CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 498A,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Vinay Kumar R/O Vill. Kothi PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Vinay Kumar on 04/05/12 as per Hindu rites and ritual and she was treated well as well as kept in good condition only for one month after her marriage by her husband Vinay Kumar, father-in-law Ranvir Singh, mother-in-law Vidya Devi and Banti Devi all resident of the same locality. After one month of her marriage she was tortured and harassed by above persons by saying that you have brought insufficient dowry and they also beat her up. They also demanded a car in dowry and also threatened her. ASI Naresh Kumar is I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 76/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shashi Bala W/O Sh Vivek Kumar R/O Kothi PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat that about 1 and ½ month ago her father-in-law and mother-in law had gone to Delhi for treatment and she was residing in her mother's house at Barchhwar. No body was present in her home from last 1 and ½ month. On 29/03/12 at about 11.30 AM she went to Kothi and she found that main door of her house was opened and when she inspected in side of the house, she found that one colour TV and one DVD were stolen away by some unknown culprits and approximately value of the stolen articles are about Rs. 16,000/-. SI (Prov.) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagahat is investigating the case.

Case FIR No 75/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur PS Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dharampur bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Sanour PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi was selling fruits at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. Jaundhu Ram R/O Village Dhelual PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi was selling fishes at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. Sohan Singh R/O VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was selling Gol-Gappa at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. Case FIR No 79/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur PS Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dharampur bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Nettar Pal S/O Sh. Neksela R/O VPO Amapur Tehsil Kasganj Distt. Kashi (UP) was selling fruits at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Shushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 50/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Thakur S/O Sh. Parma Thakur R/O Vill. Kholu PO Karsal Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that today at about 8 AM he was present in his home, in the mean time he heard a loud noise and came out and saw that a Tata Sumo (HP01H-2857) fell down from the road about 500 mtrs downward and 8/10 school children who have boarded said ill-fated vehicle sustained injuries. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of said vehicle. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 92/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 325,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt Maya Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Rao Pali PO Dayargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/02/12 Khub Ram, Leela Devi and Vicky entered in her fields and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

9. Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Jasvinder Kumar S/O Ganpat Ram R/O Village Khanoyed P.O.Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar & Balak Ram S/O Chet Ram R/O Badyar P.O. Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla that a advertisement was published in News Paper Amar Ujala on 25/11/11 by D. Paligroup for taking loan from their company for which some money is to be deposited in the account of D. Paligroup company having account No. 31905905155. On this amount of Rs. 52000/- was deposited by each of them in the above mentioned account of above company. After depositing above mentioned amount when above mentioned both complainants tried to confirm the sanctioning of their loan by above company, Mobile phones of above company were found switched off and no amount of loan was granted to them by the said company. 10. Case FIR No 48/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered IN p.s. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sunder Ram R/O Chakli PO Slapper Colony Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 28-29/03/12 some unknown culprits stolen away jewelery and cash from the house of his brother Ram Lal (i.e. nath gold, one pair ear ring gold, one chack gold one pair payal silver and cash of worth Rs. 1300/-) having total value of stolen property Rs. 45000/-. 11. Case FIR No 47/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob) Sandeep Choudhary I/O of P.S. Sunder Nagar that on 28/03/12 at 10.25 PM near patrol pump Sundernagar a M/Cycle rider of M/Cycle (HP12B-6093) namely Duni Chand S/O Sukh Ram R/O Bhanwar P/O Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi met with an accident due to rash and negligent riding and he sustained injuries. SI(Prob.) Sandeep Choudhary I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITY) ACT

12. Case FIR No 35/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 323 IPC & U/S 3 SC/ST Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Badhu W/O Sh. Badru Ram R/O Vill. Nishali PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi that Bhawna Devi D/O Sh. Thakur Dass abused her by caste and also attacked upon her with a stone and she sustained injury. Sh. Hira Singh Thakur, Addl. S.P. Mandi is investigating the case.

13. 54 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8,350/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.1,000/- was recovered and 3 challan were issued under Mining Act.

1. Case FIR NO 29/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 3(1)(10) of SC&ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint Sh Chaman Rahi, Mandi, HP that during the educational tour of Govt Sen Sec School Kufari Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi, teacher of the above school insulted the students of classes 10+1 & 10+2 of above school who belonged to SC/ST category. Addl. S.P. Mandi, Sh. Hira Singh Thakur is investigating the above case.

