Balh that on 06/01/14 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 KG 400 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Dalip Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Daal R/O Sri PO Batheri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 17/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 06/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Behna and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Bhuri Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Behna Tehsi Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTRING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 7/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 341,504,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gagandeep S/O SH.Bhimdru Ram R/O Vill.Sanyardi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/01/14 he was  bringing his mother to Z.H. Mandi by an auto after experiencing a major heart attack and on the way a drivers of a HRTC buses  (HP65-7579) and (HP65-0525) were quarreling with each other and they have obstructed the road due to which his mother expired on the way. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, OFFENCES AGAINT PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 8/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 341,323,186,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O SH. Rikhikesh R/O VIll. Khad Kalyana PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present driver in HRTC depot Mandi that on 06/01/14 he was on his way from Mandi to Kotli via Lag route and when he reached near the gate of Z.H. Mandi, three persons came there and they beat him up. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 307 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Naryan Singh R/O VPO Tramat Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as labourer in I&PH department at  Bharola in Chauntra Sub Division. On 08/12/13 Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Payar Chand, Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Gandhi Ram R/O VPO Tramet Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) attacked upon him with sharp weapon and he fell down there unconscious. Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 07/01/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Vill. Bhalyara PO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O Vill. Hawani PO Jamani obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 54 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,600/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.

1        Case FIR No. 13/14 dated 05/01/14 U/S  15 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Nand Lal No.  37  I/O P.S. Balh that  on 05/01/14 he laid  a Nakka  along with  other police officials  during the  course of  nakkabandi he recovered  700 Gms. Poppy Straw from  the  possession of  Manish Agarwal S/O  Sh.  Manmohan Singh  Agarwal House No.  830 Dahbuwal Distt. Ludiyana(PB) . HC  Nand  No. 37 of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2        Case FIR No. 14/14 dated 06/1/14 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Rajesh Kuamr  No. 64  I/O of P.S. Balh that on 06/1/14 at about 10:45 AM when he was on patrolling  along with other police officials then he found   that  Sh. Dharamender  S/O  Sh.  Ram Singh  R/O Nerchowk  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  dropped the leap of  crushed stone on the road   which  causing obstruction to the  general public  and traffic . HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

3        Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 06/1/14 U/S  283 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the by  HC Rajesh Kumar  that  on 06/1/14 at about  2PM  when he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials then during the course of patrolling he found that  Sh. Mohd. Aslm S/O Sh.  Amin Mohd. R/O Nerchowk dropped the leap of  crushed stones on the road  which causing obstruction to the general public  and traffic .  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 02/14  dated 05/1/14  U/S  20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI SatPal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar that  he laid a nakka along with other police officials at  place Tohbari   then during the course of  checking of a vehicle   he recovered  1Kg. 300 gm cannabis (Charas) from  the  centro car No. (DL4 CJ-3685)  which  was driven  by the  Ragiv Mohd.  S/O  Sh.  Yakuv Mohd. Distt. Mujaffar Nagar( U.P.). Accused  Ragiv Mohd. S/O Yakuv Mohd. has been arrested in above said case  and further investigation  is  being carried out by  ASI SatPal I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar.

CASE OF FOREST ACT

5        Case FIR No.  3/14 dated 05/1/14 U/S  379, 34 &  41, 42 of IF Act has  been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Rajesh Kumar  that on 05/1/14 at about 10PM    he laid a nakka along with other police officials   then during the checking a  vehicle No.(HP53-4070) he recovered 162 No. of Wooden frames and accused  Kahan S/O Dharam Singh  R/O  Jhatingari Tehsil padhar   and  Accused  Ram Lal S/O Sh.  Megh R/O Multhan P.O. Deot  Tehsil Multhan has been arrested in above said  case and further investigation  is  being carried out by  ASI Rajesh Kuamr I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar.

