1. Case FIR NO 77/15 Dated 3/6/15 U/S 341,323,504 ,506 IPC has been registered at PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Surat Ram village Bhadharnu PO &Tehsil Karsog Dist. Mandi HP  that on 3/6/15 Hari Ram S/O Sh. Dharmu Village Bharranu  obstruct his way and also  threatened with dire consequences . He also beat him  up and he sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the cas.

1. Case FIR No. 72/15 dated 04/06/15 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Toleela Devi W/O Sh. Amjad Vill. Sanglwada Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi stated that on 03/06/15 when she was coming from Kuthah fair alongwith her husband and daughter in the  mean  time  Dropati Devi W/O Het Ram obstructed her way  and abused, beat her up. 1. Case FIR No. 78/15 dated 4/6/15 U/S 341/506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Ram Dyal R/O VPO Jhamehar Tehsil&PS Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi HP  that on 3/6/2015 at about 10:45PM when he was going  to attend a marriage at Snatan Dharm Mandir Jogindernagar alongwith his family and when he reached at community hall in  the  mean  time  Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Jaidev Sharma ,R/O Vill. Pavo, PO Jhamehar  obstructed  his way and slapped him. He also threatened him. HC. Hoshiar singh I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Pavo PO Jhamehar Tehsil& PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP stated that on 3/6/2015 at about 10:30PM when he went  to attend a marriage at Snatan Dharm Mandir Jogindernagar.  When he was going to take dinner and at the main gate of Temple Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Ram Dyal  and his wife Vill. Lower Jhamehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP, and Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram , Vijay kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal obstruct his way and abused him. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC .Chaman Lal I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 56/15 dated 3/6/15  U/S 279,337,304A IPC  has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Smt .  Kmala Devi  W/O Sh Roop Singh  R/O  Jaral  PO  Jughan  Tehsil & PS  Sundernager  Distt  Mandi  HP stated  that  on 3/6/2015 they came From Sunder Nagar  To Sharabai by Car No HP31B-8000 and  when they reached at near  Nagwain  Driver Vidyasagar  loose control on car and fell down in Beas river and  Shila Kamal who was also in the car died at the spot and three persons got injured. ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

Case FIR  No.  57/15 dated 3/6/2015  U/S 279,337,304A IPC  has been registered at PS Aut on the  complaint of  Sh Kashav Ram S/O  Sh Chandermani   R/O Vijnoor  PO Gharan  Tehsil & PS  Sadar   Distt  Mandi  HP stated  that on 3/6/2015 he had gone to Kullu  With  Meera Rana W/O Hem Raj Vill  Kuthwari PO Bir Tehsil & PS  Sadar  Distt  Mandi  HP and his son  Rahul  by car no. HP31B-4122.  When  they were coming back to Mandi at about 6:50PM and when they reached at near Shani Temple  Aut, Driver  Rahul   loose control on car and  fell down in Beas river and  Meera devi was died at the spot and two  persons were injured.  ASI  Moher Singh  IO PS Aut  is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 120 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28000/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600 was recovered during last 24 hours.

Mandi  that on  3/6/15 at 7:30 AM when she was coming  to her home from shop and when when reached at her field her nephew Tota Ram obstructed her way, abused her and beat her up and she  sustained  injuries  and  also threatened her with dire consequences. Mandi (HP) that  on 03/06/15  her  younger son namely  Bittu entered  in her  home  and   beat  her  up alongwith her  daughter-in-law  namely  Reenu and they  sustained injuries. 4        Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 02/06/15  U/S 363, 366, 120(B) IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh  S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O  Roso PO  Sadhot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his daughter is missing and he suspect that  Kaku  ,  Inder Singh ,  Savitri Devi   all the resident of  Nalyana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  kidnapped his daughter .  ASI   Naresh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Bhura Ram  R/O  Dharjol PO  Dev Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 01/06/15  Lucky resident of same locality  entered in the  courtyard of his home  and   beat him up  and also broke the  windows  of his  home .  ASI  Trilok  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

1       Today Mandi  Police organized a   cleanliness  campaign to   clean  the   Paddal  ground  Mandi  which was  used  by   Mandi  Police  for recruitment  of  constables during the recent past .

