CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 274/13 dated 21/11/13  U/S  341, 323,  504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the  complaint of  Smt. Hajira Bibi W/O Sh. Gamu R/O Village Naltu PO Nashloh Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) on  21/11/13  at about 9:30 AM when she was cutting the grass near her house, in mean time  Mohd.Ali, Jelkha and Najeer Hussian came there and obstructed her  and  also beat her  along with her husband ,Gamu. ASI  Om  Parkash Chand I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR  No. 287/13 dated 22/11/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Vidya Devi  W/O Sh.  Budhi Ram R/O   Kansapur Tehsil Jagadhari Distt.  Yamuna  Nagar (HR) that  on 22/11/13 at about  2:10  PM  when  she was  crossing the road  near old bus stand  Sarkaghat , in mean  time  a Truck No.(HP 65- 5385) came rashly and hit  her  and she sustained injuries . HC Parkash Chand No.916 I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.  96/13  U/S 279, 337 dated 22/11/13 has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Dina Ram S/O Sh. Uttam Singh R/O Rahala Ropa   Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/11/12 when he returned back to kullu from Mandi by Van No. (HP34C-839) and reached near  Hanogi, in mean time  Car No. (MH19BA-65) came rashly from kullu side  and collided  with above said van. This incident took place due to rash driving   of driver, Permit Lalwani S/O Sh. Mukesh Lalwani R/O lake city Road  No.3 Sirouli Road Jalwani (MH). HC Harbans Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investiagitng the case

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 302/13  dated 20/11/13  U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of PS Balh that on   a secret information he recovered  18000 ML Country liquor  from the possession of  Hukkam Chand  S/O Sh.  Ami Chand  R/O  Naila PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of  P.S.Balh is in vestigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 173/13  dated 21/11/13 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI Vinod Singh  that  when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then during the course of patrolling he recovered  3000 ML  English wine from the possession of  Baldev Singh S/O Sh.  Mauji  Ram R/O Khuddi Tehsil Lad-Bhrol Distt. Mandi (HP) from his house . ASI  Vinod Kumar I/C of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case

 CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

3          Case FIR No. 256/13  dated 20/11/13 U/S  454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on  the complaint of  Smt. Jamna Devi W/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Panjrala PO  Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/11/13  some unknown culprits  stole away  golden ornaments by  breaking the door of her house. Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 2 Lac. (Prob). SI  Hans Raj I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF SUICIDE

4          Case FIR No. 257/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S  306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Sh. Ram Singh S/O  Late Sh.  Lal Singh  R/O  Nehra PO Chail  Chowk Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi(HP)  that  her daughter Mukesh Lata was married with  Narender kumar  in the year  2006.  But after  some time  her husband's elder brother Hem Singh started to harass her  physically and mentally. On  19/11/13  she committed  to suicide  due  to regular harassment. ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE  OF  ROAD ACCIDENT  

5          Case FIR No. 258/13  dated 20/11/13 U/S  279 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Abhishek S/O Sh.  Nand Lal R/O Guga Bhated PO Barmana Tehsil sadar Distt.  Bilaspur (HP) when she was traveling in the private Bus No.(HP65A-2415) and reached  near  Sundernagar(Jal Bhawan) , in mean time  Car No.(HP11-6415) came from Mandi side and  collided  to each other. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of  drivers of above said bus   namely  Karam  Singh & Dhanpat Rai . ASI  Sarwan Kumar I/C  of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case .

6          Case FIR No. 259/13  dated 21/11/13  U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Smt.  Sunita Devi W/O Sh.  Kapil Kumar   R/O  Trihvi PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 21/11/13 when she was coming to the LD Court  Sundernagar for evidence  and reached near  court complex, in mean time   Kapil Kumar,  Kamlesh Kumar  and  Sunka Ram  obstructed her way and abused her and also threatened  with dire consequence. 7          Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC  & 187 MV Act  has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of  Sh. Binder Singh  S/O Sh.  Madan Lal  R/O Naulkha PO Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on  20/11/13  when he was present at  Naulkha, in mean time a Tenkar came from  Sundernagar side and  hit the Moter cycle No. (HP32-1570) and ran away from the spot .This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of  Tenkar  and  two persons sustained injuries .  HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR No. 286/13 dated 21/11/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Braham Dutt C/O  International computer mobile repair center Kamal market Sarkaghat  that on  21/11/13  at about  11:30 AM  Hem Raj S/O Sh.  Bhagi Rath R/O  Khalardu  obstructed his way and  beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence .  (Prob). SI  Anil Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CRIME REPORT 20 NOV

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 273/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Rattan Chand Incharge Police Post Pandoh that on 20/11/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sawala and during the course of checking of a bus (HP33D-4444) he recovered 1.5 KG cannabis (charas) from said bus. SI Rattan Chand Incharge Police Post Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 255/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O Vill. Sohar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/11/13 he along with his wife were going to  Mundkhar by a vehicle (HP01K-1965) and when said vehicle reached near Khaighat it rolled down about 200 feet downwards and driver of said vehicle sustained injuries. 3.      Case FIR No. 172/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Changhara Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/11/13 Shyamu S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram, Madan S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Changhara Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) threatened to him with dire consequences. ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 272/13 dated 20/11/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dilu Ram S/O Sh. Roparu PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Bhag Singh R/O Vill. Roparu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

1.      Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 19/11/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Yogesh Sharma S/O Sh. Prakash Chand Sharma R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that today he parked his car (HP76-2900) and some unknown culprits stole away stereo and speakers of his car having approximately cost of Rs. 10,000/- . ASI Hasan Ali is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 299/13 dated 17/11/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles (9000 ML) country liquor  from the possession of  Dole Ram S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Surah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 300/13 dated 17/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Vill. Purani Mandi (HP) that on 17/11/13 a car (HP34A-9363) came very rashly and collided with a tractor (HP65-9363) and four occupants sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 283/13 dated 18/11/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Subhash Chand R/O Vill. Jamsai PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/13 she along with Naresh Kumari, Rajender Pal, Khub Ram and Indu Bala were coming from Palampur to their home by their car (HP28B-1132) and when they reached near Jabrali, their car met with an accident in which four persons sustained injuries and Smt. Naresh Kumari W/O Sh. Rajender Pal R/O Jamsai sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 284/13 dated 18/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 17/11/13 he received information that a M/Cycle (HP74-3187) met with an accident near Tamlehar and when he visited the spot he found that a M/Cycle fell down about 200 mtrs downward and nobody was present there. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 16/11/13 Seema Devi W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh entered in her courtyard and beat her up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2.     Case FIR NO. 254/13 dated 16/11/13 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Chaudhary S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Vill. Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/13 his son Ankush Chaudhary went to school and he didn't come back. He suspected that some unknown culprits kidnapped his son. 1. Case FIR No. 296/13 dated 15/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vikram Singh S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Vill. Sayan PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/13 at about 7.55 PM a jeep hit a M/Cycle and both riders of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 297/13 dated 15/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh S/O Late Sh. Dharam Singh R/O VPO Mandal Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/13 at about 8 PM a car (HP31A-7477) came very rashly from Nerchowk side and struck with his sumo. Kehar Singh Rana R/O VPO Uppar Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/11/13 some unknown culprits stole away two utensils (batluyin) weighing  approximately 25 KG each and having approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 10,000/-. 4.      Case FIR No. 253/13 dated 16/11/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Kutla PO Balag Tehsil Sundernaar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she along with her grandmother-in-law were travelling by a bus (HP55-7104) and when said bus reached at Lalit Chowk they were coming out from said bus, in the mean time driver started it at once and her grandmother-in-law sustained injuries.
