1        Case FIR No.73/15 dated 14/08/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Roopi  W/O Sh.  Sidhu  Ram  R/O  Katiyur PO  Kunnu Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/08/15  she  alongwith  her relatives  were coming  to  home by Vehicle (HP01M-1654) which was  driven by  Sandeep Kumar and  when they reached at  Dayana Park , in the mean time  driver of said vehicle   lost the control upon  the vehicle due  to rash driving  and met  with an accident  and three persons  who were boarded  on said  vehicle sustained injuries. 2        Case FIR No.122/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagnar on the  complaint of Sh. Banti  S/O Sh. Santosh Kumar R/O  Suja PO  Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/15  he was going towards  Badehar for purchasing  the articles and   when  he reached  near  Railway  track , in the mean time  Rama &  Madhu   obstructed his way , beat him up and he sustained  injuries .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Ghatta is  investigating the  case.

3        Case FIR No.207/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on complaint  of Sh.  Seva  Dass  S/O Sh. Khub  Ram  R/O  Jaral PO  Batwara Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/15  Govind   Ram  S/O Sh. Kanauru  came alongwith his family members  and  obstructed his way and beat him  up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.  

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4        Case  FIR No. 208/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 336, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram  R/O  Khheali PO  Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar   Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on  13/08/15  he was travelling  by  Private  Bus(HP65-3684) and when  reached  near  Dungal Moad  near Kangu , in the mean time door of  said bus  Suddenly  opened  and he fell down from  on the  road   and sustained injuries .. This incident  occurred  due to  negligence of  said  Bus Conductor . ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF MURDER

5        Case FIR No. 174/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 302  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Nagnu   Ram S/O Sh. Pajji Ram  R/O  Chaldyara PO Sehali Tehsil  Kothi  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/15  Bhikham Ram  resident of the same locality  beaten his  wife brutally  as  a result  of which  she  succumbed  to her  injuries.   Insp. Chet Singh SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 72/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S 353, 332, 506  IPC has  been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Halku Ram S/O Sh. Mangat Ram  R/O  Maswahan PO  Urla Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is  daily wage  worker in  HPPWD .   On  12/08/15  he  along with  Malti  Devi  & Shyam Lal were deputed   on govt. duty at  Nagni, in   the mean time   Sainu Ram  came  there  and beat him up and  he sustained injuries  and also threaten with dire consequences.  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sher Singh  R/O  Naktera PO  Lambathach Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on 12/08/15  a  Car(HP32-0161)   which was  driven by Khabe Ram  S/O Sh. Chande Ram  R/O  Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag  with   rashly and  fell down 150  feet  downwards from the road  and sustained injuries.  She  alongwith  Babli  Kumari  &  Khub  Ram  were boarded on said  car   sustained  injuries.  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917  I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.

3          Case FIR No. 211/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand   I.O. of P.S. Balh    that on 12/08/15   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Gagal and during the  course of patrolling he  recovered  5  Littre Illicit  liquor  from the possession of  Tej Singh  S/O Sh.  Balak  Ram  R/O  Chatrour PO  Gagal Tehsil  Balh  Distt. 5          Case FIR   No. 203/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 302  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Ghungar Ram  R/O  Chandesh PO  Gahar Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/08/15   when  he was   present  in his  home , in the mean time  Mohan   Lal  resident of the same locality   came rashly and  told  him  that  some one killed his brother namely  Lucky  Singh   and  when   he reached  alongwith Pradhan on the spot , they  found  that  Lucky  was lying  dead.  SI Satish  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Gohar  that on 07/08/15  he was  present  on duty at  Sabji Mandi Chail-Chowk in the mean time  Sanju Verma came  under the influence of alcohol and  obstructed   him   to discharge his duty smoothly and beat him up  and  also threatened  him  with dire  consequence. SI  Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 209/15 dated 08/08/15  U./S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Padamnabh S/O Sh. Ghanshyam  Dass  R/O  Kothi Tehsil   Balh  Distt.  Mandi  that  on  07/08/15  at about 10 :45  PM  he  heard  a  loud  noise of  falling a vehicle  and    he ran towards the spot and found that a  Jeep(HP32A-2580)  was  falling downward  from the road  which was driven by  Hem Raj  S/O Sh. Roop  Chand R/O  Khayogi PO Saroa Tehsil Chchiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  and another person  Tilak  Raj  S/O  Sh. Bhagat Singh R/O  Khayogi PO Saroa Tehsil Chchiot Distt. Mandi (HP)    was  also  boarded on said Jeep  and both have sustained injuries.  ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

3                            154 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23,500/- was recovered and 18  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
