CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND THEFT

1. Case FIR no. 61/15 dated 13/5/2015 U/S 451,456,506,379  IPC has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Prasad S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram R/O vill. Jagehara PO Balh Jolly, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi HP stated  that his son Rajender Sharma and daughter-in-law Ranjna Sharma both are residing separately. On 19/4/2015 at about 8:00 PM they both entered in his house, broke the locks, and  abused and threaten him. On 4/5/2015 Rajender Sharma stole  a pair of shoes from his shop and ran away. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 47/15 dated 12/05/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC &187, 192 of  MV Act has been registered at P.S. BSL Colony  on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Gouri Dutt  R/O vill. Gurudwara, PO Sayanji, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi HP Stated that on dated 12/05/15 at about 3:45 PM an  Auto, no. HP-31B-0832 fell down on the road due to negligent driving by Roshan Lal R/O vill. Boudal. In this incident a child namely  Sharuti Sustained injuries. After this  accident Auto driver flee away from the spot.  ASI Shiv Kumar  I/O P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the  Case.

3. Case FIR No 126/15 Dated 12/5/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Singh, R/O Vill. Khilra PO Meramasit, Tehsil and PS Sundernagar District Mandi stated that on dated 12/5/15 at about 9:20 PM Sandeep Jamwal S/O Sh. kartar Singh and one other person obstruct his way at New Bus Stand. They  abused him and also beat him up. He sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand  I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

1.     Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 11/05/2015 U/S 420 IPC has been registered at P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Karam Chand Sharma R/O Village Kamand, PO Chowki, Sub Tehsil- Nihri, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/01/15 he read an advertisement in  Amar Ujala News Paper for establishment of tower. On this he contact to Sh. Abhinav Anand   House No-46 Faridabad,  Haryana,  on telephone No 07531960496,  which was mentioned in the advertisement and as per the direction of said person he has deposited  Rs. 77000/ in the account of Abhinav Anand  in   two installment. But company has not established any tower in his  land till date. ASI Ram Lal I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR no. 16/15 dated 12/05/15 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered at P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Gouri Dutt S/O Sh. Janki Prashad R/O Vill. Haryanall, PO Tanehar, Tehsil- Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi stated that Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh Vill. Tapohal, PO Kot, Tehsil- Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi obstruct his way and beat him up. He also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Vidhi Chand I/O P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR no. 69/15 dated 11/05/15 U/S147,451,325, 506  IPC has been registered at P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Deen S/O Sh. Baju, Vill. Kotlu PO Nanj, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi HP stated that on 11/05/15 Chaman Lal and four other persons entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They  also threatened him with dire consequences. Naloe, PO Pokhi, Tehsil- Karsog, Distt. Mandi stated that on dated 11/05/15 Babloo and four other persons obstruct his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threaten him with dire consequences. HC Vijay Kumar I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR no. 61/15 dated 10/05/15 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered at P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Alam Chand S/O Sh. Mani Ram Vill. Rudan PO Khunachi Tehsil- Thunag Distt. Mandi HP  that at 06:00AM when he was going by his vehicle at Sidh Nala and in the meantime a Jeep no. HP 01M1920 came behind and fell down in a deep gorge. In this accident 10 person injured and 04 person died on spot. ASI Jeet Singh I/O PP Janjaihli is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 103/15 dated 10/05/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Gayatri Devi W/O Ram Chander  R/O Vill. Dhar PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP stated that she is residing separate from her husband from one and half year. On dated  10/05/15 her husband obstructed her way and beaten her up. He also abused her. HC Yash Pal  I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

3.       Case FIR No. 125/15 Dated 11/5/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 427 IPC has been registered at P.S Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Munshi Ram R/O Village Chanol P.O. Taleli Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi HP stated that on dated 11/5/15 at about 9.15 AM when he was going to the Bah Ki Dhar by his M/Cycle No. HP31A-6566 and when reached at place Ghangnu, Brij Lal R/O Ghangnu obstruct his way and beat him up, in this incident he sustained injuries and his  M/Cycle fell down.  HC Prabhakar Sharma I/O PP Dehar is investigating the Case.

