CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No.96/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hira Chand  Nalwa  S/O Sh. Shobha Ram  R/O Keylong Distt.  L& H  at present  Naib  Teghsildar Aut  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on  28/08/15  he was   going to morning walk  towards Banala, in the mean time a Jeep( UK-07Z-4050) came rashly  from Aut side  and  hit  the Bus (HP49-0825)  which was coming from the opposite side  and  all the person  who were boarded  on said Jeep  sustained  injuries.   ASI  Subhash  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

2          Case   FIR  No. 77/15 dated 27/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was  on patrolling   alongwith  other police   officials  at Mathanual  and  during the  course  of patrolling  he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from  the possession  of  Parma S/O Sh. Balu Ram R/O  Mathanual PO  Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3         Case FIR No.188/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sadhu Singh S/O Sh. Sharvan Singh  R/O  Asmanpur PO  Nurpur Bedi Tehsil  Anandpur  Sahib (PB) that on 27/08/15  he was  going to  Chandigarh by his   Vehicle(  PB23H-4805)  , in the mean time another  Vehcile(HP32A-1063)  came rashly from  Nerchowk side  and hit his  said  Jeep  and  he alongwith Om Parkash &  Dola Ram  sustained injuries in this mishap .  SI Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

Mandi (HP) that   Darshan Singh  came  alonwith  his mother Heema Devi , entered in her courtyard and beat her  up and she  sustained  injuries and also threatened her with  dire consequences.  HC  Ravi  Kant No. 02  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

Vishal Guleria S/O Mahinder Singh Village Arthi PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 26/08/2015 at 10:45 PM when he was going  towards Dadour with Mahinder Singh at Kishan Bhawan, Ravinder Kumar @ Rajju and Sunil Kumar obstructed their way and beat  them up. 2.       Case FIR No. 76/15 Dated 26/08/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Padhar by ASI Subhash Singh I/O SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Ropri Ghat and during the process of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottle of  illicit liquor from the possession of   Durga Ram S/O Sh. 3.       Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 26/08/15 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh VPO Nalyana,  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 26/8/15 at  2:30PM he was at his shop then Kirna Devi & her mother Savitri Devi entered into his shop at Nalyana, abused and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar is investigating the case.

4.       Case FIR No.  110/15 dated  26/08/15 U/S  325  IPC  has been registered at PS Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Keshab Ram   S/O Sh. Findu Ram  Village  Majhash   PO & Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi  that on 25/08/15 at 6:30 PM  Govind Ram S/O Sewati Village Panjrat beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

5.       Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 26/08/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur by HHC Pal Singh that on 26/06/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Basantpur and during the process of patrolling he found a heap of raw material laid on the road by Ranjeet Singh S/O Chand Ram R/O Basantpur Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HHC Pal Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1. Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 25/08/2015 U/S 336 IPC has been registered at P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan S/O Sh. Bhag Chand R/O Mangoli PO Panjai Sub Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) aged 21 years old  that he along with   Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Dile Ram age 27 years R/O village Segli PO Bali Chowki Sub Tehsil Aut district Mandi (HP) sustained injuries due to a fire incident took place at Shilli Larji in Hot Mixing Plant where they were working as labourer. Both injured persons brought to R H Kullu, where one injured person namely Chet Ram referred to IGMC Shimla.  Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs.) Mandi  visited the spot.  CASE OF RIOTING, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS, ASSAULT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.  Case FIR No. 214/15 dated 25/08/2015 U/S 147,148,149,353,332,5-06,355 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jaggan Nath, Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat that today at 11.45 hrs he  called a meeting with the official of Regional transport office at Sarkaghat in connection with the proposed strike called by the Trade Unions on 2^nd September 2015 and other departmental issues. During meeting about 25/30 members of Parivahan Majdoor Sangh came there and one person namely Rajmal driver HRTC Sarkaghat pelted engine oil on the body of the complainant (R.M.HRTC Sarkaghat)  and others started beating him with dire consequences. On this a case FIR No. 214/15 dated 25-08-2015 U/s 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 506, 355 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat against the activists of Parivahan Majdoor Sangh. Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia, SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case personally.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

1. Case FIR No.215/15 dated 25-08-2015 U/S 354 (A) IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat against Sh Jagan Nath presently Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat on the complaint of a female employee posted in the office of the Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat that she was appointed as Data Operator in July 2014 at HRTC office Sarkaghat. Above Jagan Nath usually sent her obscene SMS on her mobile. On 22-08-2015 he called her in his office   and tried to outrage her modesty.  Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case personally.

1. Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 24/08/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Swadigala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Jittu Devi W/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Vill. Swadigala PO Bara Tehsil Chahiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

RECOVERY ON AN  UN-IDENTIFIED DEAD BODY

1. Today an un-identified dead body of a male (aged between 45-50 years old) found near Bagla Khud (Suketi Khad) on 24/08/2015. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.

1. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 24/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 of M.V. Act has been registered at PS Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Ajay Sharma S/O Manohar Lal Village Rani Bain, PO Gutkar, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi HP that on 23/08/15 at about 08:15PM he was going to Mandi by his car No. HP33D-0452 and when he reached  near Bye Pass, a truck came from Mandi side and hit his Nano car and ran away. He sustained injuries in this accident. HC Kamal I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on  his wife is missing since  06/08/15  and he suspect that  Rashid Habib   S/O Sh.  Habibula R/O  Alusha PO  Trehgaun Distt.  Kupwara (J&K)  kidnapped  his wife  with the   intention  to marry  with her .  ASI  Ram Lal   I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

Tulsi Ra, R/O  VPO  Ropri  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  working  in the  Sartaj Bhojnalya Bhour  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/08/15  owner of Sartaj   Bhojnalya  came  along with  Sonu and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

Case  FIR No. 186/15 dated 21/08/15  U/S 279, 337   IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh.   Avtar Singh  S/O Sh.   Lal Singh  R/O  Choa PO  Ropari  Tehsil  Badsar  Distt.  Hamirpur  that on 21/08/15  he was  going to   Pandoh  by his Car (DL-C-8J-5597)  and  when he reached at  9 Mile    , in the  mean time   another  Car( HP33C-0242)  came rashly from  opposite  side  and  hit his car  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Yashpal  I/O of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

Case FIR No. 210/15  dated  22/08/15   U/S 447, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Gian  Chand  S/O Sh.  Thunia Ram  R/O  Sh.   Bahanu  Tehsil  Baldwara Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/15  Tek Chand  S/O   Badri Dutt  R/O  Bahanu   entered in  his courtyard  and   beat him up alongwith his  wife and  they sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences. 

 

 

 CASE OF  CRUELTY  BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

7.  Case  FIR No. 217/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Shubham Dhiman D/O Sh. Naveen Dhiman R/O  11  Type -2  Polytechnic  Colony  Sundernagar  that  she was married with  Amit Dhiman  and after  some time of  marriage her husband started to harass  her physically and mentally by demanding dowry .  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

8. Case  FIR No.216/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Pradeep Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mani Ram R/O  Sh.  Manglehd  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  Rajender Singh   obstructed  his way and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.   HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

9.  Case FIR No.217/15 dated 21/08/15  U/S 13 of  Public   Gambling  Act  has been registered in P.S.   Balh  by  ASI  Jagdish chand  that on 21/08/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Bhadyal  and  during the course of   patrolling he  recovered Rs.   14090/-   alongwith playing card   from the possession of  Govind   Ram  S/O Sh. Guge Ram ,  Manoj Kumar S/O Sh.  Rewati Nandan  , Gajender Singh  S/O Sh.  Rafi Singh  &  Manoj Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ramesh  Kumar.  ASI  Jagdish   Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

10. Case FIR No. 106/15  dated 21/08/15  U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Sanget Ram  R/O  Tifaru PO  Mahog Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/08/15   Chet Ram    came alongwith his wife    and beat him up and he sustained injuries  HC Tej Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

11            Case FIR No. 107/15  dated 21/08/15  U/S  341, 323, 506  IPC has been             registered in P.S. Kasog on the complaint of Sh. Madan  Lal  S/O Sh.  Prem Singh   R/O  Sainj Bagra Tehsil  Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  21/08/15  Asha Ram  S/O Sh. Chade Ram  R/O  Khuthamu PO  Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences.  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

12. 163 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.27,600 /- was  recovered  and 6 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-   was recovered  and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.1200/-  was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
