CRIME REPORT 8 JULY

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO NATURAL CALAMITY

            Today due to heavy rainfall land-sliding was occurred at Jalogi and a heavy stone fell down over a car (HP14-7999) due to which a person namely Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Behna PO Tikkar Distt. Mandi aged about 43 years old died on the spot and three occupants  namely Sh.  Roop Singh Kalyan S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Doam PO Talyahar, Smt. Bhawna Kalyan W/O Sh. Roop Singh Kalyan and their son Mr. Gaurav sustained injuries. Postmortem of the dead body of deceased was carried out at Z.H. Mandi by the local police of P.S. Aut and thereafter dead body of the deceased was handed over to his family members.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 94/13 dated 08/07/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Panu Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Sungal PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/07/13 Tej Singh S/O Sh. Paushu Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF RAPE AND UNDER PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 173/13 dated 05/07/13 U/S 376,511 IPC and U/S 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of minor girl resident of Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/07/13 Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hans Raj tried to commit sexual intercourse with her.   SI Reeta Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

1.      Case FIR No. 95/13 dated 05/07/13 U/S 498A, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Roop Singh S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Manoh PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter Sapna was married to Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Dart PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and after one year of her marriage, her mother-in-law and father-in-law started to harass her for dowry. ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 158/13 dated 05/07/2013 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Jamana Devi W/O Sh. Chadermani R/O Dhar PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/07/13 at about 11.30 AM Sita Devi and Maya Devi beat her up. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 03/07/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Maswari PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/07/13 he parked his M/Cycle (HP32A-1276) in front of his shop at Chailchowk and he was present in his shop, in the mean time a car (HP33A-5270) came  very rashly from Baggi side and struck with his M/Cycle. CASE OF RAPE

1        Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 2/07/13 U/S 376(D) , 342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of  Smt.  Prito Devi (name changed). In her complaint she alleged that on 01/07/13 at about 07 AM when she was standing near bus stand Mandi, one police officials namely Man Singh took her in a room in an auto and forcibly committed sexual intercourse with her. Later two other police officials namely Subhash & Bhup Singh came in the room and also committed sexual intercourse with her  forcibly. All the tree accused have been arrested and Ld Court has granted police remans upto 06/07/13. Inspr. Kamla Ghai I/C Women Cell Mandi is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No. 168/13 dated 2/07/13  U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Smt. Mazthura Devi W/O Sh. Changu Ram  R/O  Chadiyana P.O. Duder Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 2/07/13  at about 8:30 PM  when she was present in her house , in mean time  Ahalya Devi  came along with her son , Dharam Pal   and entered in her courtyard and  beat her . SI Bhem Sen I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case .

3        Case FIR No. 157/13 dated 2/07/13  U/S 341, 323, 382 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Sh. Jai Singh  S/O Sh. Chuharu Ram  R/O  Naitla P.O. Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on  02/07/13  when he was  going to his home in his Car No. (HP 31B-1248) and he had moved hardly 200 Mtr., in mean time Mohinder Singh  obstructed his way  and opened the driver's side door and snatched Rs.18,200 from him and ran away from the spot . 4        Case FIR No. 156/13  dated 2/07/13  U/S 325, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of  Sh. Devki Nandan  S/O Sh.  Balak  R/O  Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on  15/06/13 his nephew, Yograj ploughed his field  by Tractor and also  beat  him . HC kewal Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

5        Case FIR No. 145/13 dated 3/07/13  U/S  456 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Smt.  Sumitra Devi W/O SH. Amar Chand  R/O  Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  on 2/07/13 at about 11:15 PM    some unknown person knocked the door of her house . When she came  out from the room along with her husband  then found that  Kamlesh  Kumar  has entered in  the courtyard of her house  and ran away from the spot.  ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. 6        Case FIR No. 146/13  dated 03/07/13  U/S  279, 337 IPC  & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar  S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram Sharma R/O  Dugrain P.O. Brikhamani Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (H.P)  that on  03/07/13   when he was going towards  Dhanotu on his  Motor Cycle No. (HP 31A -1916)  and reached near Poultry form Sundernagar , in mean time a Car   came rashly from  Bilaspur Side and hit his Moter Cycle  and he sustained injuries .  ASI  Sharwan  Kumar I/C  of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

7        Case FIR No. 172/13 dated 3/07/13  U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh, Sunil Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Chand  R/O Badeshi Kothi  P.O. Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 2/07/13  at about  10PM  when he was going to Basantpur  along with Rajender Kumar in   Car No. (HP28-0955).  The  Car  was driven by Rajender Kumar  and when they reached near  Basantpur ,in mean time the driver of the above said car lost the control upon the car and  accident took place and  three persons sustained injuries along with driver. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of the above said driver .  ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 153/13 dated 02/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bodh Raj S/O Late Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Vill. Kawalkot PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. CASE OF THEFT, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

4. Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 02/07/13 U/S 379,120B IPC and U/S 41 & 42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar, SHO of  P.S. Padhar that during the course of checking of a vehicle (HP02K-0380) he recovered 7 logs of cedar (deodar) from the possession of Hukme Ram S/O Sh. Lauhalu Ram, Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Padmu, Mine Ram S/O Sh. Jagat Ram all resident of Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) which are being transported by them illegally. SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 144/13 dated 02/07/13 U/S 451,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Late Sh. Gangu Ram R/O Nagarda PO Behna Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/13 Nanda Ram and his son Nikka Ram entered in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 166/13 dated 01/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Captain Munish Dube S/O Sh. Om Prakash Dube R/O Type-II House No. 44 Moti Bag Delhi-21 that on 01/07/13 he was going from Delhi to Kullu along with his wife Captain Harprit Kaur by his M/Cycle (DL AK-5992) and when they reached at  Pulgharat a a car came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently,  hit his M/Cycle and sped away from the spot. CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1        Case FIR No. 52/13 dated 1/07/13 dated  1/07/13  U/S  457, 380,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Kamlesh Kumar  S/O  Sh. Sant  Singh  R/O Parthi P.O. Balu Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he is working  in Power Grid  Company  at Banala . On 1/07/13  at about 1:30 AMwhen  he  was going to Sagali  in vehicle No. (HP65-1020) and reached  near PWD  store  at Aharu, then he found  that TATA Safari was  standing on the road  and  4/5  unknown persons were loading  the  Black Charcoal Materials.  All of them ran away from the spot . 6 drums  had  stolen  away by the unknown persons  from the PWD Store.
