P.S.Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.Jeeven Singh S/O Sh. Purvi
Ram R/O Siuan P.O. Ladbharol Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that
Vinay kumar has been stolen all the Stones gathered by him for
the construction of the house . Total value of the st6olen property

Mandi that on. 14/12/12 at. About 5.45 PM when She was going to her
house in the mean time one Car No. (HP-01K-1586 )came very rashly
from Mandi side and hit her and she sustained injury. ASI Amarnath

registered at PS Sarkeghat on the complaint of Sh.Jiva Nand S/O
Parma Nand VPO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat that on the intervening
night of 13-12-12 Sonu Kumar @ Amit KumarS/O Late Sh Surender Kumar
VPO Salpar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stolen away 15 Packet of
cigarette and 2000 Rupees from his shop at Baldwara. Total value of
stolen property is Rs. 12000/- Case is being investigated by HC Hem
Chand No 883 IO PP Hatli.

9 Case FIR No 329/12 Dated 14-12-12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered at
PS Sarkeghat on the complaint of Lashkri Ram S/O Govind Ram Village
Laka PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat received U/S 156(3) CrPC that on Dated
11-12-12 Achhar Singh R/O Laka and his wife Biro Devi removed and cut
the grass as well as chopped the branches of the trees. Total value

Mangalu Ram R/O Bodhal P.O.Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 13/12/12 at about 2:30 PM when Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Purana Bazar  Sundernagar was going alongwith his wife and child on his scooter in mean time  laborer which are working in the house of Sonu, thrown the wooden poll  towards road side  which fall upon the child of above said Pawan Kumar and child sustained injury. 4        Case FIR No. 327/12 dated 14/12/12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal kant  S/O Sh. Chetan Kumar R/O H.No.36/8  Darmanaya Muhalla  that on 14/12/12 at about 1:05PM  when he was going his Grand Father home near by Bir Tungal and when he reached there, in the mean time two person's namely Mukhiya & Dodu obstruct his way and  beaten him up . HC Dalip Singh No. 890 I/O P.P.of  City is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

5        Case FIR No. 328/12 dated 14/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Assistant Engineer Electrical Sub. Division HPSEB Saigaloo, that during the night of 12/12/2012 some unknown culprits stolen the One Limb of 33KV from Sub-Station Saigaloo.Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 90,000-/-. 6        Case FIR No. 359/12 dated 14/12/12 U/S 379, 447, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint  of Smt. Halki Devi W/O Parma Ram Vill. Hawanu P.O. Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on  2/10/12 one Jodha Ram, Mast Ram, Barfi Devi, Ramesh Kumar, Leela Devi and Anjana Devi all R/O Hawanu P.O. Sidhyani cut the grass from her land and stolen away. ASI Om Parkesh I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

1        Case FIR No. 327/12 dated 12/12/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  HC Narpat  Ram  that on the secret information  he recovered 4500ML Country liquor from the possession of  Shri Chand S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Behanji P.O. Gopalpur  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  from his house . Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by HC Narpat  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF DEATH   BY FALLING ( U/S  174 Cr.P.C. )

2        Karan singh @Kale Ram S/O Jagdish R/O Ichhapur Tehsil  Padoti  Distt. Gurgoan (Hariyana) died by falling from the stair . Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was  carried out by  local Police of P.S. Sundernagar  and dead body  of the deceased was handed over to the relatives after conducting  postmortem by the M.O. of C.H. Sundernagar.

Mandi that on 11/12/12  at about 3:10 PM when he was present at Panarsa in mean time  Santro Car No. (HP58-0032) came very rashly which was driven by the Khem  Chand  S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Hatt P.O.Bajoura Distt. Kullu and  hit the  child Prince Anmol S/OJasbir Singh R/O Bihali P.O. Largi Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu and he sustained injury. (Prob).SI Atti  Devi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        CaseFIR No. 326/12  dated  11/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Gourve S/O Sh. Jeet R/O Kathala P.O. Rodi  Tehsil Kosoli Distt. Solan (HP) on   today i.e.11/12/12  at about 10:45 AM when he was present at Baranu in mean time  Alto Car No.(HP33-7751) collide with  Truck No.(HP15-4535). This accident occurred   due to the rash and negligent driving of the driver of above said car namely Nitant  Sabharwal. HC Sanjeev Kumar No.69 I/O of High Way patrol is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 138/12 dated 10/12/12 U/S 302IPC   has been  registered in P.S.Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Ganga Ram S/O of Sh. Khub  Ram  R/O Abahadhar P.O. Gohar  Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi  that his son Jagat Bandhu deceased  found  dead on 19-20/11/12  at near by Khoyad and killed by some unknown person .Inspector Bishan  Dass SIU Mandi is investigating the case .

