Krishan Chand  R/O  Dhanrashi PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt.  Mandi(HP) that on 06/06/15  Veena Devi  &  Prem Singh  beat  her up and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

2. Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 05/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dila Ram S/O Sh. Indru Ram R/O Vill. Sakraha PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/06/2015 a car (HP33C-2586) came from Sundernagar very rashly  and hit to persons. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 05/602015 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli that on 05/06/2015 he was on poatrolling along with other police officials at Kotli bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O village Hart PO  & Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 59/5 dated 06/06/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O VPO Maloh  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a truck (HP11C-1045) struck with a car (HP01A-3918)  and five occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Ram Dyal  and his wife Vill. Lower Jhamehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP, and Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram , Vijay kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal obstruct his way and abused him. ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

Case FIR  No.  57/15 dated 3/6/2015  U/S 279,337,304A IPC  has been registered at PS Aut on the  complaint of  Sh Kashav Ram S/O  Sh Chandermani   R/O Vijnoor  PO Gharan  Tehsil & PS  Sadar   Distt  Mandi  HP stated  that on 3/6/2015 he had gone to Kullu  With  Meera Rana W/O Hem Raj Vill  Kuthwari PO Bir Tehsil & PS  Sadar  Distt  Mandi  HP and his son  Rahul  by car no. HP31B-4122.  When  they were coming back to Mandi at about 6:50PM and when they reached at near Shani Temple  Aut, Driver  Rahul   loose control on car and  fell down in Beas river and  Meera devi was died at the spot and two  persons were injured.  ASI  Moher Singh  IO PS Aut  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1   Case FIR No. 56/15 dated 01/6/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in  PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Village Palyuni PO Behli Sub Tehsil Nihari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on  31/05/2015 at 11:30 AM  Ram Singh S/O Khem Raj obstructed  his way and beat him up and also threatened him with  dire consequence . ASI Khalil Ahamod I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF HURT AND   CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

2        Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 01/06/15 U/S 324, 504, 506 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dutt Ram S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Village Jandroli PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on  31/05/2015 at 8:00 PM his son Yashwant Singh beat him  up  and  abused  him and  threatened with  dire consequences. HC Sanjeev Kumar  I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 22/15 dated 31/05/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in  PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Balam Ram VPO Binga Tehsil Sarkaghat district Mandi HP  that Jaimal Singh  came  alongwith  his  son namely  Umesh Kumar and  obstructed  his way, abused him and beat him up. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of  P.S. Dharampur is investigating  the case .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4        Case FIR No.76'/15 dated 1/6/15 U/S 279,337 IPC as been registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Sunil  Kumar S/O Sh. Daleep  Singh  R/O  Samkheter PO  Kuthera Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  that on 31/05/15  he was   going  alongwith his  family by  a Car  which was  driven by   Driver  Ram Singh and  after  some  distance of  their destination said  driver lost the control upon the car and  fell downwards from the road  and he  alongwith    his  family  sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5        Case FIR No.127/15 dated 01/06/15  U/S 279,337  IPC has been registered in   P.S. Balh on the complaint of   Sh. Vijay  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O  Tatahar PO  Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/15  he  alongwith Gyan  Chand were  standing  near   Ratti, in the  mean time a Motor Cycle (HP33C-8149)  came  rashly   from Nerchowk    side and  hit to him  and he sustained injuries .  HC  Naresh Kumar No. 862  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6        117  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,700  was recovered and 30  challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 3000/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