CASE OF THEFT

6        Case FIR No.  4/14 dated 6/1/14 U/S  379, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  SH. Mastan Singh R/O  Maman P.O. Lad Bharol Dsitt. Mandi (H.P.)  that   Kamla Devi,  Nikki Devi    cut down the tree from his possessive land  and took away to her house  by  the tractor . Total value of  the property is Rs. 30,000 . ASI Vinod Singh I/C of P.P. Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

7        Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 06/01/14 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony by ASI  Sandeep Kumar I/O of P.S.  BSL Colony that on  06/1/14 at about 10:40 AM  when he laid a nakka along with other police officials  then  during the search of a  vehicle  No. (CH01AQ-2872) he recovered   703 gm cannabis(Charas) from the possession of  Ajay Kumar S/O Narayan Singh  R/O Jone, PO Kurati,Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi (HP)., Prithi Chand S/O Thalia  R/O VPO Kurati, Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi (HP)   and Abhishek S/O Shiv Kumar Shrma  R/O H.No. 1427 Sector No. 23 B Chandigarh. All the above said accused has been arrested in above said case and further investigation   is being carried  out by  ASI Sandeep Kumar  I/O of P.S. BSL Colony.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8        Case FIR No. 6/14 dated 5/1/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Mangal Singh S/O Sh. Gulaba Ram R/O Tarot P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that   on 5/1/14 at about 8:50 PM when he was present  in his house , in mean time a Maruti car came rashly from  Sundernagar side and   hit his courtyard boundary wall. HC Tek Chand  No. 3 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 U/S dated 05/01/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 215 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rohit Thakur S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O H. No. 218/3 Tarwala Distt. Sirmaur (HP). SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 3/14 dated 05/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Sandhole that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kothuan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English Wine from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O VPO Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 5/14 dated 04/01/13 U/S 498A,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Leela Prakash R/O Naetla PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married during the year 1998 with Leela Prakash and after her marriage her husband was harassing her mentally and physically. On 02/01/14 & 03/01/14 he beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Shiv Kumar Incharge I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Kunnu  Tehsil  Padhar Distt.  Mandi (H.P)    that  on 3/1/14 some unknown culprits stole away the golden ornaments  by breaking the lock of the door of her house . Total value of stolen property is Rs. 90,000-/- Accused Sunil Kumar S/O  Sh. Prem Lal R/O Baradadhar P.O. Lehari Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.  Bilaspur,   Asha Devi  W/O Sunil Kumar and Sunil Kumar  S/O Sh. Dhani Ram  R/O  Burali P.O. Dasehara Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  has been arrested in above said case and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Hasham Ali I/O of P.S. Padhar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)

Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 2/1/14 when she was present in her house, in mean time  Muni Lal  S/O Sh.  Ghangru  R/O Finnu entered in the courtyard of her hosue and  beat her up and threatened with dire consequence.

Mandi (HP)  that on 3/01/14 at about 8PM  Budhi Singh  S/O Sh. Lekh Ram came in front of his house in the influence of alcohol and started to  derogatory remarks upon him . Jogindernagar  by ASI Vinod Singh Incharge P.P.Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor   from the possession of Balbir Singh who is running a Kariyana Shop .  ASI Vinod Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 02/01/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Kumari Sunita D/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Vill. Puin PO Kotkhamrdha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/01/14 at about 03.40 PM she was going to her home and on the way a M/Cycle came very rashly and negligently and hit her and sped away from the spot and she sustained injuries. 1. Case FIR No. 1/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (P) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit  liquor from the possession of  Ram Dass @ Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Vill. Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (P) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36000 ML country  liquor from the possession of  Khub Ram S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Vill. Bandli PO Rakol Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shashi  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NO-ATTENDENCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

1. Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Nirmal Singh No. 56 Incharge PO Cell P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) that he along with other police officials arrested Khub Singh S/O Chaman R/O VPO Talyarh Tehsil Distt. Mandi (HP)  who was wanted in case FIR No.553/08 U/S 457,380,411,34 IPC and declared PO by the court of Ld court of JMIC-4      on 23/11/23 . HC Nirmal Singh No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No.2/14 dated 01/01/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi that on 01/01/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Parma Ram S/O Sh. Balu Ram R/O Mathneul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1. Case FIR No. 343/13 dated 31/12/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat by HHC Raj Mal No. 741  I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 31/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baldwara and during the course of patrolling he found that Marchu Ram S/O Sh. Fithu Ram VPO Baldwara parked Rehari on the road side and selling fruits which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HHC Raj Mal No. 741 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
