CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT & DEATH DUE TO   NEGLIGENT ACT

1        Case FIR No. 133/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Tikkam Ram  S/O Sh. Doulat Ram  R/O  Ropa P.O. Shawadh Tehsil Anni  Distt. Kullu  (HP) that on 06/10/14   he  was coming   to his home by Private Bus(HP66-1431) which was on the  route  Karsog to  Anni  and  at about  11:45 AM  when  they reached near Bethua , in the mean time  the  driver of  said Bus which was  driven  by   Sant  Ram  lost the control on the Bus  due to rash  driving and  fell down  500 Mtr. downwards  from the  road  and   18  occupants  which were boarded  on  said bus  sustained injuries and   driver  Sant  Ram    died   on way  to hospital   .  ASI Jeet Sing I/C of PP Janjehli  is investigating  the case.

2        Case FIR No. 228/14  dated 06/10/14  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh.  Madan  Lal  R/O  Faflani P.O. Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 06/10/14  he was  present in his home, in the  mean time  Brestu Ram S/O Sh. Devi  Ram resident of  same  locality  entered in his home   and beat  him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 120/14 dated 06/10/14 U/S  353, 332, 506 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Karsog   by HHG Hardyal  Singh  S/O Sh.  Balam Mukund  R/O  Ghani P.O.  Mahunag Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  posted  as a HHG in P.S. Karsog  that  on  06/10/14  at about  6:55 PM  he was   on  traffic  duty  at  Karsog Bazar near Bus Stand , in the mean time  Kuljeet   S/O  Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Nayara P.O. Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)   came there and  beat him  up  and he sustained injuries and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

4        Case FIR No. 121/14 dated 06/10/14  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint   of  Sh.  Taramani S/O Sh. Tilak  Raj  R/O  Bhager P.O. Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 06/10/14  Khem Raj resident of same locality  obstructed his  way and beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Lal  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

5        Case FIR No. 343 dated 06/10/14  U/S 427, 447, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Chamaru Ram S/O Sh.  Thutha Ram  R/O  Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 06/10/14  Om Chand , Lalit Kumar and  Yasoda Devi  entered  in  his  land  and  cut the grass  from  his field and  beat him  up also  and he sustained injuries.  SI  Anil  Kumar (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

Aut  that  on  05/10/14 he was  on patrolling alongwith other  police officials  at  Saran and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Talbe Ram  S/O  Sh. Mohar Singh  R/O  Saran P.O. Panarsa   Sub-Tehsil  Aut Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

2          Case FIR No. 228/14  dated 06/10/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC & U/S 185 M.V.  Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC  Durga  Dass  No. 408 I.O.  of P.S. Sadar that  today on a   telephonic  information  he went on the spot and found that  a Scooter (HP33B-4038) met with an accident  at  SauliKhad  due to negligent riding  &  under  the influence  of alcohol  by  rider   Kamlesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Hem Raj  R/O  Mehar  P.O. Tandu Tehsil     Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and  admitted at  Zonal Hospital  Mandi .  HC Durga Dass  No. 408 I.O. of  P.S.  Sadar   is investigating  the case.

4          Case   FIR No. 342/14  dated 05/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Hari Singh  S/O Sh. Sant Ram  R/O  Jukain  P.O. Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  05/10/14  at  about  7:15 PM  Desh Raj,  Joginder Singh ,  Malka Devi , Soma  Devi , Beena Devi  all  resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC   Hem Raj  No. 19  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

2          Case FIR No. 225/14 dated 03/10/14  U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  SI  Sanjay Kumar (Prob)  that on 03/10/2014  at about  5 PM  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Sukkibain NH-21  and  during the course of nakkabandi  he recovered  186 Grams  Charas  from the possession of  Navdeep Kumar  S/O Sh.  Om Parkash  R/O  Balbag PO  Mahal Tehsil Bhoranj  Distt. Harmirpur .  SI   Sanjay  Kumar  (Prob)  I.O. of PS  Sadar is investigating  the case.

3          Case FIR No. 224/14  dated 03/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on  the  complaint of Sh.  Balwant Kumar S/O Late. Sh.  Keshav Ram  R/O  Hawani PO Randhara   Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/10/14  at about 12:30 PM  Jagdish  Chand   came along with Yog Raj and obstructed  his  way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Ram  Singh  No. 66  I.O. of PS  Sadar  is  investigating the case.

