1          Case  FIR No. 94/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S  3 of  SC  & ST Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the  complaint of  Uma  Devi  D/O Sh. Ret Ram  R/O  Dabnu PO Thachi Sub- Tehsil Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is a student of  (10+1). On 19/08/15 when she was participating    in the  tournament   which  was  organized   in her  school , in the mean  time   jury of Judges  (containing  three  judge)  comments  upon  her &   her parents   by  calling  castism   basis.  Insp. 3          Case FIR No. 214/15 dated 20/08/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by HC Tek  Chand  No. 03  I.O. of  P.S. Sunderangar  that on 20/08/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials   and during the course of checking of    Car (  HP23B-2228)    he recovered   70 Gram of  Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Driver  Ashwani  Sharma S/O Sh.  Ramesh  Chand R/O  Kandrour Tehsil Sadar  Distt.  Mandi (HP) . HC Tek Chand  No.03  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case  FIR No. 215/15 dated  21/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the             complaint of  Sh.  Hans Raj S/O Sh. Dagu  Ram  R/O  Mandir Tanda PO  Dhaban Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/08/15  a Motor Cycle (HP34B-2648)  which was ridden by  Pankaj  Kumar  came rashly and  met with an accident and   said rider sustained  injuries.  SI  Madan  Lal  Addl. 5          Case FIR No.104/15 dated 20/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O.  of  P.S. Karsog that on 20/08/15   he was on  patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Malog and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Som  Krishan S/O Sh. CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

6          Case  FIR No.105/15  dated  20/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by ASI  Jhabe Ram   I/O of  P.S. Karsog that he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Teban and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 19 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Balal Ram S/O Sh. Ramu Ram R/O Teban PO  Sarhan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O.  of  P.S.   Karsog is investigating  the case.

  7        133 Challans  were  issued under    M.V.   DESTRUCTION OF CONTRABANDS

1          Today   42.149 KG Cannabis, 10 Gram Cocaine,  360  Plants of  Opium,  5  Plants  of  Cannabis , 9 KG Poppy husk   were  destroyed  in  Police Line Mandi through a Committee  constituted  under the chairmanship   of Superintendent of  Police Mandi .

2         Case  FIR No. 102/15 dated 20/08/15  U/S 451, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Bhubneshwari Devi  W/O Sh. Hem  Chand   R/O  Kelti PO  Bhanthal  Tehsil   Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  19/08/15  Babita W/O Sh. Mehar Singh  R/O  Gariyala PO  Kao Tehsil  Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in her courtyard and  beat her up  and  she sustained injuries and also threatened  her  with dire consequences. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4       Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 20/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony     Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Youdeep  Kumar  S/O Sh. Uma Dutt R/O  Pabrao  PO Jai  Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  he alongwith Dharam Singh &  Bhim Singh  were  going by  tractor(HP31B-2376)  towards  Prabrao and when they reached near  Pabrao, in the mean time   Yadwinder lost the control on the said vehicle due to rash driving  and  fell down  from the road  and  2 persons    who were  boarded  said vehicle sustained  injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879  I.O. of PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5         Case  FIR No. 87/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Prithi Raj  R/O  Rakad Tehsil  Dharamshala Distt. Kangra (HP) that on  20/08/15  he   parked  his truck (HP23C-2941)  near  Tail- Control NH-21, in the mean time  a Jeep (HP65-4452) which was  driven by  Devinder Kumar, came rashly and  collided with said parked  truck  and  three person  sustained injuries in this   accident .  HC Sanjeev Kumar  No. 879  I.O. of P.S. 6         Case FIR No. 208/15  dated 19/08/15  U/S 39   of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by  SI  Parveen  Kumar I/C  PP Hatli that  he was on patrolling  alonwith other police officials at  Tikkari  and   during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  County  Liquor  from the possession of  Subhash Kumar S/O Sh.    7       Case FIR No.185/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Prakashi  Devi  W/O Sh. Shankar Dass VPO  Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  Roop  Lal  came  alongwith  Sadha Devi , obstructed her way and beat her up  and  she sustained injuies.  ASI  Chatter  I/O of  P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

1   Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 19/08/2015 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Sanu S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O VPO Jhatingri Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP that on 18/08/2015 at about 8:30PM when he was present at his shop at that time Rakesh Kumar and Hari Singh came into his shop abused and beat him up. In this  incident Sanu sustained injuries. HC Roop Lal I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

