CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 22/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar Singh VPO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/02/13 he was going back from Bassi to Sarkaghat by M/Cycle (HP28B-1344) which was drive by Manoj Kumar and when they reached at Makriri, Manoj Kumar lost control and it  fell down on the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Prasadr I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 46/13 dated U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Ram R/O Malahnu PO Chunahan Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that NIju R/O Batehra obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jagdish  Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 23/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath R/O Vill. Khandla PO Kummi that a M/Cycle (A/F) was on its way very rashly from Nerchowk towards Dadaur  and when said M/Cycle reached near Nishant Guest House it met with an accident. CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Karsala PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) at present ALM in Electricity Department Dadoh-II Section Gohar that today he went on his duty at Salog, in the mean time Prem Singh called telephonically that there is electric fault in village Salog and got it repaired. On this he called to SSA Ramesh Kumar of Sub Station Salog to shutdown the sub station as he was going to rectify the electric fault at village Salog. At about 08.45 AM he went on the transformer to plug the fuse, in the mean time he fell down from the transformer due to electric current and sustained injuries due to rash and negligent act of SSA Ramesh Kumar. Nand Lal R/O Gopal Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 37/09 dated 05/02/09 U/S 451,323,506 IPC and declared PO on 12/03/12 by the Ld. Kangra (HP) at present student of Sirdha Engineering College Tarot that on 22/02/13 an Alto Car (HP33C-1230) came from Sundenagar  side very rashly and hit his motor cycle and  his friend sustained injuries. 7.     Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 22/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Inder Pal S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Suragari PO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/02/13 Vinod Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Sarkaghat that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Dabrog and during the course of nakka he recovered 8 Gram smack from the possession of Umesh Chandel S/O Sh. CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 19/02/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar,  Agriculture Development Officer, Sadar Mandi that during the intervening night of 17-18/02/13 some unknown culprits stole away a departmental board from the campus of their office. Surender Kumar Sharma   and 25 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Rohit Diman S/O Sh. Mulakh Raj. ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Bilaspur (HP) that on 17/02/13 he was going from Yamunanagar to Kullu by a truck (HP)24B-1813) and when he reached near Seven Mile, an Xylo (PB01-9716) came from Kullu side very rashly and struck with his truck and driver of said vehicle sustained injuries. 3.     Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 279,304 A IPC and U/S 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Naresh Kumar that he received telephonic information regarding accident and when he reached on the spot at Sauli Khud, he found that a M/Cycle rider found dead on the N.H.21. Incharge Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

Nijam Shekh R/O 19 C/O Nijam Shekh Nirala Society Umered Road Nagpur Maharastra that she is lecturer in Engineering College that on 16/02/13 she was coming back  along with college staff and students from Manali to Amritsar by a bus (UP17T-4343) and at about 08.20 PM when said bus reached near Ghatasni, bus driver Udey lost control over it due to rash and negligent driving and iot fell down from the road and 16 occupants of above bus sustained injuries. Mandi (HP) that he was travelling by M/Cycle (HP28-3343) which was ridden by Priya Prakash VPO Bairi Tehsil Sarkagha Distt. 3.     Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Lower Balh PO Dhalar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was travelling by a car (UP04-4481) and when said car reached at Devdhar driver of said car Om Prakash lost control over it and fell down about 40-50 feet downwards from the road and he along with other three occupants sustained injuries. 4.     Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 147,148,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishna Mahto S/O Sh. Roop Lal Mahto R/O VPO Gorhar Tehsil Hazaribag Distt. Hazaribag Jharkhan that he is working as labourer at Slapper with Tower Line is being laid down from Parwati to Koldam. On 16/02/13 he was on duty along with Vajaye Kaul and Bhatu Kaul in the mean time  Praveen Kumar R/O Bairi along with 7/8 persons came there and they beat him up along with his above both associates. 5.     Case FIR No. 41/12 dated 17/02/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Vill. Bhadyal PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Palu S/O Sh. Prem Singh entered in his courtyard and beat him up along with his wife and they sustained injuries. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE THEFT AND UNDER I.T. ACT

6.     Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 379,201,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that today at about 2 AM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sampalu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 50 pairs having approximately 90 mtrs length and 20 pairs having approximately 135 mtrs length from the possession of Hem Raj S/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O Vill. Purana Kataula PO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) along with a vehicle (HP33T-9806). SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND DISHONESTLY RECEIVES STOLEN PROPERTY

7.     Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 379,411, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh VPO  Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/02/13 at about 1.30 AM today at about 1.30 AM  a vehicle (HP65-3155) came from Segli side towards Mandi and he found that Chhangu Ram S/O Sh. Parichi Ram and Krishan @ Soma W/O Rju R/O Vill. Bhiuli PO Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) were carrying spare parts of Tower in their vehicle (HP65-3155). HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

8.     62 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
