CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND THEFT

1.     Case FIR No. 275/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 447,427,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Khaleloo resident of Village Bihun Manotla Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 06-07/10/12 Smt. Durgi Devi W/O Sh. Prabh Dayal, Mahinder Singh S/O Sh. Prabh Dayal both are resident of village Dhabol Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) and Ram Lal S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/.O Vill. Bihun Manotla entered in the land of the complainant and cut down the grass from the land of the complainant. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 276/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 279,34A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Shali Ram R/O Barot PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 05.30 PM he was going to his home and he saw that on the road some unknown vehicle hit to Sh. Shiv Ramm S/O Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Vill. Bahan PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi who died on the spot. HC Hem Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 276/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Vaidya S/O Sh. Krishan Vaidya R/O H. No. 277 Ward No. 3 Jail Road Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/12 Prem Chand, his son Satinder Kumar, his daughter Santosh Kumari and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and they also threatened to him. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER DISFIGUREMENT ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 277/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P. City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 04.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Z Plus Institute advertising degree courses of BCA and MCA  at Jail Road Mandi were put on the electricity police at School Bazaar Mandi. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER DISFIGUREMENT ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 278/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Inder Singh I.O. of City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 05.25 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Z Plus Institute advertising degree courses of BCA and MCA at Jail Road Mandi were put on the electricity police at School Bazaar Mandi. HC Inder Singh I.O. of  City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER DISFIGUREMENT ACT

6.     Case FIR No. 279/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 3 of Disfigurement Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Bhup Singh No. 870  I.O. of City Mandi that on 12/10/12 at about 06.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Thanera Muhalla Mandi and during the course of patrolling he found that hording of Certified Accounts Professional 100% Job Guarantee were put on the telephone and electricity poles. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of  City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 280/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh S/O Sh. Bal Krishan R/O Vill. Chhota Bhuien PO Bhuntar Distt. Kullu (HP) that he is  driver with a HRTC bus (HP66-1793) OF Kullu Depot and on 12/10/12 he was on duty with said bus and when said bus reached near Sauli Khud Mandi, a car  (HP23A-2435) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and driver of said car struck it from wrong side with his bus. CASE OF BURGLARY, THEFT AND UNDER ARMS ACT

8.     Case FIR No. 175/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC and 25,28 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chandan Lal S/O Late Sh. Thakar Dass R/O  H.No. 192/4 Ward No. 4 New Dhadial O Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he has given two sets of his ground floor on rent to Anju Devi and Jayoti Devi. On 12/10/12 his tenants were not present in their rooms. At about 11.30 PM he was sleeping in the ground floor and he heard some sound. On this he wake up and he saw the light in the room of Anju Dev (tenant) and on suspicion he switch on the door bell, in the mean time one unknown person came from the room the Anju Devi (tenant) holding a katta (desi pistol) in his hand and a bag in another hand. He made a noise for help and he succeeded to caught him with the help of his neighbourer. He recovered 57.370 gram jewellery from his possession having approximately cost of Rs. 1,50,000/- and he was indentified as Karam Singh S/O Sh. Garja Ram R/O Dhawali PO Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

9.     Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Amar Singh Raghea S/O Late Sh. Khoob Ram, Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Late Sh. Khajan Singh and Sh. Bhgi Rath S/O Late Sh. Bhalkhu Ram R/O Vill. Dodhwan PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that in Gram Panchayat Kapahi all development works are being carried out by the Pradhan of G.P. Kapahi Smt. Kaushlya Devi and there is some forgery and dishonesty is involved in these development works due to direct involvement of   above Panchayat Pradhan in execution of these development works.  ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT, MISCHIEF AND M.V. ACT

10. Case FIR No. 174/12 dated 13/10/12 U/S 279, 427 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Deepak S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Vill. Slapper PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 12/10/12 he was watching T.V. in his room and in the mean time he heard loud  noise  and he came out from his room and saw that a truck (HP24A-2475) struck with his house and damaged the house of the complainant and truck driver ran away from the spot. CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

11. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Indira Devi W/O Sh. Surjan Singh R/O VPO Karsal Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that her husband is serving at Gurgaon. On 11/10/12 Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sinha Ram resident of same locality entered in her room, beat her up and also used filthy language and he also threats to her. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