2. Case FIR No 30/12 DATED 27/03/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Late Sh Relu Ram R/O Narla PO & Teh Padhar Distt Mandi that he read the advertisement in Punjab Kesri that "CANADA WORK PERMIT KHARCHA KAMPANY KA", "JANE KE ICHHUK SAMPARK KARAIN" at Hisar Haryana contact Nos 098968-51008, 092550-40495. On this he contacted with Er. Kumar Mandeep and Ravnit Singh Mann and there after he visited the office of Mandeep Kumar at VOX OVER SEAS CONSALTANCY SCO 409, 2nd Floor Mugal Canal Karnal, Haryana. They told the complainant to deposit the money and papers on which complainant paid/deposited the money in various accounts given by the above persons and also paid the money in the shape of cash total money deposited was amounting Rs 1,87,000 /- (Rs 1,15,000 /-in the shape of cash and Rs 72,000/- deposited in accounts). Above persons cheated the complainant by publishing false advertisement and grabbing money. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR. No. 29/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Pramod Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Sevak R/O Sarayen Bihari Dass PO. Fufhan Tehsil Oreiya Distt. Oreiya UP that on 27/03/12 he along with other 12 person's all resident of UP were coming from Sujanpur to Karsog by a truck (HP67-1352) which was driven by driver Narender Singh and when said truck near Kateru, driver Narender Kumar lost control over above truck and it fell down from the road about 20 meters downward. In this mishap 13 occupants of above truck sustained injuries. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I/O of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4. Case FIR No.50/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh Hukam Chand S/O Kundan Lal village Blawag PO Bharara Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/12 he was in IGMC Shimla as attendant with his father as the operation eye's of his father was fixed on 26/03/12 by the M.O. concerned. At about 3 PM he was informed by his daughter Geeta that she along with her Mother Sumitra were present in village Jeasi and they have seen that their house was burning at village Blawag. On this he came to his home and he found that on 26/03/12 Jiya Lal S/O sh. Jalam Ram was burning the bushes and due to his negligence fire caught his house and it was burnt totally along with all house hold items. Approximately loss of property is about Rs. 3 lac is reported in this fire incident. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR NO. 91/12 dated 28-3-12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registred in PS Balh on the complaint of Amar singh S/O Hans raj caste S/C vill Naoru PO Bhangrotu Teshil sadar Distt Mandi (H.P). That on dt. 28-3-12 at about 9-30 am he was going to Mandi and waiting for bus at Bhangrotu bus stop. In the mean time Car No(HP-24B-0461) came from Mandi side and hit him and he sustained injury on his leg. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh No.23 I/O PS Balh.

6. 76 Challan were issued and fine of Rs. 6300-/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 4 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.400 -/- was recovered and 2 challan under Mining Act has been issued.

1. Case FIR No 46/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Labh Singh S/O Late Sh. Hira Singh R/O Vill. Ropa P/O Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar that today at 6.00 A.M he was going for morning walk nearby his home, in the mean time Ajeet Singh S/O Durga Dass R/O Chunal P/O Jhanyara Tehsil and Distt. Hamirpur, Vijay Thakur S/O Ganga Ram VPO Ropa Tehsil and Distt. Hamirpur and Surjeet Singh S/O Bidhi Chand R/O Karot Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur came there, obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Khem Chand No 47 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 73/12 Dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole that he was on patrolling at Devgarh along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Mohar Singh Village Devgarh PO Cholgarh Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION

3. Case FIR 49/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Sagar S/O Sh Lakshman Dass R/O Vill. Batehali PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi that his daughter Santosh Kumari reads in 10+1 class at G.S.S. School Bhararu and on 19/03/12 she went to the school for appearing in the paper of practical but she did not return back to home. On the same day at about 7 PM she informed telephonically that Rakesh @ Raku S/O Ganga Ram R/O Bahi PO Padhar kidnapped her forcibly. ASI Suresh Kumar I/O of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 48/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O VPO Simas Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (H,P) that she has possessed one she goat and two he goats. On 25/03/12 her daughter Indu locked the door of her cowshed and on 26/03/12 at about 7-00 AM when her son Anil Kumar went to brought grass from cow shed, he saw that two he goats were not found inside the cow shed. She suspects that some unknown culprits stole away both he goats during the intervening night of 25-26/03/12 having approximately cost of both he goats about Rs. 8000/-. 5. Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Shyam Lal I/O of P.S. Aut that on 26/03/12 a about t6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aut Bazar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 270 ML English Wine from the possession of Dhanesh S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Bindhar Distt. Mandi and Bala Ram S/O Sh. Lahnu Ram R/O VIll. Chalah PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi who were drinking wine inside his shop. ASI Shyam Lal I.O. of P.S. CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE AND POISONING

