1        Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 05/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC  has been registered in P.S.   Joginderngar on the complaint  of  Smt.  Pooja Devi  W/O Sh. Vijay  Kumar  R/O  Sukhabag PO Chountra Tehsil Joginderngar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  a  Vehicle( HP12A-7656) met with an accident due to  rash driving  by  driver  Ravinder Kumar  R/O  Sihaldhar Distt. Mandi  and all the occupants who were  boarded  on said  Vehicle  Sustained  injuries.  ASI  Tarsem  Singh  I/C of  PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

2       Case FIR No. 35/15 dated 06/05/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of   Sh. Roshan  Lal S/O Sh. Het Ram  R/O Chalahar PO  Shegli Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi stated that at 08:00PM when he was present  at his  home in the mean time he heard a stunning voice,  and he  rushed to   the spot and  found that  a  Van (HP33B-0119)   felling downward  from the  road  which was driven by  driver   Guddu Ram S/O Sh. Jethu Ram R/O Vill. Chalahar, PO Shegli, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi and  he sustained   injuries .  HC Hari Singh I/O of  PP Kamand is investigating the case.

3       Case FIR No. 99/15 dated 05/05/15  U/S 341, 323,504 IPC  has been registered  in  P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of Smt.  Leela Devi  W/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Randhara Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 05/05/15  Rajender Kumar  came  alongwith his wife , obstructed  her way and beat her up.  HC Ram Singh  No. 66  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   Mandi  is investigating  the case.

4        Case   FIR No. 98/15 dated  05/05/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC & 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the compalimnt of  Sh./ Lal Singh    S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Thachi PO  Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)   that  when   his  Brother-in-law namely  Kashmir  Singh  S/O Sh. Nagnu Ram  R/O  Ropari PO  Nasloh  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  was   going to  Purani Mandi, in the mean time  a  Motor Cycle (HP33C-6860) came rashly and hit  to  Kashmir  Singh and he sustained  injuries,.  ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5        Case FIR No. 100/15 dated 05/05/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I.O. of  PP City  Mandi  that  on 05/05/15  he   was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at   Skodi  Bridge  and  during the course of checking of  Vehcle(HP33B-2641)  he recovered  54  Bottles of Country  Liquor from the possession of  Manjul Thakur S/O Sh. Man  Singh  Thakur  House No. 10/5  Vijay  Palace  Mandi (HP) . SI  Sandeep  Sharma  I/C of PP City  is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 107/15 dated 06/05/15  U/S 341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the comalint  of Smt. Bindra Devi W/O Sh. Padam Singh  R/O  Kandhi  Tarapur PO Gagal Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 06/05/15  Tulsi Devi came  alongwith her son  Hans Raj , obstructing   her way and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is  investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

7        Case FIR No.  67/15 dated 06/05/15  U/S 323, 325 ,34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the  complaint  of  Sh. Dhani Ram  S/O Sh. Gantha Ram  R/O  Khamrala PO  Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 04/05/15  Bir Singh  came  alongwith his relatives  and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Ranjeet Singh  No. 71  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is  investigating  the case.

8    142  Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 27200/-  was  recovered  and 7 challans  were   issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered and  2  challans  were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.

1.                     Case FIR No 41/15 dated 04/05/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at P.S. BSL Colony by ASI Khalil Ahmed  I/C PP Nihri that on dated 04/05/15 at about 03.00 PM he was on patrolling alongwith police party at near Bandli. And during the course of patrolling he recovered 11250 ML Country liquor from the possession of Dola Ram S/O Sh. Krishan Lal  R/O Village Bandli PO Rakol Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt Mandi HP . ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.        Case FIR No. 96/15 dated 5/5/15 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered  at P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Om Parkash s/o Dhananjay R/O Kathlag, PO padhiun, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi HP statd that on dated 4/5/15 at about 8.30 PM he and his son Vinay Sharma were going to home in the mean time Pinku s/o Sh. Murlidhar, Raju s/o Chet Ram and Rattanu  s/o Bholu obstructed their way and beat them up and both sustained injuries. SI Chanchal Singh is investigating the Case.

