1        Case FIR No. 160/15 dated 13/10/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Sarni Devi  W/O Sh. Nohlu Ram  R/O  Bassi  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/10/15  when she  was waiting  for the bus  at  Sukka Bag , in the mean time a unknown  Two-Wheeler  came rashly  from  Chountra  side and hit to her  and she  sustained injuries.  HC  Hoshiyar Singh  No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 248/15 dated 14/10/15 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dimple Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Janihan PO  Gehara  Tehsil  Sarkahgat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 13/10/15  Rinku &  Hemu resident of the same locality   obstructed  his way  and beat him up.  HC  Kamal Kant No. 860  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

1          Case FIR No. 249/15 dated 13/10/15 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.   Sadar  by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C  of PP  City  that on 13/10/15  he was on nakka  alongwith  other police officials  at Pullgharat  and during  the course of nakkabandi he recovered  650  Gram Charas from the possession of  Puran Chand S/O Sh. Dole Ram  R/O  Banheni PO  Dhuagi Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP) . ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 248/15 dated 12/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City   that on  12/10/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other  police officials   and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the( Three-Wheeler HP05-1258)  possession of  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Mohan Lal  R/O  Devdhar PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Ram  Lal  I/C of  PP City  Mandi is investigating  the case.

3            Case FIR No. 67/15 dated 12/10/15  U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Dharampur   on the complaint of  Khim  K.C.  S/O Sh.  Dil Bahadur R/O  Machi PO Machi Tehsil   Machi  Distt.  Kyathan (Nepal)  that  on 12/10/15  his minor daughter  ( 15 years old )  is missing  and  he searched  her everywhere in his relations  but all in vain and he suspect that  someone kidnapped her daughter.  ASI Rakesh Kumar  I/C of  PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/15   her son  namely  Naresh Kumar  obstructed the way of her husband Kanahya Lal  and   beat her up alongwith her husband.  SI  Kuldeep  Chand   I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 151/15 dated 12/10/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh.  Jitender  Kumar S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh  R/O  Pathan PO  Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  12/10/15  he was  present  at petrol pump near Chailchowk,, in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP32B-1459)  came rashly  from Chail chowk  towards  Ganai and  hit to him   and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Surrender Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. 2          Case FIR No. 246/15 dated 11/10/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Ram Singh  No. 66 I. O. of P.S. Sadar  that  on 11/10/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Bus Stand Mandi and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  385 Gram  Charas from the possession of  Surrender Kumar S/O Sh. Ram  Har   VPO  Guhna Tehsil Muhana Distt. Sonipat (HR)   26 years old . Accused  has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  HC Ram Singh  No. 66  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar.

3          Case FIR No. 247/15 dated 11/10/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Hem Raj I/C of  PP Pandoh that on  11/10/15  he was on  nakka  alongwith other police officials   at Saula  and during the course of Nakkabandi he recovered  11 Bottles of English Wine & 8 Bottles of Beer (vehicle HP01B-0468)  from the  possession of  Ram  Nath Pradhan S/O Sh. Kora Pradhan VPO Kolthia Tehsil  Sikati Distt.  Gajm (Urissa) 34 years old  &  Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Rattan Lal VPO  Pangain Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Bilaspur  39  years old.  ASI   Hem Raj No I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT  AND  DEATH  DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT

4          Case FIR No. 273/15 dated 11/10/15  U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC & 187  MV  Act  has been registered in P.S. Balh on  the complaint of Sh. Param Jeet Singh  S/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O  Nagchalla Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/10/15  he was standing alongside the Road  NH-21 near Nagchalla, in the mean time  a Tipper(HP21A-5854)  came rashly from Nerchowk  side  and hit a Tractor(HP67-1160) .  A person namely  Saurabh@ Romi  S/O Sh.  Kasmir Singh  R/O  Dahundi  PO  Nagchalla  Distt. Mandi (HP) who was boarded on said  tractor died on the spot and driver of said tractor sustained  injuries.  HC  RajMal  No. 875  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 159/15  dated 12/10/15  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh  R/O  Ruthana PO  Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/15  Banshi Lal  S/O Sh.  Ram Singh resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat  him up.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED

6         Accused   Bhim  Dev  S/O Sh. Mast Ram  60 years old &  Karam Chand S/O Late. Sh.  Hukkam Ram  57 years old   Both are the resident of    Kandi  P.O. Tihari Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi   have been arrested in Case FIR No. 36/15  dated 07/05/15  U/S  18 of NDPS Act  of  P.S. Padhar .  Both accused  are arrested in aforesaid  case by  HC  Vijay  Kumar No. 405   I.O. of PP Kamand on 11/10/15  and  produced  before   the Ld Court CJM Mandi  today.