6. Case FIR No. 89 /12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 309,328 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Satoh PO Rajgarh that he has was married with Sulochna Devi during the year 2010. They have one son namely Saxam of nine month old from their wedlock. Last 2/3 days his wife Sulochna Devi was annoyed with him. On 26/03/12 at about 5.30 PM when he was working in his fields, his wife Sulochna and his niece Sweta were present at home. In the main time his nice call him to come to home immediately. On her call he went to hime and saw that his wife had consumed some poisonous substance and she had also given poison to his minor son Saxam who is nine month old. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 90 /12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Candu Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Vill. Chawan-Khabu PO Sardhwar Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/12 at about 10 AM he and his son Katku Ram along with worker Bansi Ram working in out side of his house. In the mean time Gauri Dutt threw stone from his side which hit on his head and he sustained injury. ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered by ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 26/03/12 at about 5-30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dharamdawara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Dumna Ram R/O Vill. Dharamdawarw PO Surah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND INTIMIDATION

1.    Case FIR No. 86/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  451,147,149,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Labh Singh S/O Mohan Singh R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that  on  25/03/12  at about 2-40 PM  he was present in his workshop at Gutkar, in the mean time he saw that  Pushap Raj was flowing water towards his workshop from his house. On this he asked him why he was flowing water towards his shop. On this Pushap Raj, Hans Raj , Shakuntla Devi, Dhani Ram, Asha Devi etc. came there beat him up and also abused to him.  SI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2.    Case FIR No. 87/12 dated  25/03/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Thalia Ram R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that  on  25/03/12 at about 2.40 PM he was present at his house, in the mean time Labh Singh, Jitender Kumar, Rajeev Kumar and Sanju threw wastage materials  in his fields. When he told them why they are throwing the wastage material in his fields, above persons beat him up. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.    Case FIR  No. 33/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  283 IPC    has been registered  in P.S. Aut by  ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichawki  that on 25/03/12  at about 5.30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nauna Chowk and during the course of patrolling he found that Amar  Singh   S/O  Sh  Bhup Singh  Vill Galma   Tehsil Sadar  Distt Mandi HP   has stopped his Tipper (HP -31B 0580)   the  Road which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. ASI  Ashwani  Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki  is investigating the case.

INCIDENT OF FIRE

4. Today one unknown person informed telephonically to P.S. Aut that an incident of fire took place at Thalaut. On receiving this information a police team lead by ASI Mohar Singh rushed to the spot and found that fire broke  up in the house Mohar Singh, Dharam Dass and Karam Singh resident of village Thalaut. This incident took place today about 09.30 AM due to electric short circuit and in this incident 2.5 stories  of the house were brunt and no loss of human being was  reported in this incident. However approximately loss of properties of Rs. 10 lac is reported in this incident.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.    Case FIR No 45/12 dated  25/03/12  U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sunder Nagar that on  25/03/12 at about 4.30 P.M. he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jaral and during the course of patrolling he recovered 570 ML  country liquor from the possession of Devi Singh S/O Basant Ram R/O vill. Dharanda PO Meramasit Tehsil  Sundernagar at present Pal Chicken Corner Jaral who sales the wine on  peg sale basis in his Chicken Corner shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S . Sundernagar.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.    Case FIR No 27/12 dated  25/03/12  U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar that that on  25/03/12 at about 4.30 P.M. he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Retaihadi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 15000 ML  country liquor from the possession of Ved Prakash S/O Sh. Pikhalu Ram R/O vill. Thamadi  PO Rohanda  Tehsil  Sundernagar, Chet Ram S/O Sh. Kishan Dass R/O Vill. Thamadi PO Rohanda Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S . Gohar.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR.No. 28/12 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of  Roshan  Lal S/O Sh Prem Singh R/O Ropa PO. Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi H.P.   that on  25/03/12  he along with Satish Kumar and Dhishu were coming from Nihari to Rohanda by Jeep ( HP-65-0767) which was driven by Vinod Kumar. At about 9.30 PM  above jeep reached at  Kupdidhar  and driver Vinod Kumar lost control over it and fell down from the road about 100 mtrs downwards and all four occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. HC. Chint Ram NO. 873 is investigating the case. 

