CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1.     Case FIR No. 217/13 dated 06/10/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Slapper on the complaint of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Late Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Thankari PO Dugli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Hamirpur (HP) at present posted as SDO S&T BBMB Slapper that on 25/09/13 he was present in his home, in the mean time T-Mate Lakshman Ram informed him telephonically door of bath room of his house was broken  and a laptop marka lenove was stolen away from his quarter having approximately cost of Rs. 36,500/-. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 248/13 dated 07/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Late Sh. Jogi Ram R/O Badog PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/10/13 he along with Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand took lift by a tipper (HP65-1975) and when they reached near Brhata more driver of said tipper lost control over it, and fell down from the road and Ramesh Kumar sustained injuries. HC Yesh Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.P.Pandoh is investigating the case.

Harcharan Singh R/O House No. 151/11 Tarna Road Mandi (HP) that he is owner of Hotel Monal. On 05/10/13 at about 07.30 PM Lalit Kumar and Raman Thakur abused him and also broke the TV, chair and glass of his hotel. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 216/13 dated 06/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on complaint of Tanya Thakur D/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Vill. Ropa PO Kuhamjhwad Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 06/10/13 she along with Hima Devi went to Dadaur and when they reached at Bus Stand Sundernagar, a car (HP03C-1631) came from Bilaspur side very rashly and hit her along with her friend Hima Devi and they sustained injuries. 3.      Case FIR No. 247/13 dated 05/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh. Goverdhan Dass S/O Sh. Biri Chand R/O Vill. Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/13 Rattanu and his wife Shakuntal Devi obstructing his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Fagwao PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/10/13 Chuni Lal beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Abinas Kumar R/O Shyam Pura Collony near Bela Chowk Tehsil Ropar (PB) and Sunny Gupta S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O H. No. 115/2 Upper Roopnagar Jammu (J&K). SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 214/13 dated 03/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh that today at about 8 AM a tractor (HP32-0965) met with an accident near Masyani Link Road and driver of said tractor sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. 4.      Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 04/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Bhagat Ram S/O Late Sh. Hira Lal R/O Vill. Batoha PO Nihri Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/10/13 he along with Dhameshwar Dutt were going for taking their dinner towards the hotel of Jhabe Ram,in the mean time a pickup van (HP30-0356) came very rashly and hit to Dhameshwar Dutt who fell down on the road and succumbed to his injuries at PHC Nihri. 3.      Case FIR No. 212/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 279,336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prakash S/O Sh. Brestu Ram VPO Harabag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/09/13 he was coming along with his father from Bhawana to Harabag by his M/Cycle (HP31A-5058) and when they reached near Harabag, in the mean time a pickup (PB65G-1466) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and they fell down on the road and sustained injuries. 4.      Case FIR No. 150/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the statement of Sh. Daman Deep S/O Sh. Dharamvir R/O Vill. Seri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/13 a car (HP34-5108) came from came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and fell down from the road and occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. Hukam Chand R/O Kushla PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 7 AM her brother-in-law Chint Ram entered in her kitchen beat her up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. 1.     Case FIR No. 111/13 dated 02/10/13 U/S 41,42, Indian Forest Act and U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that on 02/10/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Odidhar (Lassi) and during the course of nakka he carried out checking of a vehicle (HP32A-1039) and recovered 32 sleepers of cedar (deodar) from said vehicle along which are being transported illegally by Ved Prakashm Ghanshyam and Bhup Singh who were also sat inside the above mentioned vehicle.
