CASE OF MURDER

1.      On 18/05/2015 an unidentified dead body has been recovered at Tamled under the Jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat. SHO PS Sarkaghat alongwith I/C PP Hatli visit the spot and verified the facts. Thereafter, Case FIR NO 128/15 Dated 15/05/2015 U/S 302,201 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand (Pardhan Gram Panchayat Patrighat) S/O Sh. Munsi Ram Vill. Dhaner PO Patdighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. A team of experts from RFSL Mandi has been visited the spot on 18/05/2015. Today, the above deadbody has been identified as of Harisharan alias Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Ner Dhangu Tehsil Balh District Mandi on the identification of deceased's brother. The postmortem of the dead body is being conducted at ZH Mandi and the investigation is being conducted by SI Praveen Kumar I/C PP Hatli.

2.      Case FIR No 134/15 Dated 18/05/15 U/S 324 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Brestu Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Churura Ram R/O Vill Chhater P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 17/05/15 at about 10:00PM his real brother Chetru Ram abused him and  bite off his left hand thumb. And in the morning on 18/05/15 at about 6:30am when he was going to his cow shed at the same time his brother Chetru Ram came there and also bite off his left hand again.  HC Baldev Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No 135/15 Dated 19/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Pushapraj S/O Bhagt Ram R/O Dhanotu P.O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stated that on dated 18/05/15 at about 11:50PM when he was coming towards Sundernagar on Bolero  N0. HP 31B 1728 and near Sangam hotel Ropdi, the driver of said vehicle lose control on his vehicle and fell down. In this accident 2 persons were injured. ASI Rajender Kumar I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

4.      191 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30000/- was recovered and 03 Challans  were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.

1.      Today during ongoing process of Constable from this district, a boy jumped record 17 feet broad jump whereas 13 feet broad jump is required to qualify this event.

Mandi  stated that on dated 17/05/15 at 4:00PM when she with her husband were working at their fields and she was going to bring water to irrigate their fields at that time Heti Devi W/O Sh. Chaina Ram and her daughter Mamta both obstruct  her  way, threaten her and beat her up.  HC Hari Singh  I/O PP Kammand is investigating the case.

Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Bhagban Dass S/O Tulsi Ram, Vill- Tungadhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thung distt Mandi stated that on dated 17/5/15 at 10:00PM Devinder S/O Prem Singh Vill Tungadhar PO Janjehli Tehsil Thung distt Mandi obstruct his way and beat him up. 4.      Case FIR No. 68/15 dated 17/5/15 U/S 342,323,504,506,427,186,34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Prashad S/O Lt. Sh. Sidhu Ram Vill Jagehara PO Balh Joli Tehsil & PS Jogindernagar distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 17/05/15 at about 7:30PM his son and daughter-in-law wrongfully confined him and his family members in their house and threaten them. They broke the door and also  obstruct  the Police to perform their duty. 1.      During ongoing process of  recruitment of constables of Mandi distt, A boy made record by achieving 1500 mtrs. Race in 4.8 minutes.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 115/15 dated 16/05/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  at P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devender Hudda S/O Sh. Ram Kishan R/O Rudki PO Rohatak, District Rohtak Haryana,  stated that he is working as a driver in Haryana Roadways and on16/05/2015 he was on the Route, Delhi to Manali in Bus No. HR 55T 3848, at about 10:00 PM while he was dropping passengers at Nerchowk, at that time a Motorcycle No. HP 33B 6335 coming from behind and hit the Bus. Motorcycle Rider who was identified as Manoj Kumar S/O Dalip Singh sustained injuries in this Accident.  HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 is investigating the case. 

 

3.      Case FIR No. 67/15 dated 16/05/15 U/S  20 of  ND &PS Act has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta, when police party is on nakka at chountra at about 8:55 PM,  they checked a  Nano car no. HP-24B-2528, during the process of checking they recovered 560 gram charas  in the car and registered FIR against car driver Deep Chand S/O Sh. Makhouli Ram R//O Vill. Changra, PO Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar, distt. Mandi. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

4.      Case FIR No. 65/15 dated 16/05/15 U/S 342,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Sunku Ram Vill Kass Rakkar PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar, distt. Mandi HP stated that, on dated 15/5/15 at about 9:15 PM Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Dhubu Ram, Rama devi, W/O Sh. Ravi Kumar, Vinny S/O  Ravi Kumar all from Vill. Kass Rakkar PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  wrongfully confined his son Parkash Chand at their house and beathim up. 5.      Case FIR No. 66/15 dated 16/5/15 U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Vinod Singh I/C PP Lad Bhadol stated that he was on patrolling duty alongwith other police officials at Golwan and during the process of  Patrolling he recovered  24 bottles of  Country Liquor and 12 bottles of  English wine from the tea shop of  Pyar Chand S/O Sh. Lachman Singh R/O V.P.O. Golwan Tehsil Lad Bhadol, Distt. Mandi. ASI Vinod Singh I/C PP Lad Bhadol is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 130/15 dated 15/05/15 U/S 341/323/504/34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Phinu Ram R/O Village Sai P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 15/05/15 at about 3:00PM when she was coming her home from her field at the same time Narainu Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Ramu , and Narainu's  wife Kununu or her son Gulaba Ram R/O Sai came there and obstruct her way and abused her. They both beat her up and she sustained injuries. Ramu R/O Sai P/O Jugahan Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi HP stated that on dated 15/5/15 at about 2:30 PM when he was on his home along with his wife Kunnu at the same time he saw Binnu S/O Deviya,Vidya Devi W/O Kuldeep, Kuldeep S/O Binnu, and Kuldeep's wife were workimg in their  field. But they were also trying to  enter in his boundry .He and his wife Kunnu went there and told them for not entering  his field. at  this they all start abusing them and obstruct their way, they also beat them up and they sustained injuries. 3. Case FIR No 132/15 Dated 16/05/15 U/S 353,506,34IPC has been registered at P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Teshildar Sundernagar Sh. Ved Parkash stated that on dated 15/05/15 when Kanungo Hari Singh was on Demarcing the land at the same time Joginder Pal, Surender Kumar, Narinder Kumar and Laxman Dass obstruct Hari Singh to perform his duty and also threatened him. Mandi stated That on dated 15/5/15 he and  his wife working at their fields in the mean time Vikram Singh along with his son came there and start to abuse him. They also obstruct  and beat him up. 7. Case FIR No. 17/15 dated 16/05/15 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered  at P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Jaswant Singh R/O Vill. Chouki PO Mandap, Tehsil Dharampur, Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 15/05/15 at about 07:00 PM when he alongwith his friend coming from a local Fair, on that way Deepu and Aju beat him bitterly and he sustained injuries. M.O. Shankar Dass R/O Village Dugrain PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP stated that on dated 16/05/2015 at  10:15AM while he was working in his fields at that time Piru Ram obstruct him and beat him up.  HC Raj Mal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

