CASE OF FALSE INFORMATION TO  PUBLIC SERVANT AND FALSE EVIDENCE

 

1        Case FIR No. 89/15 dated 01/05/15  U/S 182, 195 (A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Murcha Ram  R/O  Thachi  Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Ashok Pal  Singh  threatened to  the  witnesses of   case  registered  against him and   also  compelled  them to  record the false  statement.   Insp. Sanjeev  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

1        CaseFIR No.121/15 dated 1/05/15 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Gulshan Kumar   S/O Sh. Harpal R/O  Rista PO  Puyeg Tehsil Anni    District  Kullu  at present  student of  Polytechnic College  Sundernagar  that  on 1/05/15 Piyush Thakur &  Prajwal Wanstu obstructed   his way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O.  of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

2        Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 1/05/15  U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC  has been registered  in P.S.  Sadar   on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O  Chadyara Mandi  that  Satvir Singh  obstructed  his way  and  threatened  him with  dire consequences   .  HC  Ram Singh  No. 66  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has beenregistered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rajni Devi W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Vill. Bhalendra PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/04/2015 when she was going on the road side near Army Canteen Jogindernagar, in the mean time a M/Cycle rider came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and hit her and she sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR NO. 32/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 324,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Nashdhara PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/04/2015 Megh Singh attached upon him with sharp weapon and also beat him up. HC Roop Lal No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 104/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Arun Singh S/O Sh. Kuldeep Chand R/O VPO Chowki Tehsil Nurpur Distt. Kangra (HP) that he is posted as driver with New Prem Bus (HP68-5959) and  on 29/04/2015 he was on his way with with said bus which on its way from Kangra to Shimla route and when said bus reached near Dadaur, a scooty (HP31A-5091) came from wrong side and struck with said bus. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1          Case FIR No. 43/15 dated 29/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Shafi Mohd. S/O Sh. Mirali VPO Nagwain Sub-Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/04/15  a Truck ( PB32E-9091) which  was  driven  by  Baljit Singh  S/O  Mohan Singh  R/O  Sanjay Nagar Bradari Distt. Breali (UP)   came  rashly from   Manali side  and hit  a  Car (HP34-0138) which was  coming from opposite side  and driver of said car  namely  Dinanath S/O Sh. Geharu Ram  R/O  Hansu PO Panarsa Sub- Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi   sustained injuries .  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND THEFT

2          Case FIR No. 113/14 dated 28/04/15  U/S 447, 379 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Kaulan Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Nek Ram  R/O  Kuther  PO  Dev Brarta Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  on 12/04/15  Khazanna Ram  resident of the same locality  entered in her land the   axed  the  Jamun Tree with the help of Laborers. HC Vijay  Kumar  I.O. of   P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Sonipat (HR)  that on 29/04/15  Inder Singh came  alongwith his father Fina Ram, obstructing  his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC  Kamal Kant No. 860  I.O. of P.S. CASE OF  RASH AND NEGLIGENT  ACT

5          Case FIR No. 87/15 dated 28/04/15  U/S 336, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.   on the complaint of  Sh. Tek Chand  S/O  Late. Sh.  Dassu Ram  R/O  Behal PO  Pairi Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/04/15  his  mother Jatti  Devi  was cutting   grass , in the mean time some unknown  persons  fired  a gunshot  and some particles of said gunshot  hit  to his  mother .  HC  Durga Dass  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1       Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 27/04/15 U/S 21 of  NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Bhagat Ram  No. 905  I.O.  PP  City  that on 27/04/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Chouhatta Bazar and during the course of patrolling  he  recovered 1.420  Gram  Heroin from the  possession  of  Raj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Mohinder Singh  R/O  294/03 Jail Road  Mandi (HP) .  HC Bhagat Ram  No. 905  I.O. of PP City is investigating the  case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 85/15 dated 27/04/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP City  that on 27/04/15  he was on parolling alongwith other police officials at Sakodi Bridge and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered 4500 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of   Pankaj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bayas Dev  R/O 177/04 Suhara Mohalla Mandi (HP) .  SI  Sandeep  Sharma  I/C of PP City is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 28/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Joginderngar  on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi   W/O Sh. Sukru Ram  R/O  Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  he  he was  cutting the  grass  near Kissan Bhawan  Chountra, in the mean time a Motor Cycle   without  number came rashly  from  Ahju  side and  hit  to her and she sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP)  that on 28/05/15  Parma Ram , Savirti  Devi   & Roop Lal   obstructed  her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 28/04/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the comalint of Smt. Savitri Devi  W/O  Sh. Parma Nand  R/O  Bhadyal PO Tikkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 27/04/15  Sohan  Lal  came  alongwith his son , entered in the courtyard of  her home and  beat her up . HC Kamal  Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Rukmani  Devi  W/O  Sh.  Bali  Ram  R/O Bhamar Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 26/04/15  Smt. Nirmla Devi  W/O Sh. Mandi (HP) that on 23/04/15  he sustained   injuries  due to  Dole Ram  S/O Sh. Baryagu Ram  R/O  Sarni PO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was  cutting the tree   without  any warning.  HC   Hari Singh No. 407  I.O. of PP Kamand  is  investigating the case.    

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2        Case FIR No.84/15  dated 26/04/15  U/S  364 (A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Deepak  Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O  Chalwana PO Loharghat Tehsil  Nalagrah Distt. Solan (HP)  that his  father  works as a laborer supplier  with  Contractor  Partap  Singh.  Said  Contractor  did not pay money   to the laborers  hence  Mohanmad Sahid  alongwith his friends  kidnapped  his father  and also demanded  for  money .  ASI  Anand Kishore  I.O. of P.S.