2              Case FIR N0 183/15 dated 18/8/15 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Neter Singh R/O Village Janhad P/O Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on 11/08/15 at about 8:30 PM Prem Chand and his wife Nirmla Devi beat him up. HC Kamal Singh  I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.    Case FIR No 50/15 dated 19/8/15 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O VPO Mahri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 19/08/15 at about 07:30 AM he was outside of his shop at that time Pawan Kumar, Bhuri Singh, Deep Kumar and his wife Shakshi R/O Mahri came and abused him and beat him up. They also broke the door of  his shop. HC Sarwan Kumar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR N0 179/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Rajkumr S/O Lt. Bhuri Singh  Vill. Sugrahan PO Allathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP  stated that on 17/08/15 at 9:45 AM  Meena Devi and her son  obstructed  his way and  beat him up. He sustained  injuries.  HC Kamal singh I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.         Case FIR N0 180/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Anant Ram Vill. Khali PO Bhakalag Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan HP stated that he is a driver  of vehicle No. HP07A-0009, which is issued from Secretariat to Ex-CM Sh. Prem Kumar Dhumal.  On  17/08/15  at about 4:30PM  he was going to Manali along with Ex- Chief Minister Sh. P.K. Dhumal and when they reached at near 9 miles then a  truck No. HP34A-1195 came very rashly and negligently and hit the car. No one sustained injury in this accident. SI Vishal Rathore I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR N0 181/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 186,506 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the Complaint of Sh. Anurag Sharma Labor Officer Mandi that on  11/8/2015 at about 11:00AM  Sh. R.P. Kapoor, Prop. of  M/S Mandav Air Industries, Plot no.12  Industrial area Soulikhad Mandi came to his office and obstructed him to perform  his duty and also  threatened him with dire consequences.

1.      Case FIR No. 123/2015 dated 17/8/2015 U/S 341/323/504/506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Lt .Sh. Nek Ram R/O Vill. Jon PO Pipali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP that on dated 16/8/2015 at about 5:30PM  he was going to his home alongwith his wife Smt. Kaushalay Devi  at that time Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Dayalu Ram R/O Jon obstructed his way and beat him up and threatened him. HC Mangat Ram I/O PP Bassi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 92/2015 dated 16/8/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Aut  on the complaint of  Dhambu Ram S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Sanuru PO & Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi stated that on dated 16/8/2015  he was going  to  Jalandhar  by  his  own  Jeep  No.  HP66-1513. Driver Param Dev were driving the jeep and at about 4:30 PM when they reached at near Dhar at that time driver lost control of vehicle and fell from the road . In this accident Ramesh S/O Sh. 3.      Case FIR No 212/15 dated 16/8/15 U/S 20-61-85 of ND & PS Act has been registered at PS Sundernagar  by HC Nand Lal I/O PS Sunder Nagar stated that on dated 16/08/2015 at 7:30 PM  he was on patrolling  along with other Police Officials at place Pungh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 50 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Aman S/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar Vill. Tulli  PO Pragpur  Tehsil  Dehar  Distt. Kangra HP. HC Nand Lal  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3        Case FIR No. 211/15 dated 16/08/15  U/S 498 (A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Smt.Mahajnu W/O  Late. Sh. Daroga Ram  R/O  Banoula PO  Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  her   daughter  Gambhari Devi was married  with  Sadhu  Ram  R/O  Khanokhar Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). But sometime  of marriage  her husband  Sadhu Ram,  mother-in-law Sunderi  Devi  &  Father-in-law Badru Ram   started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry.  ASI  Brij  Lal   I/C of  PP Dehar is investigating  the case.

6        Case FIR No. 98/15  dated 15/08/15  U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh. Fakir Chand S/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O  Chowki PO  Tebban Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his daughter is missing since 11/08/15 and he suspect that someone kidnapped  his  daughter. SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of  P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

Kullu (HP) at present  Incharge  Gas Agency  at Karsog  that on 15/08/15   at  Kotlu seven  peoples obstructed   the   way of  Truck (HP30-3825)  while   distribution party   were  going  for   Tebban to delivery of   Gas Cylinder as  a result  they   not  succeeded  to   distribute the Gas Cylinder. Sundernagar that on 14 /08/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Dugraie and during the course of patrolling  he recovered   two Tipper & two  Tractor   alongwith   sand  &  concrete from the possession of  Mustkim S/O Sh Rahmat Ali  R/O  Dinak.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MINING ACT

3        Case FIR No. 84/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 379  IPC & U/S  26 of Mining Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Lal  S/O Sh. Jangi Ram  R/O  Lower  Behli PO  Upper  Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that     Rahmat Ali , Mohammad Ali and  Krishan Lal   are  doing  illegal mining  in   Raru river  by  digging   on the  bank  of  river .  HC Ram Lal  No. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSAULT , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case  FIR No. 176/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 356 , 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh  Kumar S/O Sh.  Chandi Prasad R/O  Chadyara PO  Gutkar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 14/08/15  Krishan Chand &  Hem Singh  both are the resident of  Bairi PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  have assaulted  upon him  and he  sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI Ram Lal  I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  ASSAULT , OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

5       Case FIR No.177/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S  356, 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand  S/O Sh.  Sant Ram R/O  Bairi PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/08/15  Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chandi  Prasad R/O  Chadyara PO  Gutkar Distt. Mandi (HP) , obstructed his way, assaulted  upon him and he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Singh  No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   is investigating the case.
