENT

6        Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 13/02/13  U/S  279,337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh.  Gopal Singh  S/O Late Sh.  Nokhu Ram  V.P.O. Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 13/02/13 at about 2:40 Pm when he was present in his shop at Pandoh, in mean time a alto car No. HP34C-7272 came very rashly and negligently  towards Mandi side  and hit  Gurdev Sharma  VPO Nagdhar who was standing outside the road.  HC Chaman Lal no. 909 I/O of highway traffic  Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

Chakkala (Chadhung) PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagr Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter was married to Lal Singh S/O Late Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O Vill. Dhurli Sammon PO Langna Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and after the marriage of his daughter her mother-in-law was harassing her since long. Due to harassment by her mother-in-law on 11/02/13 she had taken some poisonous substance and thereafter she died at  RPMC Tanda. ASI Iswari Prasad is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Rajmal Singh No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 10/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person resident of Sanyardi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rajmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

Behraich (UP) that on 10/02/13 at about 08.15 PM he was going to his quarter, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP20-6391) came very rashly   and hit his rehari from back side. No. 286/21 Khalyar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 30,000/- and a Swish ladies watch having approximately cost of Rs. 5000/-. Mandi that on 04/02/13 her father-in-law Thakru Ram entered in her courtyard and beat her up and on 10/02/13 at about 09.30 AM her father-in-law Thakru Ra, mother-in-law Kala Devi and brother-in-law Raju obstructed her way and beat her up.
