CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 167/12 dated 19/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogidnerngar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Sharan R/O Vill. Kathla PO Dul Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 9 AM near Luxmi Bazaar Jogindernagar a truck (HP36-8404) came from wrong side very rashly & negligently and hit his inova car. ASI Purshotam Dass I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

2.     Case FIR No. 280/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 498A,306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Om Chand R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that his sister Ramna Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar VPO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) committed suicide due to torture by her husband and threats by her husband to solemnized his second marriage. SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar that he was on patrolling along with other police at Dehar bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 468 bottles (3,51,000 ML) country liquor and 12 bottles (9000 ML) English  the wine from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O Bhantrehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar.

4.     Case FIR No. 285/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Joginder Pal No. 5 I.O. of SIU Mandi that on 18/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Hawani (Randhara) and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML country liquor from the possession of  Lal Man S/O Late Sh. Dhan Dev R/O Vill. Hawani PO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Joginder Pal No. 5 I.O. of SIU Mandi.

5.     Case FIR No. 300/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 18/10/12 at about 04.40 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Samlaun and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1800 ML country liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O Vill. Samloun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh.

6.     Case FIR No. 301/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh HC Malkiat Singh No. 57  I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that on 18/10/12 at about 04.50 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Samlaun and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML country liquor from the possession of Besar Singh S/O Sh. Fingha Ram R/O Vill. Lokher Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P Rewalsar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 302/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Kandhi PO Segli Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is owner of a taxi (HP01K-0738) which is deputed with Returning Officer Seraj constituency for election duty. Today at 08.30 AM he reached at Dadaur Chowk to pick-up the two members deputed for election duty, in the mean time owner of private bus (HP69-0139) came there and beat him up and said that why are you  carrying the passengers.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 183/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Daljeet Singh R/O Jolpalakhi PO Kuthehra Tehsil Gumarwin Distt. Bilaspur at present Manager, Green Valley Hotel Chamukha Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 11.30 AM he was present in the hotel, in the mean time  a M/Cycle (HP31-7625) came from Bilaspur side and a bus of Punjab Roadway came from Sundernagar side and they both collided with each other due to rash and negligent riding by M/Cycle rider Sher Singh S/O Khyala Ram R/O Palohta Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. M/Cycle rider along with pillion rider ( a lady) sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

2.     Case FIR No. 184/12 dated 18/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Bhawna Dutta, CHT, Govt. Primary School Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today morning when she reached in the school, she found that lock of the door of the kitchen was broken by some unknown culprits. On checking she found that one cylinder and one pressure cooker were found stolen. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

Objectionable SMS related to Elections helpline

9805577915 - Mobile number for submitting complaints of objectionable SMSs, which are violating the provisions of election law, model code of conduct and the Election Commission's directions/instructions issued in this behalf. The receiver of such SMS can forward the said SMS (along with the number of the sender of such objectionable SMS) to this number. The Police will initiate inquiry and trace back the original sender of the SMS and take action under law.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 17/1012 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Charan Singh S/O Sh. Tej Ram  Vill. Katoula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 17/10/12  at about 7:30AM  when he was present at the Bhour Bazaar in mean time One Motor Cycle without number  came rashly from Mandi Side   and hitted the parked trucked . This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent riding of the rider of above said  Motor Cycle .HC Ram Lal No. 543 I/O High Petrol is investigating the case .

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2          Case FIR No. 297/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered on the  complaint  of Smt. Shankutla Devi W/O Vishvnath  Vill. Ghour PO Riyur Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/12 at about  1:45 PM some unknown culprits broke the main gate of her house and stolen away cash  Rs. 2500-/-, one  gold teek ,chak and mangal sutra from her house . The total value of stolen property about  Rs.42,500-/-  ASI Om Parkesh I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case

3          Case FIR No 296/12 datd 16/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh  by  SI Chhota Ram  I/O PS Balh that on 16/10/12 at about 3:25 PM when he was on patrolling at  Dhangu   along with  the other police officials  then during the course of petrolling he recovered 3000ML illicit liquor  from the possession of   Mohan S/OJagat Ram Vill. Dhangu . ASI Chhota Ram I/O of  PS Balh  is investigating the case.

4          Case  FIR No. 298/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 61-1-14  Excise Act  has been registered  in PS Balh on by   (Prob). SI Vinod kumar  that on  16/10/12 at about 5PM when he was on patrolling at Pahali   along with other police officials  then during the course of patrolling he recoverd 3000 ML illicit liquor  from the possession Murari Lal S/O Jai kishan Vill. Gurkotha  Distt Mandi  from his shop. (Prob).SI  vinod kumar I/O of  PS Balh is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 299/12 dated 17/10/12 U/S61-1-14  Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by  ASI Karam Chand that on  17/10/12 when he was on Naka in C/W election duty  at Leda then he recovered 9000 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Shankar Singh R/O Dhar PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP). ASI Karan Chand I/O of  PS Balh is investigating the case .

5.     Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 16/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali that on 15/10/12 at 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jarol and during the course of patrolling he carried out checking of a bus (HP65-2279) and recovered  9000 ML unclaimed country liquor from said bus. ASI Roop Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT & MISCHIEF

1.     Case FIR No. 287/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 447,379,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Raj R/O VIll. Chuari PO Sawan Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur at present TGT Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya Pandoh that he purchased a piece of land at Bhangrotu and laid a boundary wall having 4 feet height and 56 feet length on his land. On 12/10/12 Sanjeev Kumar damaged the above boundary wall and also stolen away material of said boundary wall.  ASI Lachhi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 13/10/12 at about 07.10 PM he was standing near a chicken corner at Bhaur, in the mean time an unknown person came there and attacked upon him with a knife and he sustained injuries. 5.     Case FIR No. 166/12 dated 14/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Sharma S/O Sh. Ram Swaroop R/O Main Bazaar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/01/12 at about 10.10 PM he was sleeping in his room and he listen a loud noise. On this he came outside to his room and saw that a person was lying on the road side who sustained injuries. In the mean time a yellow colour school bus ran away from the spot towards Mandi side. SI (Prob.) Sakini Ram I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6.     Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Anil Kumar NO. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 13/10/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotropi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Mashwahan PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

7.     Case FIR No. 101/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 13/10/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of Sohan Singh S/O Late Sh. Kailu Ram R/O Vill. Mashwahan PO Chokku Tehsil Padhar Distt.Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

8.     Case FIR No. 120//12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by SI Rattan Chand  I/C Static Surveillance Team  that on 13/10/12 at about 2 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials and  during the course of checking a Bus (HP65-1596)  he recovered  7500 ML English Wine  from said bus which was lying unclaimed in said HRTC bus. SI Rattan Chand is investigating the case.

9.     Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 13/10/12 at about 1.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Thalout and during the course of patrolling he recovered 192750 ML (257 bottles)  country liquor and 18000 ML (24 bottles) of English wine from a Tata Summo (HP01M-3980) which was possessed by driver Inder Singh S/O Sh. TulsiRam R/O Guran PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut.

10. Case FIR No. 277/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI (Prob) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tela and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML English wine from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Vill. Tela PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bandal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor  from the possession of Sudheer Kumar S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Vill. Bandal PO Khauda Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Shoba Ram R/O VPO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by Inspr. Bishan Dass I/C SIU Sadar Mandi.

Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Majhthyal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1750 ML illicit liquor  from the possession of Hari Ram S/O Sh. Gawanu Ram R/O Vill. Majthyal PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh.
