Mandi (H.P.)  that on  06/06/14  at about 8PM  he was coming to  Drang  by his  Vehicle (HP02M-0193) and when he reached near  Kunnu, in the mean  time  Nek Ram S/O Sh.  Dharam Dass R/O  Mohardhar  P.O. 2        Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 07/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Mena Devi  W/O Sh.  Ram Chand  R/O  Bhuhar P.O. Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  07/06/14  at about  07:40  AM  Dhani Devi  W/O Sh.  Mohan  Lal R/O  Bhuhar P.O. Kufri Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  obstructed her way and beat her up.  HC Roop Lal No. 56 I/O of P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case

 

3     Case FIR No. 129/14  dated 06/06/14  U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Pandoh  on the  complaint of  Sh.  Hemant Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass   at present  SDO  Telecom BSNL Pandoh  that   during the intervening night of  05-06/06/14  some unknown culprits  stole away the  Telephone cable  which   was laying  between   Samble to  Badanu.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36 I/O of PP Pandoh  is investigating the case.  

 

4        Case FIR No. 130/14 dated 07/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the  complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O  Sh.  Beli Ram R/O Kanog P.O. Nasloh Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 06/06/14  she    was coming back to his home along with  her husband , in the mean time  her husband obstructed her way and beat her up. 5          Case FIR No. 60/14 dated 07/06/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI Subhash Chand  that on 07/06/14   he laid a nakka along with  other police officials at Shili  Largi  and during  the course of  checking of   Car (02K-0298) he  recovered  5 Bottles of  English Wine   &  12 Bottles of Beer  from the possession of   Kamaljeet S/O  Sh.  DeshRaj  VPO Beha Tehsil Naudan Distt. Hamirpur (H.P.)  ASI  Subhash Chand  I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

6        Case FIR No. 59/14  dated 06/06/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the  complaint of  Sh.  Satvir Singh S/O Sh.  Dalip Singh  R/O  Jorasi Tehsil  Shamalkha Distt. Panipat  at  present   S.D.O. BBMB  Pandoh  that on 06/06/14  he was coming back to Mandi  by his Car(HR60E-0709) and  when he reached near   Rans Nala in the mean time  one Car(HR01AG-6750)  which was  driven by the  Devender  Kumar S/O Sh.  Chander Shaker R/O  Jandali Distt. Ambala(HR) came rashl   and hit his  above car . HC  Harbans  Singh  I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

7        Case FIR No. 177/14 dated 07/06/14  U/S  325 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Shivu Ram S/O Sh. Thakru Ram   R/O  Thana P.O.   Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  05/06/14  at about  5PM  his  wife  Basanti Devi  beat him up. ASI Sandeep Kumar  I/O of  P.P. Dharampur is investigating  the case.

8        Case FIR No. 82/14  dated 07/06/14  U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of   Smt. Usha  Devi  W/O Sh.  Ravi  Kumar  R/O  Aharu  P.O.  Sainthal  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  at about 11 AM    she was present in her home along with  her mother-in-law,  in the mean time  Smt. Kirna Devi  came alongwith   Surender Kumar  and entered in her home and  beat her up.  ASI Thakru   I/C of  PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

9        Case FIR No. 132/14 dated 06/06/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, , 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Govind  Ram  R/O   Dhar  P.O.  Nalag  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt.  Mandi (H.P.)  that on  31/05/14  at  about 8PM  he was going to  home  and when he reached near  Kunela  , in the mean  time  Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh    resident of same locality came there and obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

 

10      Case FIR No. 170/14 dated 06/06/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Miss Vandna Kumari D/O Sh. Lajju Ram R/O  Saini Mori  P.O. Alathu  Tehsil Balh Distt.  Mandi  (H.P.)   that  on 06/06/14  when she was  present  at Bagla, in the mean time   Vehicle (HP57-4316)  came rashly from Mandi  side and  hit   her and she sustained injuries .  SI  Sandeep Sharma I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 

