1        Case FIR No. 24/14 dated 13/1/14  U/S 39  of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  (Prob) SI Munesh Raj  I/O of P.S. Balh that    on 13/01/14  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  and   during  course  of patrolling he  recovered  8 Ltr. illicit liquor   from the possession of  Khushi Ram  S/O Sh.  Brij Lal  S/O Sh.  Mohan  Lal  R/O  Dhangu PO  Ratti Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his   house.  (Prob) SI Munesh Raj   I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No. 25/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S  324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint  of  Sh.  Jitender  Kuamr S/O Sh. Ravi Singh  R/O  Rathol P.O. Tikkar Tehsil Sadar Distt.  Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/01/14  he was present at Khiyuri, in mean  time  Umesh came along with his friend and beat him up and  he sustained injuries .  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

3          Case FIR No. 26/14 dated 14/01/14 U/S  452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Sh.  Shankar Dass S/O Sh.  Bhung Ram R/O Batahan P.O. Ghambhar Khad Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 13/01/14 at about  6:30 PM  Chanchal Ram and  Bhoop Singh   entered into his room and beat him up along with his wife. HC Malkiyat Singh No. 57 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case  .

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No.  4/14 dated 13/1/14 U/S  20  of NDPS Act   has been registered  in P.S. Gohar   by  SI  Naveen  Jhalta  SHO P.S. Gohar  that  on  13/1/14  he was on patrolling along with other police officials and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  1kg.250 gms. cannabis (Charas) from the possession  of  Dhani  Ram S/O Sh. Khimu Ram R/O  Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his carry bag. Above accused has been arrested  and further investigation  is being  carried  out by  SI  Naveen Jhalta SHO of P.S.  Gohar .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

5          Case FIR No. 5/14  dated 14/01/14 U/S  279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Raghu Nath Singh  S/O Sh.  Vir Singh R/O Chathi Naal P.O.  Chhatri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on  13/01/14 one vehicle fell down300 Mtr. downward  from the  road due  to rash and negligent driving of the driver  and  2 person who were boarded  on the vehicle  died on the spot . CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 19/14  dated 13/1/14 U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh.  Om Chand  S/O Sh.  Uttam Chand R/O Tharjon P.O. Majahar Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  13/1/14  at about 6:30 PM   he was present at Pandoh Bus Stand , in mean time a Truck No. (HP32A-2625) came   from Mandi side and  he  took  the  lift    from   above said truck and    when they  reached near  Kanchhi Mod to Janjehli, in mean time  the driver of the above said Truck  lost the control upon the Truck and fell down 100 feet  downward  from the road . All the  person who were boarded on the Truck sustained injuries .  HC  Hari Singh I/O  of PP Pandoh is investigating the case .

Sadar by SI Vinod  Thakur  that on 12/1/14  he was on Traffic checking along with other police officials  and   during the course of  traffic checking they carried out  the search of a Pvt. Bus Ram Parivahan  and recovered  174gms. cannabis(Charas) from the possession of  Bhupinder Singh  S/O Late Sh.  Nidhi Singh R/O Vill. Sish P.O. Thela Tehsil Bhunter  Distt. Kullu (HP). 7       Case FIR No. 13/14 dated  12/01/14 U/S  353, 333 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on  the complaint of  Sh. Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Bhag  Singh  R/O  Lower Barot P.O. Fatahpur Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   presently  working as a conductor HRTC   Depot Sundernagar  that  on 12/01/14  he   along with driver Prem Raj were going to Rewalsar route on the Bus No. (HP65-7561) and at about 1:20 PM when the bus reached near Kapahi in mean time  Kashmir Singh obstruct him and also beat him up. Nainu Ram R/O Patyoda Chhajwar PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/1/14 at about 7:30 PM when he was going to his home by his Motor Cycle No. (HP31-0622) and reached near  Maloh school , in mean time , Ranjeet Singh came along with his friends and obstruct his way and beat him up  and   snatched  away Rs. 19000-/-  from his pocket and  also threatened  with dire consequence . Sadar  by  SI Rattan  Chand    that on  10/01/14  at about 11:50 PM  a Tata Sumo No.(HP01K-4488)  came  from Manali side and reached near  Bhearva Mata Temple, in mean time  the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the vehicle and fell down 300 mtr. downward from the road . Three persons namely Dumunu Ram, Krishan Chand,& Chaman Lal died on the spot  and  other sustained injuries. SI Rattan  Chand  I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 10/1/14  a Tipper(HP31B-0241)  who  was driven by  Thakur Dass S/O  Sh. Uttam  Chand  R/O  Sakohar, came rashly from Piplaghat   and  crushed the  Saran Dass  by the tyres of the Tipper and  Saran Dass  died  on the spot. 2        Case FIR No.  7/14 dated 08/1/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has  been  registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on  the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar  S/O Sh. Lakha Ram  R/O  Gunehar  Tehsil  Baijnath Distt. Kangra (H.P.) that  on 08/1/14 at about  6PM  when he was present in his workshop at Ahju,  and Praveen kumar was going to his home by his motor cycle in  mean time , a nano car No. ( HP 29A-4330) came rashly from  Bir road side and hit the above said Praveen and he sustained injuries .   ASI Thakru Ram  I/C of PP  Ghatta  is investigating the case.

