CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

1       Case FIR No.86/15 dated 13/06/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar  by  ASI  Vinod  Singh  I/C of PP  Lad- Bharol   that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  and during the course of partrolling he recovered 18 Bottles of  Country Liquor from the possession of  Deep Kumar  S/O Sh. Kewel  Ram  R/O  Patrain PO  Gangoti Tehsil  Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vinod Kumar  I/C of  PP Lad-Bharol  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD SAFETY

2        Case FIR No.51/15 dated 13/06/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  HC  Rup Singh  No. 56  I.O. of PS  Padhar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he  found that  a heap of sand  laid on the road by  Balbir Singh  S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O  Mansra PO Dhar Chandna Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla  at present Contractor Reliance  Company   NH-154  at Noumile,  which was causing  obstruction to  the traffic as well as general public . HC  Rup Singh  No. 56  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.79/15 dated 14/06/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Haria  S/O Sh. Bodh Raj  R/O  Bahawa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/06/15  a   vehicle (HP67T-4345) which was  driving  by  Rohit Kumar  S/O Sh.  Jai  Krishan R/O  Chamlog PO  Deyoli Distt. Bilaspur   came rashly and hit  a Car(HP32A-2524)  which was coming  from the opposite side and  3 person sustained injuries in this mishap.  HC  Chaman Lal   No. 410  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No.142/15 dated 14/05/15   U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dilo Devi  W/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O  Lohargi PO  Baggi  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/15 Uttam  Kumar  obstructed  his way and   beat her up. SI  Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

5        Case FIR No.148/15 dated 14/06/15 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sumna Kumari W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Bhatehar PO  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/15   her husband beaten by some unknown persons and sustained injuries.

6       Case FIR No. 27/15 dated 13/06/15  U/S 452, 323,504,506 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of  Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh. Kapoor Chand  R/O   Balingahri PO  Dhalara  Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/06/15  Nirmal Parkash &  Suresh Kumar  resident of the same locality  entered  in his courtyard and   beat  him up and he sustained injuries and  also threaten with dire consequences.  ASI  Rakesh Kumar  I/C of PP Sandhole  is investigating  the case.

7       Case FIR No. 134/15 dated 14/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Devender Singh S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar  R/O  Dharwahan PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 14/06/15  Sandeep Kumar obstructed  his way and beat him up. HC  Ram Singh No. 66  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

8        151 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. 2. Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 12/06/15 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint  of Smt. Anjna Devi W/O Onkar Chand  R/O H.No. 337/11 Purana Bazar, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  12/06/2015 at about 2:00 PM  Sahil Sharma S/O Vikas Sharma R/O Purana Bazar broke the door of her house, entered in the room and beat her up.  HC Ram Lal  I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar district Mandi HP is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 61/15 dated 12/06/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by SI Manmohan Singh, SHO  PS BSL Colony Sundernagar that on dated 12/06/2015 at about 06:45PM he was on patrolling   along with other police officials at Colony Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML  Illicit  liquor from the possession of Ram Pyari W/O  Sh. Jeevan Singh R/O Village & PO Mahadev Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP). SI Manmohan Singh, SHO PS BSL Colony Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 85/15 dated 12/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Bachhiter Singh S/O Sh. Roop Chand R/O Vill. Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter Sajal was coming back from  school to home and when she reached at Yora Chowk, in the mean time a M/Cycle hit his daughter and she sustained injuries. 5.      Case FIR No. 50/15 dated 12/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Rup Lal No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a bolero jeep (HP06-5569) fell down from the road about 60 mtrs downwards and driver of said jeep Sunil Kumar along with another incumbent sustained injuries. HC Rup Lal No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 146/15 dated 12/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Kharoh PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/2015 he was coming down from CTU Bus which was on its way from Baijnath to Chandigarh, driver of said bus started the bus at once and he fell down on the road and sustained injuries. Chapoun PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/2015 three persons obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

9.  Case FIR No. 133/15 dated 13/06/2015 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Ranjhu Ram R/O Vill. CASE OF CHEATING, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, FORGERY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

10. Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 12/05/2015 U/S 420, 406,471,506,120 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh   on the complaint of Sh. Lakwinder Singh S/O Bhuri Singh R/O VPO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distrtict Mandi (HP) that  during the year 2010 he purchased a Car Indigo CS from Satluz Tata Motors but despite the repeated request original sale papers and form 22 has not been handed over to him. He has alleged that the company has forged the documents pertaining to sale deed of vehicle. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER INDIAN ELECTRICITY ACT