   7        Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 02/06/15  U/S d279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint  of  Sh. Sonu  Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 01/06/15  he  alongwith  Surinder Kumar,  Mukesh Kumar , Mast Ram  were going to Sikari Mata  Temple  by  Car (HP32A-1577)  and when they reached near  Raigarh in the mean time driver of  said  car  lost the control on the car  due to rash driving and  car fell down 150 feet downwards from the road  and  all the occuopants  who were board on said car  sustained injuries.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of  PP Jajehli  is investigating the case.

Kullu (HP)  that  he  is   driver of  Taxi no. (HP01K-4212).Today  he  was  going to Manali  alongwith his    Taxi and when he reached near  Aut  Tunnel  then he found that  a person  namely  Ramesh  Kumar S/O Sh,. 4. Case FIR No. 120/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. JagiR Singh S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Vill. Boot PO Subhanpur Tehsil & Distt. Kapurthala (Punjab) that on 29/05/2015 he along with his friends are going to Manikaran by M/Cycle and when they reached near Kawari, in the mean time a bus (DL1PC-2869) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and hit his M/Cycle due to which Ram Singh died on the spot and Durga Singh sustained injuries. 5. Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Lal S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O VPO Surari Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going by truck (HP33B-8344) to Baroti to unload said truck and when said truck reached near Lagdhar, a scooty came from Baroti side and struck with their truck due which both occupants of said scooty sustained injuries. 6. Case FIR No. 122/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli that on 29/05/2015 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at bus stand Kotli, in the mean time he recovered 1875 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Jai Singh S/O Sh. 7. A Case FIR NO 54/2015 Dated 30-5-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV.ACt has been  registered Against Devander Kumar  Driver Car No DL-8CX-8768  on the Statement of  Sh. Tek Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram Caste Rajput Village Mashgran PO Bajaura  Tehsil Bhunter  Distt Kullu Age 48 years he stated that he is  working at largi project since 1995 as a Mechanic on dated 29-5-2015 when he was going back to  sub division Thalot   after taking tea at Pawan Dhawa at about 4.10 P.M. Then a white colour  Car  No DL 8 CX -8768  came from Mandi very rashly and hit him by left side and his left  arm  get injured due to this accident . Case is being investigate by ASI Hari Singh  I/O P.S. Aut .

8. Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S> BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 29/05/2015 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Khatarwari, during the course of patrolling he recovered 700 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Lachhman S/O Sh. Ledh Ram R/O Vill. Khatarwari PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 125/15 dated 29/05/2015 U/S 324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devi W/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Vill. Dalot PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/05/2015 Bimla Devi, Suresh Kumar,  Jai and Govind Ram beat her up and her husband and they both sustained injuries.

Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/15 he was  going to Mandi by  his  Motor Cycle(HP76-1386) and  when he reached near Kothi, in the mean time another Motor Cycle(HP34A-9948)  came from Mandi  side  and  hit his Motor Cycle and   he sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman  Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S Padhar is investigating  the case.

2        Case FIR No.74.15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 341, 323,  504, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Vivek S/O Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Ward No. 3 near Nagar Panchyat Jogindernagar  that on 28/05/15  Anand Thapa S/O Sh. Bhupender Thapa R/O Ner-Gharwasda PO  Majharnoo Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. 3        Case FIR  No. 74/15 dated 28/05/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  HC Tej Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog   that on 28/05/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Mumail   and during the  course of patrolling he  found that  a heap of sand  laid on the  road  by  Mohan Sharma S/O Sh. Chandermani PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .  HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating   the case

4        Case FIR No. 75/15 dated 28/05/15  U/S 279, 337 , 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog that on  a telephonic  information he  went on  the spot at  Kotlu and  found that a Vehicle (HP01K-5100 )  was met with an accident  due to rash  driving by  driver  of  said  vehicle  and  6  occupants  who were boarded on  said  vehicle   died on the spot and  3  got injuries.  SI Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.