                                          PRESS RELEASE ON  11 OCTOBER

CASE OF MURDER

1          Case FIR No. 253/15 Dated 11-10-15 U/S 302 IPC & 25 of Arms Act has been registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint  of  Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Tulsi Singh R/O House No. 375/3 Pungh Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP  that  today  at about 10.05 AM when he along with  Sh. Bhag Singh were  present at village Pungh near by his newly constructed house. At the same time one Chandan Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Singh Cast Rajput age about 36 years was cutting bushes to make personal path toward his common land on this act his elder Brother Ashok Kumar age 39 year was annoyed by this and abused each other. On this Ashok Kumar run toward his house and carried his DBBL Gun 12  bore  and fired upon Chandan Singh who sustain grievous fire injury on his Chest (left side) and fell on spot who was brought dead to the hospital. Above accused  has been arrested in this  case . .Insp Sanjeev Kuma SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

2          Case FIR No. 104/15 dated 10/10/15 U/S 20  of  NDPS Act has  been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar  by  HC Ram Lal No. 543  that on 10/10/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other officials   at Dhanotu and  during   the patrolling he recovered  240  Gram Charas from the possession of  Nitesh  @ Sunny  S/O  Smt.  Rekha Gurang R/O  House   No. 64  Upper Kant Nahan Distt. Sirmour(HP) . Accused has been  arrested  and  further investigating  is being carried out by  HC Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/15  a  Car (HP31C-1995)  met with an  accident due to rash  driving  by   driver namely  Ajeet Singh  and  two person  sustained  injuries in this mishap.  ASI  Khalil  Ahmad  I/C of PP Nihari is investigating the case.

On  10/10/15  when he was present in his shop, in mean time  he heard the loud noise , when he came out from  shop  and rushed to  spot and found that a unknown vehicle  has hit  a  lady  namely  Mastu  Devi  W/O Sh. Budhi Singh  R/O  Jajrout PO  Balt Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/15  at about  11PM  a Tractor(HP65-1954)  fell downward   from the road due to rash driving  and driver  of said  vehicle namely  Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Tota Ram  R/O  Mairamaseet Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot .  HC  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND HURT

10        Case FIR No.254/15 dated 10/10/15U/S 336,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the   complaint of  Sh.  Shagun Walia  S/O Sh.  Chaman Lal  R/O  Kohan PO  Sajao Piplu  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he is studing in DAV School at  Grayoh. 12        Case FIR No. 126/15  dated 11/10/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Chand  S/O Sh. Mandi  (HP)  that today he was  going towards Kullu  by his  Motor Cycle (HP28-7942) , in the mean time a Car (HP31A-6327) came rashly from Kullu side and  hit to another Motor Cycle(HP34B-6348) . Illicit  Liquor & 8 Kg.  Lahan from the possession of   Sarwan  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh. Chitter Ram  R/O  Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. 10          Case FIR No. 158/15 dated 09/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pardeep Katoch S/O Sh. Prithi Chand  R/O  Kandral Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 09/10/15  he was coming to his home by Car(HP34B-0932)  and when reached near   Gurudwara (JNR) in the mean time  Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Jimjima Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  came alongwith unknown  person,  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case    FIR No. 146/15 dated 09/10/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagwan Dass S/O Sh. Narotam R/O  Murahla PO  Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/15  he  was  going to  his home by  vehicle (HP32B-2573)  which was driven by  Narayan Singh  S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Murahla PO  Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP)  and when they reached near  Thunag, in the mean time  driver of  said  vehicle  lost the control on the it  due to rash driving  and  it  fell down  at about  40/50 feet downward from the road  and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Sarwan  Kumar I.O. of  PP Janjehli  is investigating  the case.

Isriya Ram  R/O   Rinji PO  Lohara Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/15 Dass Ram  came alongwith Longu Ram   and they  beat him up.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 250/15 dated 08/10/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that  on 08/10/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during  patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the  possession of    Prem Singh  S/O Sh. Durga Dass  R/O  Mahin  P.O. Gopalpur Tehsil  Sarkahghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No.66/15  dated 08/10/15  U/S 341,  323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of Sh.  Sanjay  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh.  Jagar Nath  R/O Tandoon  P.O.  Samour  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he was  coming to his home  from his law's house , in the  mean time his mother-in-law  Smt. Kali Devi  &   brother-in-law  Ajay  Kumar came alongwith his wife Asha Devi, obstructed his way  and  beat him up and also threatened his with dire consequences .   HC Chaman Lal  No. 28  I.O. of   PP Dharampur  is investigating the case.

1        Case FIR No. 242/15 dated 07/10/15 U/S  20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  that  on  07/10/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Pulgharat and during the   checking of   Motor Cycle( HP 33D-1290)    he recovered  125  Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Kamal Sharma S/O Sh. Hari Prasad VPO  Gutkar  Tehsil  Balh   Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2        Case FIR No. 243/15 dated 08/10/15 U/S 325 , 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh.  Narayan Singh  S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram  R/O  Bhanu Tehsil  Sadar  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that  on  06/10/15  Lal Man  beat him up.  ASI  Gian Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.