11.  Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 12.05.2015 U/S  135 of Indian Electricity Act 2003 has been registered on the complaint of SDO (E) Electric Sub division, HPSEBL Nerchowk District Mandi (HP)  that on 11/06/2015 at about 3.05 PM when he inspected the Energy Meter bearing Account No. DC-8 installed in the premises of Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Dadour PO Nerchowk District Mandi (HP) he found that  consumer is  stealing electric energy by cutting down the service wire between Pole and meter.  ASI Sahab Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

12. Case FIR No. 25/15 dated 12/06/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Late  Sh. Moni Ram R/O VPO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat district Mandi HP stated that on dated 12/06/15 Krishan Chand, Lal Singh and Tek Chand obstructed his way and  beat him up.   ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

13. Case FIR No. 26/15 dated 12/06/15 U/S 323,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O  Sh. Molat Ram R/O VPO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat district Mandi (HP)  that on dated 12/06/15 Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Sukh Ram    beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Prem Chand I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

Mandi HP that on  12/6/15 at about 12:20pm when he was crossing the road near Ghandhi chownk  Mandi in the  mean  time a  Car.( HP01K-4527)  came very rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries . 6. Case FIR No 48/15 dated 11/06/2015 U/S 149, 384, 379, 447, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/o Sh. Guju Ram  R/O VPO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Nag S/O Sh. Jindu Ram & Pamna Devi W/O Sh. Nag, both R/O VPO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  entered in the  his land  and axed   the  Trees. The cost of the said trees is more then Rs.15,000/- and   also taken the grass of 36 plants  and all the wooden of the said trees and have also kept it in their house.  HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 83/15  dated 11/06/15  U/S 420  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Joginernagar   on the complaint of  Sh.  Ram  Lal  S/O Sh. Tolu  Ram  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  during  the year 02/03/13 he  purchased  the  4 Bighas  land  from  Krishan  Chand  S/O Sh. Barfu Ram R/O  Ghatashni Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  on the written agreement  through affidavit  and he   also  paid  the Rs. 60,000  among     gross  payment written on the affidavit Rs 2,10000.  But  now said  person  refused  to  registered the said  land on his  name  and   sold  it  to  another  person.  ASI   Ranjeet  Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No.80/15 dated 11/06/15 U/S 420  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Hira Lal S/O Sh. Bariya Ram  R/O  Shaoli PO  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  during  the year  2012  he has done the  work of construction   in the house of  Ram  Lal S/O SH. Bariya Ram R/O  Shaoli Tehsil  Karsog  but  said person did not pay to him till now and also  prepared the fack cheque  on  his  name  on  SBI  Patiyala. .  HC  Ranjeet Singh  No. 71  I.O. of P.S Karsog is investigating the case.

9.      Case FIR No.145/15 dated 12/06/15  U/S 302, 506 IPC &  U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Om Pal S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O  Baldwara Matehri PO Nabahi Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that   today he was working in his land, in  the  mean time  Vijay  Singh  shootout  his  father  Sh. Uday Bhanu by  his pistol and he succumbed to his injuries.   SI  Nardev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

10. Case FIR No. 63/15 dated 11/06/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt.  Lata Devi  W/O Sh. Lokender  Pal R/O  Saranda PO  Pandoh  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/15  Lajwanti, Naina Dev and  Laxmi Devi  obstructed his way and beat her up.  SI Gopal Singh  I/C of PP   Bali Chowki I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Chowki PO Mandap Sub Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi HP.  Insp./SHO Amar Singh is investigating the  case.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 10/06/2015 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS  Balh on the statement of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Dev R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP stated  that on 10/06/2015 at about 9:45 PM, Krishna Devi, Netar Singh Raj and Rajender entered in her courtyard and beat her and her husband. They also abused and threaten them. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

