2. Case FIR No. 167/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Viplav Pathania S/O Sh. Shiv Lal Pathania H. No. 120/12 Ramnagar Mandi that on 12/07/14 he was going to Paddal ground along with his brother-in-law by scooter No. (HP49-4044) and when they reached near bypass, in the meant time an Innova car (PB11-0096) came from Nerchowk side very rashly and struck with his scoter due to which he and his bother inlaw sustained injuries.  HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. 3. Case FIR No. 92/14 dated 13/07/14 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 of Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. 7. 163 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,000/- was recovered and 9  challans were issued under  COPTA  and fine of  Rs.  1100/-  was recovered.

Mandi (HP) that on 11/07/14 he laid a nakka along with police officials at Nauna Jungle, in the mean time a three wheeler (HP14BT-7365) came from Nauna side towards Panjai and when said three wheeler stopped for checking and during the course of checking driver of said three wheeler could not produced any legal documents of said vehicle and also recovered 305 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of driver of said vehicle Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Vill. Takoli PO Nagwain Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Vill. Bani PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/07/14 at about 7 AM he was he was going to his home and when he reached near the house of Sh. Halka Ram he saw that a M/Cycle parked in the courtyard of Sh. Halka Ram put on fire by some unknown culprits. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 90/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gurnal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Bali Ram S/O Sh. CASE OF PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

5. Case FIR No. 239/14 dated 11/07/2014 U/S 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kala Devi W/O Sh. Bhagi Rath VPO Hari Behna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Bhuhani PO Darpa Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi (HP) was beating a cow very brutally and there was lot of bleeding from the mouth of said cow.  ASI Rakesh Kumar investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

6. Case FIR No. 240/14 dated 12/07/14 U/S 3 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act on the complaint of XEN  PWD Sarkaghat in which he reported that Ashwani Kumar S/O Late Sh. Amar Singh and Smt. Kushma Devi W/O Sh. Ashwani Kumar R/O VPO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) created hindrance for construction of road by removing the soling laid down by the contractor from RD 3/050 at Rakhoh. SI Parshotam Dhiman I.O. of P.S. CASE   OF   CHEATING  

8888Case FIR No. 79/14 dated 10/07/14  U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Jogi Ram R/O Panarsa Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that   on 05/07/14    he  went  to  PNB Bank ATM  to  withdrwal the amount  and he  tried  twice time  but   the  amount was not withdrawn and then he took the help of  two  unknown boys and  they also  returned the ATM  and told him that  amount is  not withdrawn and   both the unknown  boys  had  gone towards   Takoli  and when he saw his  ATM Card and found  that it  was replaced by another  ATM by  these boys. On this   he went  PNB Bank Aut to lock his  ATM  and discuss with  Branch Manager and he came to know that  Rs  50,000/-  has  already been withdrawn   from his Account.  ASI Hari Singh  I/O of P.S. Mandi (HP) that  he received the call  from  mobile No.  08800649809 & 08375026023 and  they  told him that his name is chosen for   constructing  a tower of Vodafone network on his land  and for the purpose amount of Rs.   1,30,000/- is to be deposited in account No.20161544823. 1. Case FIR No. 235/14 dated 10/07/14  U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Inder Dev S/O Sh. Achhar Singh  R/O  Dangor P.O. Jamni Tehsil   Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that  during the year 2012 he contacted to  Suresh  Kumar  R/O Dhar  Brampuri P.O. Jagroop Nagar Tehsil Jaisinghpur Distt Kangra (HP) through his friend who  told him if he  wants to   go abroad  then  he  may to deposit amount of Rs. 2 lac in his account. On this he deposited Rs.  2  lac in his  account but he didn't provide him any VIS and supporting documents for going to abroad. Thereafter  he  again  told him that now he will be sent to New York and  for the purpose he has to deposit more amount of Rs. 2.50 lac but till date no VISA and supporting documents have been provided to him by above mentioned Suresh Kumar.   ASI Shiv   Kumar  I.O. of P.S. 1        Case FIR No. 69/14 dated 08/07/14   U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Achhar Singh  R/O  Kathogan P.O.  Tikker Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   at present  working  as a conductor  with  HRTC  Depot  Kelong  that  on 07/07/14  he was going on the route  Recong-Peo-Jahalma  along  with  the HRTC Bus and when they reached near Karsog, in the mean time  Kripa Ram   assaulted    upon  him  suddenly  and he sustained injuries.  ASI Amar Singh  I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

2        Case FIR No. 215/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S  341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of   Sh.  Jaswant  Singh  S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh  R/O  Gutkar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 07/07/14  at about 9:45 PM  he was going to home along with  his  cousin  and when they reached near  Bagla Petrol Pump , in  the mean time  Naresh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Khem Chand  R/O  Dauhandi P.O. Nagchalla Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and  beat him up.  HC Nand Lal  No. 37 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Nagchalla Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that   on  07/07/14     Jaswant Singh  S/O  Sh.  Bhoop  Singh  R/O  Gutkar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Rita  Devi  W/O  Sh.  Balbir  Singh  R/O  Rasehar P.O.  Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  06/07/14  Nagender Pal   R/O  Rasehar  entered in the  courtyard of  her  house and  broke the    some articles  and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI  Rakesh  Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5        Case FIR No. 228/14 dated 07/07/14  U/S  451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat   on the complaint of  Sh. Kaushalya Devi  W/O Sh.  Balam Ram   R/O  Chanohali P.O.  Khahan  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 07/07/14  Jai  Ram  came along with   Geeta Devi  and   entered in the courtyard of her house  and beat her up.  SI  Purshottam Dhiman I/O of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No. 78/14  dated 07/07/14  U/S  289 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Aut on the  com plaint of  Smt.  Seema  Devi W/O Sh.  Bhagat Ram  R/O  Ichhani P.O.  Bendhi Ditt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 05/07/14     She  has  bitten by the pet dog of    Neelmani  S/O  Late Sh.  Krishan  Chand  R/O  Ichhani  P.O. Bendhi  Sub – Tehsil Aut   Distt.  Mandi .  HC  Kuldeep  Singh  No.  409 I/O of  P.S.  Aut  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7        Case FIR No.  115/14 dated 07/07/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of   Smt.  Rama  Devi   W/O Sh.  Pyar  Chand  R/O  Bhagehar P.O. Khazoor Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  she was   crossing the road along with Kali Devi near P.N.B.  Lad-Bharol , in the mean time Scooty (HP29A-5766) came rashly and  hit  Kali Devi  and  she sustained injuries.  HC Mangat Ram  I/O of  PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

8        182challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  9 challans were issued under COTPA  and fine of Rs. 900/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