Mahinder R/O Kharari PO Purana Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/2015 Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Kharari PO Purana Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) used filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 123/15 dated 09/05/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Amar Chand VPO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/2015 he was coming from Hukkal side towards Parchu by his pick-up and when his jeep came near PWD workshop at Parchu, in the mean time a M/Cycle came from Parchhu side very rashly and struck with his pick-up and both occupants of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY

4. Case FIR No. 51/15 dated 10/05/2015 U/S 341/143 IPC has been registered on the statement of HC Harbansh Singh No. 68 I/C Highway patrol beat No. 5 from Pandoh to Jhiri   that today at about 11 AM he was on patrolling along by official M/Cycle from Jhiri towards Thalaut with the carcade of Hon'ble Chief Minister of HP and when said carcade reached at Panarsa, 6/7 unknown persons obstructed/blocked the carcade of hon'ble Chief Minister about for 15 minutes and shouted slogans against the state  government. ASI Mohar Singh is investigating the case.

 1       Case FIR No.109/15 dated 08/05/15 U/S 336, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Rajesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Ishwar Dass  R/O  Nalwari PO Galma Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on  08/05/15 his daughter  Monika  fell  down  in the water  tank  while she was playing  and   said  water tank  was made by  Anju  near his   field  and  she did  not laid any  fencing  or  covered  the  said  water tank .  ASI  Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3        Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 08/05/15  U/S 498 (A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar   on the complaint of  Smt. Nihsa  Devi  W/O Sh. Sudama Ram  R/O  Bhawana PO Jarol Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  she was  married with  Sudama.  But after some time of marriage her husband's elder brother  Salender  and  her grandmother   started to harass her physically and  mentally by demanding the dowry.  ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C of  PP Slapper is investigating the case.

4        Case  FIR No. 43/15 dated 09/05/15  U/S  363, 366  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  on  the complaint  of  Sh. Shyam Lal   R/O  Samkal  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Ravi  Kumar R/O  Chowk Kidnapped his daughter  with  the intention to marry with her.  ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

Khub  Chand  R/O  Ghirigad PO Balh Sub- Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 08/05/15  Krishan Chand, Chandresh Kumar ,Smt.  Prem Lata  Smt. Meena Devi  &  Vidya   Devi  attacked  upon him  and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries . HC Kuldeep No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND MISCHIEF

6        Case FIR No. 48/15 dated 09/05/15  U/S  279 , 429 IPC &  U/S 187  MV  Act has been registered in  P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Bisakhu R/O  Kyani  PO  Manikaran Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu that  he is a shepherd   and he had  200 goats and 90  Sheep.  Today he was  coming  Bilaspur to Kullu  alongwith  them  and when   he  reached near  Aut Tunnel  in the mean time  a  Car  came  rashly from  Kullu towards  Mandi   and    crushed  his 5 goats and 4 sheep.  HC   Sanjeev Kumar No. 69  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7        Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 09/05/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I/C of  PP Bassi   that he  was  on patrolling   alongwith  other police officials at  Drahal and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 4875 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Narender Singh  S/O Sh. Prabh Dyal R/O  Drahal Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I/C of PP Bassi  is investigating  the case.

CRIME REPORT 8 MAY

INSPECTION OF ONGOING WORK OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDING   P.S. AUT

 

1. Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, worthy Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) inspected the ongoing work of newly constructed building of Police Station Aut by visiting on the site.

2. Sh. Kapoor Singh S/O Sh. Fateh Singh R/O Tikkan PO  Bardhiyan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi  & Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Late Sh. Shayam Singh R/O Vill. Tikkan PO Bardhian Tehsil Padhar Distt., Mandi (HP)  were today appreciated by Sh. Mohit Chawla , IPS, worthy Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) on behalf of Mandi Police for doing commendable job and brave efforts in preventing a theft of ATM at Tikkan during the  intervening night 30/04/2011-01/05/2015. Sh. Kapoor Singh and Smt. Bimla Devi hearing the noise at around 3.10 AM, they found out that an attempt of theft is being taking place at ATM, they  quickly reacted by rushing to the spot and shutting down the shutter.          They succeeded in locking the shutter and raising the alarm. This unaware response took the burglar by surprise and as a result   they could not succeed in stealing the cash.  Since the accused were having iron rods they managed to break off the shutter and eventually in escaping. But in the whole process Sh. Kapoor Singh and Smt. Bimla Devi identified the accused and the case of theft has been registered at P.S. Padhar.       Sh. Kapoor Singh    & Smt. Bimla Devi  have displayed brave and courageous  act  and Mandi Police acknowledges and salute  their  act of bravery & courage by honouring them.