Madhav R/O Village Gadigudam Tehsil Nagpur Maharashtra stated that on dated 15/05/15 at about 2:45PM when  he is going towards Manali on Car No. MH31EK 4657 with his Owner Vijay Laxmi, than at  Bagla a Truck No. HP 12D 7667 coming from Mandi side on the wrong lane and hit their Car. Both of them sustained injuries. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

10. Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 15/05/2015 U/S 451,147,149,504,506 IPC has been register at PS Sarkaghat that on  the complaint of  Sh. Sohan Lal, he stated that Distt. Pardhan of CITU Party and other member of CITU Party came at their project campus in Batel PO Baldwara and threaten me and other project workers. 1.    Case FIR No. 111/15 dated 15/05/2015 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Darshan Kumar R/O Village & PO Taroh, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi HP stated that today at 8:30 AM when she was going to her old house, at that time  Dharam Singh and Shakuntla Devi obstruct her way and beat her up.They also threatened her. 2.       Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 15/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at P.S. Karsog by ASI  Bhoom Prakash, he stated that Dault Ram S/O SH. Bhadur Singh VPO Sorshan, Tehsil Karsog was rashly driving a Pickup No HP30-3125 and met with an accident near Bhalingi.  Other persons who were also in the Pickup got injured . Rita Devi W/O Prakash Chand Village Barto P.O Bayala Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt Mandi HP stated that on dated 14/05/15 Pawan Kumar obstruct her way and abused her . Sundernagar on the complaint of  Ms. Sofia D/O Ramjan Mohmad Village Dugrain P.O Knaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP stated that on dated 11/05/15 a Person namely  Mohasin obstructed her way and abused her. 5.    Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 14/05/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Bhura Ram R/O Village Dhalyar P.O. Kallar Tehsil and PS Sadar District Bilaspur HP stated  that on dated 14/05/2015 he was going towards Barmana and at Slapper  at 6:15 PM an Indigo Car No HP31B-1323 came from Barmana Side Very Rashly and hit his  Truk No. HP63-7134. In this accident car driver Chandan Sharma  and Bandana Kumari Sustained injuries. ASI  Rajender Thakur I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR no. 105/15 dated 14/5/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Narender Singh S/O Sh. Puran Singh R/O Khuteher PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi stated That on dated 13/5/15  he was present at his home with his wife and mother, in the mean time Amin Chand and Chander Singh came   obstructed his way and beat him up.   HC Yash Pal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR no. 106/15 dated 14/5/15 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sadar by SI Chanchal Singh I/O PS Sadar Mandi that today an  information of accident was received and he reached at the spot near Bye Pass Mandi. During the course of spot inspection he found  that two Cars bearing No. (HP-33E(T)-9542 ) and (HP-35-2911)  were collided with each other on the road.  This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by drivers of the both cars. CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 104/15 dated 13/05/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar  Mandi   by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli Mandi that on dated 13/05/15 at about 5:45PM he along with other Police officials was on patrolling at Kotli bazar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750ML illicit liquor from the possession of  Manchali W/O Late Sh. Kundan Ram Village Kasan PO & Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi HP.  ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

4.      Case FIR NO 53/15 dated 14/5/2015 U/S 353,332 IPC  has been Registered on the  complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Chhala, PO Noa,Tehsil Sadar, Distt  Bilaspur HP stated that  he is a Driver in HRTC and presently posted in HRTC depot  he was on his way with bus (HP 65-7252) and today said bus was  bounded from Mandi to Taper route and when reached  at  Sojha, a person namely Shalu obstructed him from discharging his duty and also  beat him up and also  torn his clothes.  ASI Moher Singh  I/O P.S. Aut is  investigating the case.        

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 14/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Shakti Lal VPO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) presently posted as driver in HRTC depot Mandi that on 13/05/15 he was on duty with a Volvo bus (HP63-5865) which was bounded from Delhi to Manali and today when he reached at Jhalogi a car (FLiYD-8458) came from Kullu side very rashly and struck with said Volvo bus due to rash and negligent driving by the diver of above mentioned car.