3.        Case FIR No. 97/15 dated 5/5/15 u/s  341,323 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Parvinder s/o Murlidhar r/o Kathalg PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP stated that on dated 4/5/15 he along with Mahender Singh was going to home at about 8.30 PM in the mean time Om Parkash  s/o Dhananjay r/o Kathlag, PO padhiun, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi HP obstructed their way and beat them up and both  sustained injuries. HC Karan Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.       Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 5/5/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Lal Singh s/o Hari Singh r/o Village Thachi PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi HP stated  that his Brother-In-Law namely Kashmir Singh s/o Lt. Sh. Nagnu Ram r/o Ropru PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was going towards Purani Mandi from Bhiuli and an unknown Vehicle hit the Bike of his Brother in-Law. His Brother-In-Law sustained injuries in this accident. ASI Hem Raj I/O P.S. Sadar is investigating the Case.

5.      Case FIR No 123/15 Dated 5/5/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Gulab Singh R/O Chhater P.O. Jugahan, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi HP stated that on dated 5/5/15 at about 8.30 AM when he was waiting for the Bus at Kanaid at that  time A Car No HP31C-2250 Came very rashly form Sundernagar Side and hit a baby girl name Isha D/O Ashok Kumar . The Baby Sustained injuries. ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the Case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     case FIR NO. 58/15 dated 05/05/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Pooja Devi w/o Vijay Kumar, vill. Sukhbag, P.O. Chountra, Tehsil Jogindernagar distt Mandi HP stated that a school bus no. HP 12A-7656 came rashly and got accident. 15-16 passengers were injured. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the Case.

7.        118 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 21000/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 300 was recovered during last 24 hours.

1       Case FIR No. 59/15 dated 03/05/15   U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by   Const.  Ajay Kumar  No. 191   P.S. Gohar that on 03/05/15  he was coming back to Gohar   alongwith   other police officials by  Govt. Vehicle (HP33A-8714)  and when  they  reached  near  Galyandi Nala,   they  saw  that  three persons  were   taking   wine on the road side  when the police party  tried  to  stop   them  , in the mean time  Dile Ram  S/O Sh. Thaker Singh  R/O  Bagga Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi   attacked   upon him  and he  sustained  injuries.  SI  Lal Singh SHO of P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.

Jagdish Chand  R/O  Bhounwari PO  Kalahod Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  03/05/15  Gagan Kumar, Pappi and  Abhi  obstructed his way and  also beat   to  his  mother  Kamla Devi  and    father  Jagdish Chand  and  threatened   them  with dire consequences.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 12  I.O. of P.S. 4        Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 03/05/15  U/S 436  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ishwar Dass  S/O Sh. Baman Singh  R/O  Bayar PO  Tilli Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  during the  intervening  night of 2-3/05/15  some unknown culprits  set his  Car( HP33-6223)  on  fire  which was  parked by him   at Bayar. ASI  Hem Singh  I.O. of P.S. Mandi (HP) that Gopal Chand, his wife Mamta Devi and his sister-in-law Kusum obstructed the way of her and her daughter-in-law and used obscene words. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 35/15 dated 03/05/15 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Vill. Khandla PO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that his father is residing in Village Neri PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Yesterday his sister informed him telephonically that his father is not responding. On this they went to village Neri and they found that dead body of his father was packed in a bag which was kept in a box. SI Sandeep Chaudhary SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 91/15 dated 02/05/2015 U/S 403,409,467,471, & 120 B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Jitendera Sharma R/O H. No. 248/03 Jail Road Mandi that her husband  Lakh Ram Sharma submitted forged documents and withdrew sum of Rs. 18 Lac from her account with the help of employee of LIC. SI Sandeep Sharma Incharge P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 92/15 dated 03/05/2015 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Dhanyari PO Bari Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  Ward Member from Dhanyari Ward that an auto (HP65-4253) fell down from road near village Ardha and Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Dhanyari PO Bari Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) rider of said auto  died in this mishap. ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