Bhahav Thakur S/O Sh.  Surender Thakur R/O  Housing Board Colony  Upper Bhuli  Mandi (HP) that  on  03/10/14  at about 6:30 PM  he   was  waiting for the Bus    alongwith his friend Kartic at Bus Stand  Mandi , in the mean time  3-4  person came there  and  obstructed  their way and  beat  both of them and  they sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences .  HC Rajmal  No. 856  I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 03/10/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Yadvinder Gupta S/O Late. Sh. Roop  Lal  R/O  Ratti  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  03/10/14  at about  7:15 PM  he was going towards  Nerchowk  by his  Car(HP33A-1887)  and when they reached near Visco Resorts, in  the mean time a Car(HP55-5249) came rashly from the  opposite  side and  hit his   said car  and  all the  9  occupants who were  boarded  both the cars  sustained injuries. 6          Case FIR  No. 307/14  dated 04/10/14  U/S  20, 29  of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S.  Balh that  today    he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Nagchalla  and   during the  course of checking of Vehicles he recovered  150  Grams  Charas  from the  possession of  Mohit Kumar S/O Sh. Narayan Dutt R/O  Kathodi Tehsil  Jawali Distt. Kangra (HP)  who was  driving the Car(PB08V-6956)  and  two   occupants ,  Amit Chaudhary S/O Sh. Trilok  Chand R/O  Moua Tehsil Jawali Distt. Kangra &  Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Krishan Singh  R/O  Gahar Tehsil Bhatiyat Distt. Chamba(HP )  also  were boarded   the  said car.  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

7          Case FIR No. 306/14  dated 03/10/14   U/S  147, 149, 323, 504 IPC  has  been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint  of  Sh.  Devi  Ram  S/O Sh. Karmu R/O   Malther PO  Ratti  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/10/14  at  about 5:30  PM  when they were  celebrating the  religious ritual  at Kali Mata temple  in their home , in the mean time  Munshi Ram ,  Prashottam Ram , Vijay  Kumar,  Brestu Ram &  Raju came there and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Sandeep  Kumar  No. 43  I.O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 223/14 dated 02/10/2014 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O H. No. 2014/3 Sector 32 C Chandigarh that on 02/10/2014 he was going by his car (CH01AU-4662) from Chandigarh towards Manali and when he reached at Sawal More near Pandoh, in the mean time a truck (HP11-3911) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and hit his car. ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

1. Today HHC Nagender Kumar No. 712 and HHC Inder Ingh No. 260 of P.S. Karsog arrested Beshar Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 110/11 dated 08/08/2011 U/S 380 IPC of P.S. Karsog and he was declared proclaimed offender on 21/12/2013 by the Ld court of JMIC Karsog.

Mandi (HP)  that    today  he was  going  along with his  sister-in-law  by  Motor Cycle (HP33B-4644)  and when they reached near  Sidhyani, in the mean  time a   Private Bus came  rashly, hit his  Motor Cycle and  they  sustained injuries.  ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No.  338/14 dated 1/10/14 U/S 143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Dr. Ramesh  Chand   presently posted as  Principal  Govt.  Degree  College Dharampur that on  01/10/14   about  6/7   of  activist of  ABVP  gathered  in the  complex of  college  and  burnt  the  effigy  of   Hon'ble  C.M. of  Himachal Pradesh.  SI  Madan   Lal  I/C of  PP Dharampur is investigating  the case.

8. Case FIR No. 132/14  dated  1/10/14  U/S  506 IPC &  U/S 3 of  SC/ST  (Prevention of Atrocities)  Act  has been registered in P. S.  Gohar on the  complaint of   Smt.  Nirma Devi  W/O Sh.  Hari   Dass  R/O  Sala at present Pradhan  Gram Panchyat Sala that on  09/01/14 she  was present at Panchyat  Bhawan  Sala alongwith other Panchyat members, in the  mean time   Raj Kumar, Vice  President  of Gram Panchayat  Sala  abused her  by caste and also threatened with dire consequences. 9. Case FIR No. 219/14  dated 02/10/14  U/S 304(A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Nek  Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Magru Ram  R/O  Kothi     (Saned)  PO  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 30/09/14  his  wife Krishna Devi  was admitted to Zonal Hospital  Mandi   for treatment  as she was bitten by snake.   But  due  to negligence by doctor & nurse his wife  died  today.  SI Chet Singh  I/C of P.P.  City  Mandi is investigating the case.

TRACEOUT OF MISSING PERSON

1. Constable Rajender Kumar No. 281 of Missing Squad-II of Mandi Police   traced out Sh. Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O H. NO. 46/4, Ravi Nagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) from Jammu who was reported missing since 17/09/2014 vide daily dairy report 33 of Police Post City Mandi.

Case FIR No. 218/14 dated 1/10/14 U/S 143, 341, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  HC  Karam  Singh  No. 24  I.O. of  PP City   Mandi (HP)  that on  today   the    activist  of  ABVP   burnt  the  Effigy  of  Hon'ble Chief Minister  of HP  at  Chauhatta  Bazzar  Mandi    without  any precaution  by putting  danger  to human  life and  shops around  Chauhatta   Bazaar  Mandi .  HC   Karan Singh  I.O.  of  P.P.  City   Mandi (HP).

Tek  Singh  R/O  Suragi PO  Chethar  Tehsil  Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Subhash Chand  I/C of  PP Bali Chowki  is investigating the case.