Mudhan PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi obstruct her way and beat her up and She sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar  I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 144/15 dated 09/06/2015 U/S 289 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Robin Thakur S/O Rajender Kumar Village Thana PO Kango Ka Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP stated that on 09/06/15 the dog of Bidhi Chand Village Chadhiar bite him. 3.      Case FIR No. 136/15 dated 09/06/2015 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Chiranji Lal I/C PP Rewalsar stated  that on 09/06/2015 at about 9:30 PM when he was on traffic checking duty near Graouru Mod, he  recovered  211 Gms Charas from the possession of Dharmender S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O Village Safru PO Rewalsar Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP. He was coming on a  Bike No. HP 33C 6734 from Kalkhar Side. ASI Chiranji Lal I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 137/15 dated 10/06/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the statement of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Devi Raj R/O Mahotla PO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP stated that on 09/05/2015 at about 9:00 AM while she was working in her fields with her Grand Mother. Banti Devi, Balo Devi, Puja and Neema came there and beat her up. ASI Sahab Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 135/15 dated 09/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the statement of Sh. Sumit Kumar S/O Sh. Kulvir Singh R/O Village Thathari PO Bhoranj Tehsil Bhoranj District Hamirpur HP stated that on 09/06/2015 at 03:40 PM while he was going alongwith his friends by his bike no. HP 74 4469 toward Kansachowk and at near Hillock School Dadour a Bike No. HP 33C 6429 coming from Baggi Side very rashly and hit their motorcycle.  SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 129/15 Dated 10/06/15 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the statement of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Khub Ram Village Kuttal PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 10/6/15 at about 6:00am when he was coming from Bijni towards Mandi on his feet and when he reached at place Khaliyar then a  Alto Car  No. HP01C-1140 came from Padhar side and hit him from the back side. 7.      Case FIR No. 82/2015 dated 09/06/2015 U/S 279/337/ IPC&157 of MV Act has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the statement of Sh. Sanjeev kumar s/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Vill. Passal Har PO Chountra Tehsil&PS Jogindernagar  Distt Mandi HP stated that on 9/6/2015 when his daughter miss Priyanka Devi was coming from GPS School Chountra to home then an unknown vehicle hit his daughter and she sustained injuries. Vehicle driver ran away from the spot .  HC Desh Raj I/O PP Ghatta  is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No.79/15 dated 10/6/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Karsog on the statement of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram village Sog PO Chouri Dhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi H.P. stated that on 9/6/15 he is  traveling in a jeep no HP -30-0391  and at place near Sog the driver namely Gain Prakesh S/O Sh. A.D. Sharma Village Katol PO Chouri Dhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi lost the control on the vehicle and got accident. HC Tej Singh I/O PS  Karsog is investigating the case.

Mandi Police is organizing three days workshop on  Gender Equality & Gender Sensitization (Non Residential) at P.L. Mandi for the women who are working in various departments/organizations in view to aware them about the law and rules to stop the violence against women. Sh. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.128/15 dated 09/06/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been  registered in  P.S.  Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Satinder Pal  S/O Sh. Gurdev Singh  R/O House  No. 145/12  Ram  Nagar  PO  Mangwain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/06/15 he was present  at  Gutkar, in the mean time a Scooty (HP33B-0901)  which was  coming from   Mandi  side  and a  Motor Cycle(HP33B-7382)  collided to each other  due to rash riding of said  Motor  Cycle rider  and  three person  sustained injuries  who were boarded on     both  of  said vehicles .  ASI  Karan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 59/15 dated 08/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony   Sundernagar  by  ASI Shiv  Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar that  on 08/09/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  5000 ML  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of   Savitri Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Himmat Ram R/O  Lower   Chowk PO  Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O. of  BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  is investigating  the case.    

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No.134/15 dated 09/06/15 U/S 341,  323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Karam Singh R/O  Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/06/15 Balak Ram  and his  wife namely Narvada Devi  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and also threatened  him with  dire consequence.  ASI  Sahib Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No. 61/15 dated 09/06/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tula Ram S/O Sh. Dole Ram  R/O  Ghantluthar PO Pandoh Tehsil    & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/06/15  he  aongwith  Tikam Ram  &  Gopal Singh  were  going  by  Four  Wheeler(HP32A-2003)  and when  they reached  near Shani Mandir Aut, in the  mean time   Gopal   driver of said  vehicle lost the control on the vehicle and  fell down  into the  Bias river . Tula Ram &  Tikam  sustained  injuires and  Gopal   singh  is  till missing  and  rescue  operation  is continue.  ASI  Hari  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 47/15 dated 09/06/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan  Lal S/O Sh. Hem Singh  R/O  Draman PO  Nahuli Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   Prem Singh  resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries. Hc  Chaman Lal  No. 867 I.O. of  P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

Daya Ram  S/O  Sh.   Shetu   Vill.   Dudhla PO  Thachi  Sub- Tehsil Bali Chowk  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 07/06/15  at  about 6 :15  PM  Dharam Chand , Damodar  Dass ,  Chandu Ram , Shetu Ram ,  Dinu , Smt. Reshmu   Devi  all the resident of same locality  beat him up  alongwith  his daughter  Smt. Damodari  Devi, Brother  Fateh Ram  & Daya Ram  and  they sustained injuries   and  also threatened him with dire consequences.   SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP  Bali Chowki I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