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

8. Accused  Beli Ram S/O Sh Doda Ram Vill Saglach PO Nihari Distt Mandi was arrested on 25/03/12 by ASI Hari Ram  I.O. of P.S BSL Colony who was wanted case FIR No.  26/12 dated 21/03/12 U/S  363, 366 IPC. Accused Beli Ram is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Sundernagar.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT, OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMATION

9.    Case FIR No 70/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 289,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt Nirmala Devi W/O Sh Suresh Kumar R/O Village Dhatoli PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on  26-03-12 at about 8.45 AM when she was present in village  Dhatoli  near the house of  Rajo Devi. In the mean time  Rajo Devi, Mamta Devi and Sandeep Kumar started to abuse her and also beat her up. In the same time the dog of Sapna Devi also came there and bite her.  HC Baldev Chand IO of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

Case FIR No 71/12 Dated 26-03-12 U/S 447,504,323,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt Mamta Kumari W/O Sh Lekh Ram R/O Village Dhatoli PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on 26/03/12 Nirmala Devi, Shankutla Devi, Puja Devi and Anju Devi  entered in her courtyard and beat  her up. 11. Case FIR No 72/12 dated  26/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh Devi Ditta Village and PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that during the intervening night of 25-26/03/12 some unknown culprits entered in the house of his nephew Rangila Ram and stole away golden jewelery i.e Neckles ,   Nath, Kante, Rings, Tik, Chak etc. having approximately cost of Rs. 1,72,262/- and during the same night  also stole away Golden Jewelery of about Rs 90,000 from the house of Khem Chand, Golden Jewelery of about Rs 21,000 from the house of  Damoder Dass, Golden Jewelery of about Rs 9,000 from the house of  Narpat Ram  all resident of the same locality. Total approximately value of stolen ornaments is about Rs. 2, 92,262/-. Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Sarkaghat  that on 25/03/12  at about 2.30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Hawani and during the course of patrolling he found that Anju Devi  W/O  Sh  Joni Chandel R/O Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   has laid a heap of sand on the   Road at Hawani which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 28/12 Dated 24/03/122 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Roop Singh I/O of P.S. Padhar that at Kahara a Bolero jeep (HP65-1689) fell down about 100 feet downward from the road which was driven by driver Ram Lal. In this mishap Mathru Devi W/O Ram Lal, Ram Lal S/O Sh. Amarnath all resident of Vill. Khani PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP sustained injuries and Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Vill. Khani PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was declared dead by the MO ZH Mandi. ASI Roop Singh I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING

2. On 24-3-2012, Chitter Bhadur S/O Rattan Bhadur R/O Vill. Khursani PO & Tehsil Vidur Distt. Nawakot (Nepal) aged about 36 years was working as labouror in Hydro Project Balh and he was died due to falling from a Dhank and no body suspects about his death. Post-mortem of the dead body was carried out at C.H. Jogindernagar and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

