CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR 5/13 dated 07/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S> BSL Colony Sundenragar that today at about 09.45 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 350 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of District Patiala (Punjab). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

2. Case FIR No. 1/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 61 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 06/01/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials Tehair and during the course of patrolling he recovered 31500 ML English wine, 8250 ML country liquor and 7150 ML of bear from the possession of a person resident of Tandi under the jurisdiction of P.S. Padhar. ASI Deepak Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person resident of Balt under the jurisdiction of P.S. Balh that one person along with mother of said person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 05/01/13 US 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Gohar that on 05/01/12 at about 07.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Lambathach and during the course of nakka he recovered 490 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of Majhakhal areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Gohar. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Naveen Jhalta, SHO P.S. Gohar.

2. Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today at about 7 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhisti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of a lady resident of the Dhisti areas under the jurisdiction of Gohar police station. 3. Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today at about 7.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhisti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 liter illicit liquor from the possession of a lady resident of the Dhisti areas under the jurisdiction of Gohar police station. 5. Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today at about 11.15 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhisti and during the course of patrolling he recovered  10 liter illicit liquor from the possession of a lady resident of the Dhisti areas under the jurisdiction of Gohar police station. 6. Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 05/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 902  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 05/01/13 at about 04.50 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ambedkarnagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 liter illicit liquor from the possession of a lady resident of the Ambedkarnagar areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sundenragar. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 7/13 dated 05/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Karan Singh I/C P.P. Ladbharol that on 05/01/13    he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropa and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of Ropa areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Jogindernagar. ASI Karan Singh I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8. Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 05/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a person resident of Soja under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sadar that on 0501/13 at about 12.45 PM he was going on foot in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33C-0681) came from Pandoh side and hit him. HC Manohar Lal No. 15 I.O. of highway traffic Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9. Case FIR No. 3/12 dated 05/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a person resident of Aut areas that on 05/01/13 at about 05.25 PM a car (HP34C-0610) came from Kullu towards Mandi side and hit a HHG jawan who sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the cfase.

CASE OF CHEATING, FRAUD, DISAPPEARANCE OF EVIDENCE AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY  

10. Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 05/01/13 U/S 420,477A,201 and 120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of Bhambla areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat that a contractor purchased bazari amounting to  Rs. 2,22,000/- from him and made payment through cheque No. 0181646 dated 11/10/12 Bank of India to the complainant and complainant presented the same before the Manager H.P. State Co-Operative Bank Bhambla and Manager of the said bank sent the same to the Manager of SBI Mandi for clearance but said cheque could not be cleared and the Manger of the SBI Mandi sent the same back to the Manger H.P.State Co-Operative bank Bhambla and complainant had suffered with the loss of amounting to Rs. 2,22,000/-. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, INTIMIDATION AND ACT OF INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY  

11.  Case FIR No. 5/13 dated 05/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of Rakhoh areas under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 05/01/13 a person obstructed her way and slapped her. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Dharampur that today at about 11.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shivdwala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6050 ML country liquor from possession of person resident of Logani areas. 2.      Case FIR No. 5/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of a person resident Sadar Mandi areas that  he received a fraud mail and deposited amount of Rs. 22400/- in the account of an unknown person. SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY AND PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT

3. Case FIR No. 3/13 04/01/13 U/S 420,467,468,471,34 IPC and U/S 12 Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a person resident of Machkehar areas that a person resident of the same locality  made fake  attendances in a mustroll and misuse the government funds.  ASI Sat Pal I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ladruhi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of Ladruhi areas. HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 5/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindenragar by ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C P.P. Bassi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials in the areas of village Baila and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of person resident of Baila areas. ASI Ishwari Prasad is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogndernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jalpehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of Jalpehar areas. ASI Suresh Chand is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDET

7. Case FIR No. 7/13 dated 04/01/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person resident of Behana that on 04/01/13 he was present at Gutkar, in the mean time a car (HP33C-2148) ran towards Mandi side, in the mean time another vehicle (PB09P-0366) came from back side and hit the above mentioned vehicle. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.      Case FIR No. 8/12 dated 05/01/12 US 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person resident of Kathyanu that on 04/01/13 he was going from his native place towards Sundernagar by a vehicle (HP31C-0152) and due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said vehicle it rolled down from the road and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

1.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 03/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kwari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 922 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of person who has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE UNDER NDPS ACT

           

2.      Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ajeet Kumar I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 03/01/13 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sawala near Switchyard and during the course of patrolling he recovered 920 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of a person who has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ajeet Kumar incharge Police Post Pandoh.

 

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 03/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32, 33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar that on 03/01/12 two persons belonging from  the locality of Khanyog were cut down the two trees of cedar (deodar) from Regi beat of Bhoon forest areas. ASI Shanti Swaroop incharge police post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 1/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 04/01/13 at about 12.15 OM he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML English wine and 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of a person belonging from the locality of Dadoh village. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT  

5.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady belonging from the locality of Hiun village that one person of the same locality damaged the road work carried out from Talli Galu to Tikkar under the scheme of  AREGA. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Sawaran Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi that on 03/01/13 one person belonging from the locality of Marathu beat up one another person belonging from the same locality. ASI Sawaran Roop Singh I.O.of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 451,430,506,504,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of the locality of Roparu village that  that a tap public water supply scheme is established on her land. On 28/12/12 one person of the same locality broke the above water supply tap. ASI Govind Pal incharge of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I.O. of P.P. Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/01/13 at about 7 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Balichowki and during the course of patrolling he recovered 600 ML country liquor from the possession of a person belonging from locality of Balichowki areas. Balh on the complaint of a girl belonging from the locality of Kummi areas that she was going to her home and when she reached at Dadaur one person obstructed her way and threatened to her. 3.      Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 02/01/13 U/S 147,148,149,427,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Asha Devi W/O Sh. Hira Singh VPO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/01/13 Surender Kumar, Heti Devi, Krishan Lal, Surat Ram, Gauri Devi, Kamali Devi, Bal Dassi and Lata Devi threw stone on her house and her mother-in-law sustained injuries. 4.      Case FIR No. 1/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole that on 02/01/13 he was on patrolling at Jhangi and during the course of patrolling he found that  a heap of stone was laid by Banka Ram S/O Sh. Goverdhan Singh R/O Balyan Gehari PO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt.Mandi (HP) which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 is investigating the case.