11      Case FIR No. 171/14 dated 07/06/14  U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Prabhdyal S/O  Sh.  Mulak Ram R/O  Darbathu P.O. Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that during the intervening night of  06-07/06/14  some unknown culprits stole away  his   Santro Car(HP32-1078)   parked by him  at  Baggi Ground . SI  Sandeep Sharma I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

12      Case FIR No. 172/14 dated 07/06/14 U/S  174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Kewal Singh that   he succeeded to arrest  the  Jiwan  Kumar  S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O  Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  who was wanted in Case FIR No. 254/06 U/S  392, 452, 342, 506, 34 IPC P  and  declared  the proclaimed offender by  Ld-JMIC  Court -3 Mandi on  16/01/14 .  HC  Kewal Singh No. 20 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 55/14 dated 06/06/14 U/S  451,506 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Nand Lal  S/O Sh. Shyam Dass R/O Village Bag PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Bhagat Ram  S/O Sh. Shayam Dass R/O Village Bag Tehsil Karsog entered in his house and beat him up.   HC Tej Singh No 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 05/06/14 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Krishan Kumar R/O Pathan PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sati Devi, Uma Devi and Gagan Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Goahr is investigating the case.

4. 83 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  19,100/-    and 2 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 200/-.

Jogindernagar by  HC  Rajmal  No. 875 that  he laid a nakka along with other police  officials  and during the course of  checking  of  Car  (HP56-5710)  he  recovered  400 Gram Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Chuni Lal  &Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh.  Gian Chand   both the resident of Upper Lambagoan Tehsil  Jaisinghpur (Kangra). Both the accused have been arrested and  further investigating is being carried out by  HC  Rajmal No. 875 I/O of  P.S. Jogindernagar  

2        Case FIR No. 173/14   dated 04/06/14 U/S  20 of  ND&PS Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by HC Chaman Lal  No. 28  that on 04/06/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Trifalghat and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  18 Gram Cannabis( Charas) from the  possession of  Dalip Singh  S/O  Kirpa Ram R/O  Balhra P.O. 3        Case FIR No. 174/14 dated 05/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 147, 149, 504 IPC has been  registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Neelam Sharma  W/O Sh.   Mahender Lal R/O Naigal P.O. Sandhole Distt, Mandi (H.P.) that  on 04/06/14  at about 3PM  when she was coming back  to his home  from her agricultural  land  along with Sushma  Devi & Pushpa Devi , in the mean time  Mahender  Lal ,  Vishal, Usha Devi  & Sapna Devi   came there and obstructed their  way and beat her up.  ASI  Bidhi Chand  I/C of PP Sandhole is investigating  the case.

Mandi (H.P.) that  on 4/06/14  at about  7PM  he  along with Vishal, & Sapana were going to  his agricultural  land , in the mean  time  Neelam Sharma, Sushma Devi , Pushpa Devi,  Mahender Lal  Gourav  Sharma &  Ashwani  Kumar  came there and obstructed  their way  and beat her up . Harish Chander S/O  Late  Sh.  Chingu Ram   R/O Palyani  P.O. Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 05/06/14  at about 7:30 AM  he was present in his home , in the mean time  Mitar Devi came along with  her son  and entered in the courtyard  of his  home  and   beat him  up .  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. 6        Case FIR No. 131/14 dated 05/06/14  U/S  447, 434, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint   of Smt. Garji Devi W/O Sh.  Muni Lal R/O Slapper P.O. Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 29/05/14  at about 10AM  Kishan Chand  came along with his wife  and entered in her  Land  and  extirpate the  8  No. of boundary  Stone  from her land   and  also threatened  with dire consequence .  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

7        Case FIR No.54/14 dated 05/06/14  U/S 3(1)(5) of SC &ST Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Savitra Devi  W/O Sh.  Nand Lal R/O  Bhadaranu Tehsil Karsog Distt. 10      Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 03/06/14  U/S 289, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar   on the  complaint of Sh.  Chamari Devi W/O Sh.  Kundan Lal R/O  Karad  P.O. Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that  on 25/05/14  at about  2PM  two mare  came  her   corridor and started to  eating the  wheat   and when she  tried to  run away then one mare kicked  her and she sustained injuries.  HC Jagdish Chand  No. 36 I/O of PP Pandoh is investiagitng the  case