3. Case FIR No. 25/12 dated 24/-03/12 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Late Sh. Hetu Ram VPO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 02/03/12, Hoshiar Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. LAtwari PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi and Nok Ram S/O Sh. Chinta Ram R/O Vill. Dhara Kothi PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi have been stolen away 50 pairs of cable of BSNL department having approximately cost of Rs. 15,200/-. ASI Hans Raj is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 26/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Manni Devi W/O Late Sh. Kanhiya Lal R/O Vill. Bakhadog PO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that today at about 8 AM she was going from Mahunag temple to her shop at Tarror and on the way Tara, Jhabo Ram, Bimla Devi and Reeta Devi R/O Banni obstructed her way and beat her up along wither son Khumesh, daughters Soma and Kiran. 5. Case FIR No. 85/12 dated 24/03/12 U/S 509,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Miss Usha Devi D/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Karnehra PO Galma Distt. Mandi that she is student of GNM at Lal Bahadur Shashtri School of Nurshing at Haryana. Vivek Suman was her class mate during the year 2008 in GSSS Bhangrotu and they both knows to each other. Now Vivek Kumar is sending obscene SMS in her mobile since last 5-6 months and also threatening her with dire consequence. Vivek Kumar also sent such obscene messages to the college management and college management had suspended her from the college. SI Rajender Singh Addl. SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No 67/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Khub Ram S/O Sh Rattan Chand R/O Bharnal PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat that he was traveling in by a bus which was bounded from Sundernager to Sujanpur and when said bus reached at Upper Bhambla, in the mean time a Truck (HP 24B-4047) hit a person namely Hari Ram who was crossing the road and he sustained injuries. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sarkaghat bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Vijay Kishor S/O Lakhan Singh Village Badwari Kala PO Nameni Tehsil Kasal Distt Kashi Ramnagar UP at present C/O Raj Kumar R/O Behar was selling fruits on the road side at Sarkaghat Bazaar which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. Jamal Deen R/O Dugrain PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi at present shopkeeper at Kanaid that on 24/03/12 he was present in his shop, in the mean time Salim S/O Sh. 11. Case FIR No. 32/12 Dated 25/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/O of P.P. Balichowki that on 25/03/12 at 6.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shalari Mod and during the during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter lahan from the possession of Satu Devi W/O Late Sh Devi Ram R/O vill. Devi Singh Sen R/O H.No. 231/1/3 Jail Road Mandi that he went to his  parent village Arthi P.O. Bari Gamanu on 22-03-12 and  on 23-03-12 when he returned back to his home, than he found that all the door & Almira lock were broken by some unknown culprits and stolen away One Gold Tikka- 7gram, Golden Chain- 20gram, Ear ring- 6gram, Gold-3gram, Silver Payal- 200gram and worth Rs. 3500/- during the intervening night of 22-24/3/12. 8.     Case FIR NO. 49/12 dated 23-3-12 U/S 366, 376, 506, 34 IPC has been registered on the compliant of a girl, resident  of Village Majhas PO Tehsil PS Karsog Distt Mandi that she was kidnapped on 24-2-2011 by Muni Lal S/O Sh. Hukam Singh Village Chanjodi PO Kao Tehsil & PS Karsog Distt Mandi and she was  rapped by him  till September 2011 and she was also harassed by his parents. During the month of September 2011 she escaped herself from his clutches and went to the house of her parents. Whereas on 26-11-11  Muni Lal along with his parents are denying to accept her and her baby. SI /Add. SHO Trilok Chand is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 21/03/12 at about 9 PM he was going to his house, in the mean time Khem Chand and Mintu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sarwan Singh No. 20 is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 27/12 dated 23/03/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Ratki Devi W/O Sh. Chamel Singh R/O VPO Boaching Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 22/03/12 she was going Lachkandi from Boaching by a vehicle (HP53-6891) of Tempo Trax  along with Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Bhagat Ram, Kamlesh W/O Sh. Sohan Singh, Shila Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Dev, Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Fath Singh, Chamari Devi W/O Sh. Chanu Ram R/O VPO Boaching and when said vehicle reached at Balyasain, driver Ragi Ram of said vehicle lost control and rolled down about 300 feet downward due to which Sheela and Kamlesh died on the spot whereas Ragi Ram and Bimla Devi sustained injuries. CASE OF POISONING

3. Today Sher Singh S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Vill. Tikkar PO Tehsil Sudhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi has been consumed some poisonous substance and  died at CHC Padhar. Postmortem of the dead body is carried at CH Jogindernagar and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT

4. Today Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Lohku Ram R/o Bhubhu Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi reported in this PS that after four year of her marriage, her husband started to harass and torture her and also started pressing very hard  for divorce. In this regard report has been  lodged under Domestic Violence Act which is being sent to CDPO Kunnu for further inquiry.

Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gopalpur and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession of  Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh Basant Singh  R/O VPO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

6. Case FIR No 46/12 dated 23/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act  has been registered in  PS Jogindernagar by HC Rajesh Kumar No 960  I/O  of P.S. Jogindernagar  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ladbharol and during the course of patrolling he recovered  8250 ML country liquor from the possession of  Krishan Chand  S/O Late Sh Kishori Lal  R/O VPO Ladbharol  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 960 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.

SPECIAL ENGLISH SPEAKING COURSE 

7.     Two batches of special course on English Speaking were organized w.e.f. 12/03/12 to 16/03/12 & 19/03/12 to 23/03/12 for the police officials of this office through the faculty members of Riches Planet English Academy Mandi in which 30 participants participated in each batch.