3. Case FIR No. 102/15  dated 07/05/15  U/S 448, 427 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint  of  Man Singh   S/O Sh. Devi  Singh  R/O  House  No. 368/12  Ramnagar Mandi  Distt. Mandi  that  he is   running  a Dhaba   in   rental  Shop  No. 3/7 of   Ashok  Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Singh  R/O House No.152/11 Tarana Mohalla Mandi . On  07/05/15  Ashok  Kumar  entered in  his shop and   broke  the  wrking still   installed in his  shop.  HC  Karan Singh  No. 24  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

4.  Case FIR  No. 43/15 dated 07/05/15  U/S 436  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Govind   Ram  S/O Sh. Saunu R/O  Dadoh PO Dhaban Tehsil  Balh  Distt. 5. Case FIR No.68/15  dated07/05/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint  of Sh. Kinora Ram  S/O  Sh. Tota Ram  R/O  Ghata PO  Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/05/15   when he was going to Mumail in the mean time a Motor Cycle came rashly  from  Kao  side and  hit  to  him and  he sustained injuries.  ASI  Jhabe  Ram  I.O. of  P.S. WHATSAPP NUMBER AND WOMEN HELP VAN

1        Today  Mandi Police launched whatsapp  No. 9816100444 in public domain for  uploading  any information/complaint direct  with them through whatsapp.  

In addition to above  Mandi Police   also  launched women help  Van for the safety and security of  women. Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS  Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP)  flagged off  the Van and also launched the above mentioned whatsapp number in public domain on behalf of Mandi Police.

2       Case FIR No.60/15 dated 06/05/15 U/S 353, 332, 506   IPC has  been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Rahual Rohane  at present   DFO   Nachan  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he  alongwith  forest party  were vacating forest land  encroachment at Baneshidhar  which was encroached  by  Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Man   Chand  R/O  Baneshi PO  Kanda Tehsil Thunag , in the mean  time said   Ramesh  attacked  upon the  forest officer and also threatened  them  with dire consequences . ASI Ashok  Kumar I.O. P.S. Mandi (HP) that on 05/05/15  Chura Mani,  Kanta  &  Lalu   all the resident of  Shilh Daharal Sub- Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed     her  way and beat her up  alongwith  her husband  Surender Singh  and  Son  Neel Mani  and during the manhandling she  lost her   Magalsutra and   mobile phone  and   also threatened her  with dire consequence.  ASI    Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. 4        Case FIR No. 45/15  dated  06/05/15  U/S 279, 429 IPC  &  U/S  187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Shaffi Mohd.  S/O Sh. Meer Ali  R/O  Nagwain Sub- Tehsil  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 06/05/14  a vehicle(HP33B-5119) came rashly from   Kullu side and  hit his buffalo.  ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O. of  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 101/15  dated 06/05/15  U/S 448  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint   of   Dr.  Seema Sharma House No. 122/11  School Bazar  Mandi (HP) that  she  is  the owner of  an institute namely Amol Info tech / Globle Infosis  which  was   situated  in the rental  house . The owner of said  House namely Deveinder Kumar  and his family entered in  his   institute  in the absenece   of her  and  threw the   articles of  institute  ( Furniture  etc.)  outside .  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 32  I.O. of  PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

6       Case FIR No. 36/15 dated 07/05/15  U/S 18 of  NDPS   Act has been  registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI      I/C of  PP Kamand  that on 06/05/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith  Narcotics team Mandi at  Kandhi   and during  the course of patrolling he  found that  Popply Plant Pod was   cultivated by  Bhim  Dev  S/O Sh. Gole Ram  R/O  Kandhi PO  Tihari Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  in his  land .  ASI Govind Pal  I/C of  PP Kamand  is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP)  that she was  working on  their field  alongwith   Rehka  Devi, in the mean time  Sumitra   Devi  came there and beat   both of them   and they sustained injuries.  ASI  Govind Pal  I/C of PP Kamand is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

8        Case FIR No. 59/15 dated 06/05/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Sukesh Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar   that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  118  Bottles of Country  Liquor from the possession of  Parvinder Singh  S/O Sh.  Kultar Singh  R/O  Dul Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Sukesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Joginderangar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

9        132  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,700/-  was  recovered  and 1 challan  was    issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 100/-  was recovered  and 2  challan were    issued under  Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
