CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 18/12 dated 19/01/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Tara Devi W/O of  Late Sh. Chunjiva Ram R/O Jalag P.O. Lohara  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that three persons obstructed his way and beat him up.   ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 19/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Dodwan PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 19/01/13 he along with his friends were going by maruti car (HP28-8597) to attend a marriage function at Lohara and when they reached at Nalsar, in the mean time driver of said vehicle lost control over it and met with an accident. 3.      Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 19/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Devku Devi W/O Sh. Kalia Ram R/O Vill. Gehra PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/01/13 a M/Cycle (HP33B-6858) came from Dashera side and hit a person who sustained injuries. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 20/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Sanjay Thakur S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O VPO Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 19/01/13 he parked his Bolero Jeep (HP03D-1449) at Jolara Amb nearby Slapper on the road side and went to his home. Today at about 7 AM he found that one tyre of said jeep was stolen away by some unknown culprits. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 19/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jyoti Prakash S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O VPO Bijni Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/01/13 he was going to Dehar by a jeep (HP65-2395) and when said jeep reached at Jarol, a car (HP31-5545) came from Mandi side very rashly and struck with his jeep and driver of said car sustained injuries. 6. Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 19/01/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vikrant S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Vill. Dagwain PO Khadha Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going along with three his friends and when they reached at Ghar his two friends obstructed the way of his another friend and they beat him up. ASI Dola Ram I.O. of P.S. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 18/01/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bavinder Lal S/O Sh Khem Singh R/O Vill. Banyad PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/13 he was going from Jarol to Bhuntar by his car and Karam Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Vill. Ruhadhagad PO Jarol along with his wife, son and daughter were also going from Jarol towards Gohar by their car (HP32B-1501) and when they reached at Ouhan, car (HP32B-1501)   fell down from the road about 30 mtrs. downwards due to rash and negligent driving by Karam Singh and his son Dinesh Kumar died on the spot and all other occupants of said ill-fated car sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT

1.     Case FIR 14/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Thakur vice Principal of Crescet Public Sr. Sec. School Shanan (Hydro) Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that school was closed w.e.f. 06/01/2013 to 16/01/13 and on 17/01/13 when school was opened they found that some unknown culprits stole away four projectors, 5 speakers, one CPU and 4 UPSs by breaking window of the school. 2.     Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Kumar S/O Sh. Dhanjay Sharma R/O Vill. Tarwain PO Bina Tehsil and Distt. Mandi (HP) that he possessed a tipper (HP65-2614) and on 16/01/13 at about 10.30 PM his driver Vipin Kumar parked above tipper at Gutkar on the road side and on 17/01/13 morning he found missing above tipper from place of parking at Gutkar and he suspects that some unknown culprits stole away his above mentioned tipper. 1. Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 16/01/13 U/S 452,323,147,148,149,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devi W/O Sh. JiwanLal R/O VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 15/01/13 at about 10 PM 4 persons resident of VPO Kanaind under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sundernagar along with other 10-12 persons entered in her house and beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Inder Singh No. 880 I. O. of P.P. Janjehali that on16/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dharbar and during the course  of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of village Dharbar under the jurisdiction of P.S. CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO A PROCLAMATION

3.      Case FIR No. 10/12 dated 17/01/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Kamal Kant No. 860 that today at about 11 AM he arrested a person resident of village Balana under the jurisdiction of P.S. Karsog who was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. JMIC Court of Karsog on 01/12/2004 and he is being produced before the Ld. Court. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Hari Dass R/O Vill. Upper Bairi PO Kothuan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/01/13 at about 08.30 PM a tractor met with an accident at Upper Bairi and a person died in this mishap. Dayalu Ram R/O Bir Road PO Ajhu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that he was sitting in front of his shop at Bir Road, in the mean time an alto car (HP37B-4590) came very rashly from Jogidernagar side, fell down from the road and both occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. CASE OF MURDER

2.      Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint Smt. Tula Devi W/O Sh. Mayadhar R/O Vill. Dharabir PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/01/13 her sister found died at Dharabir and she suspects that her sister was killed by some unknown culprits. SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

 

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR 8/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali that on 15/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tungadhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of village Tungadhar. 4.      Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Dabe Ram S/O Sh. Meer Chand R/O Vil. Chhet PO Thalout Distt. Mandi (HP) that pet dog of another person of the same locality bit his son. HC Pawan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.  

 

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND MARRYING AGAIN DURING LIFETIME OF HUSBAND OR WIFE

5.      Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 498A, 494 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the written complaint of a lady resident of village Hansal under the jurisdiction of P.S. Dharampur that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sherpur and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML English wine from the possession of a person resident of village Sherpur. CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Karsog on the complaint  Sh. Dilu Ram S/O Sh. Jaggi Ram R/O Vill. Chalru PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that he was going on the road, in the mean time a truck (HP31B-6339) came from same side and a rope of said truck engulfed to the leg of the complainant and dragged away him along with said truck on the road and he sustained injuries. 5.       Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 419,420,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of a person resident of village Ropru Nasloh under the jurisdiction of P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  JTO Karsog that some unknown culprits stole away telephone cable having approximately value amounting to Rs. 16548/- from the areas of Lower Baral towards Baral Nullah under the jurisdiction of telephone exchange Karsog. PATROLING OF POLICE OFFICIALS IN CEREMONIAL DRESS

 

1. To prevent eve teasing and to prevent necessary assistance to tourists, Mandi  Police has stared (from today) patrolling in ceremonial dress comprising two police officials in two shifts i.e. 09 AM to 11 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM in area around  Thanera Mohalla, Seri Manch, Chauhata Bazaar. Karsog on the written complaint of a person resident of village Seri resident of district Solan that the then Pradhan of G.P. Lower Karsog along with other 12 persons made fake signature along with a fake NOC from the father of the complainant and construct a pedestrian (pucca path) on agricultural land of the complainant at Naali under the jurisdiction of P.S.