Sundernagar  that on  09/1/14 at about  8:30  AM when he laid a nakka along with other  police officials    at Pungh  during the course of checking of a vehicle  he recovered  189 gms. cannabis(Charas) from  a Car No. (HR49C-7081).  Accused   Piyush, Vaibhav & Bhushan Kumar  has  been arrested in above said case and further investigation  is being carried out by  (Prob). CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 08/01/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 I.F. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal Range Forest Officer Panarsa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/01/14 Forest Guards Sh. Hira Lal along with other officials of Forest Department were on patrolling at Kanoj and during the course of patrolling a Maruti Van (HP33-4211) came from Kanoj side towards Ropa and during the course of checking of said vehicle they found that Driver Raju S/O Sh. Kishan Chand VPO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Roshan Lal S/O SH. Mansa Ram R/O VPO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were transporting 10 sleepers of cedar (deodar)illegally having approximately cost of Rs. 42,755/-. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 2/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O SH. Mahinder Singh R/O Vill. Tarohat PO Lakhnu Tehsil Naina Devi Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/01/13 he along with driver Meva Singh S/O Sh. Sucha Singh R/O Vill. Pahadpur PO Samlah Tehsil Nandpur Sahib Distt. Rupnagar Punjab were going to  Thunag by a truck (HP69A-3839) and  when they reached near Khota Pani, driver Meva Singh lost control over it and fell down about 200 mtrs downwards and driver Meva Singh died on the spot and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

    

    

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR NO.06/14 Dt. 07-01-14 U/S 279, 337IPC & 184 MV Act. Has been registered on the ruka of ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Padhar . That on dtd 07-01-14 on the Telephonicaly Message received from 108 that one vehicle fell down in the Nala and Injured were sent to ZH Mandi for treatment. When ASI Akosh Kumar along with Police Staff for verifying the fact at about 4.30PM near place Parashar Jungle then found that Veh. No. HP33B-0401 fell down in Nala by the Rash and negligent driving of driver of said vehicle.No person found at spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Padhar.

    

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 9/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Prakash Chand Incharge SIU Mandi that on 07/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chadiyara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 25 bottles of English wine and 23 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Kishor Kumar S/O Sh. Ramanugrah Mishra R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Prakash Chand SIU Mandi is investigating the  case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 18/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Dhiman S/O Late Sh. Tilak Raj Dhiman R/O Upper Nihal near HRTC worshop PO & Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 07/01/14 a M/Cycle (HP28B-1370) came very rashly and hit him and he sustained injuries. Shamser Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 19/14 dated 07/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jatin Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O VPO Ritman Tehsil Pachhad Distt. Sirmaur (HP) that on 07/01/14 he was travelling by a vehicle (HP14C-0303) and when he reached at Syanh Chowk, a Nano car (HP33(T) 9252) came from backside and hit his vehicle and it his vehicle damaged. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 20/14 dated 08/01/14 U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram R/O Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Bahadur R/O Bah (Gagal) along with his younger brother attacked upon him with a sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 08/01/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Fateh Ram S/O Late Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Bhiura PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/14 Chhangu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sahib Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

CHALLAN

1. 102 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,400/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