Roop Chand R/O Bhiloni Tehsil Gannaur Distt. Sonipat Haryana. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

2. Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar that on 01/01/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML country liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sudama Ram R/O Kalhog PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar.

3. Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Karan Singh No. 24 that he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Ram Singh VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 1/13 dated 01/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 300 ML country liquor from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Salgi PO Kamand Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Chicken Corner at Aut Bazaar. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut.

 CASE OF DEATH DUE TO BURNING

5. Deceased Kiran Kumari W/O Sh. Tek Chand R?O VPO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died on 01/01/2013 at IGMC Shimla who was admitted in IGMC Shimla due to burning. Postmortem of the dead body of the deceased was carried out at IGMC Shimla and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 31/12/12  U/S  279, 337, 338, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on  the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal  S/O Sh.  Tilak Raj  R/O  Dhagohi P.O Kutahchi Distt. Mandi that  on 30/12/12  he came along with his  Son  Dinesh Kumar on the Tipper No. HP30-5077 which  was driven by Yog Raj  S/O Sh. Charan Dass R/O Kalouhota, Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi . when they reached near by Dhagohi , in mean time  the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the  Vehicle due to rash driving and fell downward   from the road  In this incident all the boarded person sustained injuries . Karsog by ASI Amar Singh  on 1/1/13 at about  7AM on the secret information  he arrest the Proclaimed offender  Daulat Ram  S/O  Sh. Jeet Ram  R/O  Sarour  P.O Tatta pani  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi  from Churag . A.S.I. Amar Singh I/O of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.

Dashera tehsil  & District Mandi that on 31/12/12 Mast Ram, Mathura, Meera obstruct his way and beat  him up .HC Kamaldeep Singh No 888 I/O  of  P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case .

4. Case FIR No 1/13 dated 1/1/13 U/S  61 of  Excise Act  has been registered  inm P.S. Balh by  HC Suman Kumar  that  when said HC was on patrolling  along with the other officials of Police Staff  at Gudhan near Rewalsar  in mean time he recovered  5250 ML country Liquor from the poissession of  Hukam Chand S/O  Balabh Ram R/O  village Gudhan P.O. Rewalsar Tehsil & Distric  Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I/O of P.P.  Rewalsar .

Barasu tehsil & District Mandi (HP)  ASI Baldev Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

6. Case FIR No 228/12 dated 31/12/12 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Singh  R/O H. No 142/4 Bhojpur opposite PWD Rest House Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi  that on  31/12/12 at about 4.45 P.M. When he was present on the  slab of his home in mean time  some unknown person entered in his home and stolen away Rs. 2500/- and One Mobile Phone Nokia N-70 alongwith sim No 9459138740. Total value of stolen property is  Rs. 8500/-. HC Hari Singh No 407 I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.      Case FIR No 1/13 dated 1/1/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sunder Nagar that  on 1/1/13 at 11.30A.M. when said ASI was on patrolling along with  the other officials of Police staff  at bus stand  the on the secret information he recovered  3000ML illicit liquor   from the possession of  Smt.  Leela Devi W/O Late Sh.Dev Raj R/O House No 79/8 Ambedkar Nagar Tehsil and PS Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi from her house  sale the Illicit Liquor in her house. ASI Vijay Kumar I/O  of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.      Case FIR No. 341/12. dated 31/12/12 U/S. 279,337 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sadar by HC Pawan Kumar that on 31/12/12 on the information of unknown person that one person namely Manish Kumar S/O Sh. Om Prakash V.P.O. Gagal Tehsil Sadar Mandi fell   down  along with M/Cycle No (HP-33 1413) at Sukkibain.This incident occurred  due to rash and negligent riding of m/cycle rider .  HC Pawan Kumar No 919 I/O of  P.P. Pandoh  is investigating the ccase.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No 1/13 dated 1/1/13 U/S 61 of  Excise  Act has been registered  in P.S. BSL Colony by SI SHO Biny Minhas that on today at about 12.30 PM while he has on patrolling along with  police party then during the course of patrolling he  recovered 2 ltr. illcit liquor  from the possession of Smt. Ram Payari W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O  Mahadev Teh Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi .SI/SHO Biny Minhas  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

10. Case FIR No.113/12 dated 31/12/12 U/S 279,337,304(A) IPC  has been registered in P.S. Aut  on the  complaint  of Sh.  Uttam Ram S/O  Sh.  Gain Chand  R/O Premjani P.O. Panarsa  Distt. Mandi  He stated that one motor Cycle Discover No.  A/F fall from sojha -fars road at place premjani at about 4.30 pm . In which one person namely Amer Singh S/O  Jai Singh R/O  Bhaugi P.O. Panarsa   died at the spot. And motor cycle rider / driver Budhi singh S/O  Saharu Ram R/O  Segli P.O. Panarsa  Distt Mandi injured and admitted RH Kullu .This accident happened due to rash and negligent  riding  of the rider of above said motor cycle .SI/SHO Anil Kumar P.S. Aut is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

11. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