1. Case FIR No. 195/12 dated 10/12/12 U/S 451,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Keshav Ram S/O Sh. Dablu Ram R/O Vill. Johar PO Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/12 at about 3 PM Muni Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram, Mani Devi W/O Sh. Sant Ram and Maghi Devi W/O Late Sh. Kameshwar R/O Vill. Johar PO Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his courtyard and abused him. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF DEATH BY HANGING  

2. Nilamber Ram S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O Vill. Tikkri PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) died by hanging. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out by the local police of P.S. Sundernagar and dead body of the deceased was handed over to the relatives after conducting postmortem by the M.O. of C.H. Sundernagar.   

 CASE OF DEATH DUE TO RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

3. Case FIR No. 356/12 dated 10/12/12 U/S 287,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Balayti Ram mR/O Vill. Punahi PO BBMB Colony Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his wife was expired during the year 2011and since then his children were staying in the house of his maternal father at Sainji. Today at about 08.30 AM Up-Pradhan of Shali Panchayat Sh. Pawan Kumar informed him that his son Aditya Sharma expired due to accident happened with rice roller machine. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1        Case FIR No.220/12 dated 09/12/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar by the ASI Gulab Singh that on today i.e.09/12/12 at about 12:30AM  when said ASI was conducting  the Nakabandi  along with  other police officials  at Jadroun Kanchi then during  the course of the nakabandi he recovered 4,50000 ML Country liquor and 18000ML English wine  from the possession of Somnath S/OSh. Sant Ram R/O Reheg P.O.Chaleli Tehsil Ghumrwin Distt. Bilaspur and Jagdish Chand S/OSh. Paras Ram R/O KotHatli Distt. Mandi  from the vehcile No.(HP23B-5922). Both of the Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by ASI Gulab Singh I/C of P.P.Dehar.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

2        Case FIR No.326/12 dated 08/12/12 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.Sarkaghat  by  SI Om Raj  that on 08/12/12 Vijay kumar  S/O Amar Singh Guleria R/O Chel P.O. Ropari  and  Rajnish S/O Prem Singh both are the same locality  were going  to  Chel along with Moter cycle No. (HP28A-1330). Moter cycle was driven by the Vijay Kumar. At about 8:30PM  near by the Sadhot Bridge the above said Moter cycle rider vijay Kumar collied the Moter Cycle with parafit  due to rash and negligent riding of the vehicle and  Rajnesh Kumar which was also boarded on the Moter cycle  died on the spot. SI Om Raj I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR NO. 355/12 dated 08/12/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Kalu Ram S/O Mohan Ram R/O Majhyali P.O. Reur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 28/08/12 and on 31/8/12  some unknown person witdrawl Rs.60,000-/- from his pension account in HP State Co-operative Bank Rewalsar. ASI Om Prakash I/C of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No.117/12 dated 09/12/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.Padhar on the complaint of Sh.Sunder Singh S/O Sh. Jeet Singh R/O Pakhari P.O. Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 08/12/12 complaint went to  his relative at Mehar  along with Sh. Krishan chand in his own Alto car No.(HP01-0935)and parked the car out side the road while he retured back at about8:45PM  then the  two tyre of the above said car were stolen by the some unknown culprit having cost at about Rs.10,000-/- HC Anil Kumar I/O of P.S. Mandi that intervening night of 4-5/12/12 Black pipes having lenth 7/7.5feet has been stolen by some unknown culprits having cost Rs. 9600-/- HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I/O of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