Mandi (H.P.) that  he is serving  in the police department  as a Sub – Inspector   that on 02/06/14   some unknown  culprits stole away  some articles  along with jewelry  and  cash of  worth  Rs 1800/- by breaking  the lock of the door of his house  . 4        Case FIR No. 127/14 dated 02/06/14  U/S 341, 336, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Hem Chand  S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O  Shilha P.O. Shivabadar Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  he is  working as a driver of  Bus (HP65-2315) . On 2/06/14  he was going  on the route  Shivabadar to Pandoh  and  when he reached  near Chirdu, in the  mean  time  Yadevender came  there and obstructed    his way by  throwing the  stone on the road  and also  broke  the  front  glass of  above bus.  HC  Yesh Pal No. 14  I/O of  P.P. 6        Case FIR No. 58/14 dated 02/06/14 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Bhag Singh  S/O Sh. Teak  Chand  R/O  Rains Nala P.O. Hanogi P.S. Aut Distt. Mandi  (H.P.) at present  Shopkeeper  at Rains Nala NH-21  that  one Car (HP31B-2626) came from   Mandi side  and when reached near   Rain Nala, in the mean time  Mahindra (PB08CG-6444) came rashly from  Kullu side  and collided with above said  Car  and three persons  who were boarding  in the  above car sustained injuries. 2.Case FIR No. 57/14 dated 02/06/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Alam Chand S/O Sh. Toder vill Nauna PO and  Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/06/14  Bhagwan Dass obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Subhash Chand  Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

3.Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 02/06/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jayunu Ram S/O Late Sh. Mangat Ram R/O VPO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/06/14 Lal Ram obstructedhis way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4.40 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  4600/-    and 2challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 200/-.

Balh on the complaint of Sh Purshotam Ram S/O Sh Tegu Ram R/O Vill Fagoh PO Siyanji Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP) that 31/05/14   he along with his mother were  going toward Sundernagar by his M/Cycle and when they reached at Dhanotu in the mean time a Truck (HP69A-3125)  hit his M/Cycle from back side.  HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
2. A case FIR No. 42/14 dated 01/06/14 U/S 363, 365 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Kolu Ram  R/O Village Lohad PO Chowki Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on  23/05/14 his son Brijendar Kumar @ Vishal went to his school Kamand and did not came back till date. He suspects  that his son kidnapped by someone with the intent to wrongfully confined him. ASI Shanti Sawroop I.O. of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
3.  Case FIR No. 129/14 dated  01/06/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Manoj Kumar S/O Sher Singh R/O Vill. Dhar P.O. Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  31/05/14  he went to Leda by  his Jeep and  when he reached at Dohra School in the mean time Suresh Kumar S/O Govind Ram R/O Dhar obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
4. Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 31/05/14 U/S 279,429 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar   on the complaint of  Sh. Jai Gopal S/O Sh Durga Dass R/O  Vill. Dehvi P.O. Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/14 he was going to village Salnoo along-with his mule and when  he reached near Gasinala in the mean time (HP32A-1600) came from Dehar side very rashly and hit  his mule and sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No 895 I/O of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
5. Case FIR No. 126/14 dated 01/06/14 U/S 353,332,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by  HHC Ramesh Chand No. 221 posted in Police Assistance Room Bus Stand Mandi that  on 01/06/2014 at about 2.15 AM  he along with HHG Gouri Dutt No. 6/8-70 were  on duty at Bus Stand Mandi, in the meant time  Inder Singh  was quarreling with another person when he tried to interfere between them then Inder singh and his brother Subash Chand beaten him up and also torn his  uniform.   ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.       
6. 66 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  13,000/-    and 7challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 800/-.