12. 130 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act,  12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

1.     Case FIR NO. 285/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak S/O Sh. Roop Lal VPO  Badsu  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/10/12  at about 4.30 PM  he was going along with his friend Luckey by his Scooter No. (HP33-4521)  and when they reached  near  Lohra, his friend Luckey struck the M/Cycle with a   three-wheeler  parked  on the road side and they both sustained injuries. SI Chanchal I/C High Way is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR NO. 119/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of  PS Gohar that on 11/10/12 at about 5.30PM  he laid a nakka along with other police officials at  Jagohi Nala and  during the Nakka he recovered 2,16,000 ML Country Liquor from  a car (HP65A-0125)   of Rangila Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill.  Luhakhar PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of PS Gohar  

CASE OF ARMS ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 163/12 12/10/12 U/S 25 of  Arms Act has been registered by ASI Nasresh Kumar I/C PP Bassi that he received secrete information that  Prem Chand S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Chho PO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HPhas possessed a gun with out licence. On this search of the house of above mentioned person was carried out and he recovered a single barrel Topidar gun along with 12 topis (caps) of above gun from the possession of above metnioend person. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR no.164/12 Dated 12/10/2012 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar on the  complaint of Sh.  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Kanarag  PO Panjalag Tehsil-Ladbharol Distt Mandi (HP)  that on  12/10/12 he was going to  CHC  Ladbharol along with his wife by a Jeep (HP01-1201) and when he reached  nearby  Kathon, Man  Singh laid a heap of stone on the road and blocked the road. Said Man Singh also used filthy language and also threatened to the complainant. HC Naresh kumar No.862 I.O. of  PP Ladbharol  is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 12/10/12 U/S 61 of  Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by HC Dole Ram that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Machkehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  4500ML Country Liquor from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Sobha Ram R/O Machkehar Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi, HP.  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Dole Ram No. 867 I.O. of  PP Ghatta.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 99/12 dated 11/10/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Viplav Kumar S/O Sh. Yeshwant Singh R/O Vill. Chauta PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 10/10/12 at 09.30 PM he received a call of Jeevan Prakash S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar from his mobile No. 9857321564 in his mobile No. 9459054293 who used filthy language to him. Today at 9 AM he went to Tandu where above Jeevan Lal started to abusing to him and in the mean time Devender Kumar, NAresh Kumar, Chetan all resident of Mehar PO Tandu came there and beat him up. HC Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Nand Lal No. 41 that on 10/10/12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotropi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 13500 ML country liquor from the possession of Mauji Ram S/O Sh. Kanhaiya Lal R/O Sasti PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram Incharge Police Post Pangna that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shilnu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 KG 336 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Megh Raj S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Sarcha PO Pressi Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jhabe Ram I/C P.P. Pangna.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut that she laid a nakka along with other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of checking a Jeep (UP85AF-1000) she recovered 29 gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Raju S/O Sh. Dharamveer R/O VPO Goverdhan Indira Colony Shok Road Distt. Mathura (UP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF DEATH BY HANGING

3.     Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Amrit Lal R/O Vill. Jhanjhel PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi aged about 20 years old died by hanging in his home. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. has been carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat and dead body handed over to the relatives.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 82/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Hem Raj R/O H. No. 29 near HPSEB Colony Sundernagar that today at about 06.45 AM he was present in his shop, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31A-5269) and another with out registration number came from Changer side and collided with each other and in this incident one pedestrian and one M/Cycle rider sustained injuries. HC Sant Ram No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

5.     Kanaihya Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Rampur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

6.     Case FIR NO. 118/12 dated 10/10/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Vill. Darbathu PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 09/10/12 he came from Thunag along with Om Prakash and Ramesh Chand owner of car (HP33A-1292) which was driven by said Ramesh Chand.  When they reached at Katlog driver Ramesh Chand lost control over it and said car rolled down about 100 mtrs. downward from the road and all occupant of said car sustained injuries. 7.     Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 323,325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kushama Devi D/O Sh. Lehanu Ram R/O Kharihar Thara PO Kharihar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/10/12 Biri Singh, Hans Raj, Kamla Devi and Makriru Ram beat her up and she sustained injuries. 8.     Case FIR No. 275/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gaushal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Hari Singh S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Gaushal PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Balam Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

He found that an Alto Car met with an accident which was driven by Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Laje Ram R/O Kahudhar PO Rehla Tehsil Sainh Distt. Kullu (HP) and after some time he left out the spot. ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
3. Accused Alka Verma D/O Late Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Slapper (Patta) Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) was arrested by the local police of P.S. Sundernagar who was wanted in case FIR NO. 226/11 dated 14/12/11 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC of P.S. Sundernagar.

4. Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 08/10/12 U/S 61 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Mohar Singh that he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 1,35,000/- ML country liquor from the possession of Gurdev Sharma S/O Sh. Govind Sharma R/O Bathankhad Distt. Mandi driver of vehicle No. (HP34A-0654). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE UNDER WILD LIFE PROTECTION ACT
6. Case FIR No. 274/12 dated 09/10/12 U/S 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that on 09/10/12 that today he received information that a leopard was lying died at Datoli nullah. On receiving this information he visited the spot to verify the facts and registered above case. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

No. 152/12, Ram Nagar Mandi that on 08/10/12 at about 04.15 PM he was going near Mahamritunjay Temple Mandi, in the mean time a jeep came from back side and hit him and he sustained injuries. Leela Dutt VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Karam Singh is investigating the case.

12. Accused Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Divakar Dutt R/O Vill. Doh PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and accused Chavi Ram S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Gudwahan PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi were arrested by ASI Om Prakash I/C P.P. Rewalsar who were wanted in case FIR No. 279/12 dated 07/10/12 U/S 451,353,504,34 IPC of P.S. Balh.

Mandi, in the mean time a car (HP30A-0186) came very rashly from Shimla side and hit to Keshav Ram who sustained injuries. HC Chhajju Ram is investigating the case.

 PROHIBITION ON CARRYING ARMS

 After the announcement  of election Model Code of conduct District Magistrate  Mandi  exercising powers  vested in him U/S 144 CrPC  has prohibited carrying  of fire arms, explosive  and lethal weapons  in whole of the  District Mandi  with immediate effect till the declaration of results of elections. Any person violating this order will be severely punished under the law. It is therefore requested that all license holders may deposit their Arms immediately with their concerned police stations.

1        Case FIR No 273/12 dated 7/8/12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar  on the  complaint of of Smt Indra Devi W/O Sh Ghanshyam R/O Vill Gaushal ( Lower Manyana) PO Tilli Tehsil  Sadar Mandi Distt Mandi (HP) that on  7/10/12 at about 7.30 PM when she returned from his sister's house  along with  her child at home then she found that the lock of the house was broken and golden ornaments  and Rs 26000/- which were put in the bed box were stolen by unknown person on the intervening night of 6/7-10-12 .HC Manoj Kumar No 50 I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case

3        Case FIR No.  281/12 dated  7/10/12 U/S 61-1-14  Excise Act  has been registered  in PS Balh  on  ASI Shemsher singh  i/o PS Balh  that on dtd 7-10-12 at about 6-40 pm when he was on parolling  along with police party  during  the course of patrolling  he recovered  3750 ML illicit Liquor from the possession of  Sansar Chand  S/O  Gokel Ram Vill Sahyoli  Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi from his house  producted  illicit liquer  in his house during the raid 3750 ml illicit liquor recovered from the house .ASI Shemsher Singh I/O PS Balh  is investigating the case

Mandi  that he is the driver/owner Pvt. Shitla Bus No. (HP31C-4594) on 6/10/12 at about 5.40 PM. when bus reached near Soul in  mean time Sher Singh S/O Saju Ram came along with his  wife and brother and blocked the road with stones and beat him  up along with  his bus conductor Yashwant Singh. Shitla Bus No.( HP31C-4594) came towards Dharli  in mean time  bus  driver Rakesh Kumar stopped his bus in the middle of the road and beat him up . Mandi that he is the owner of Bus No. (HP65 2855 )on 7/10/12 time about 7.30  when he along  with his driver Muni Lal  was driving the bus when reached near by  Chahdi mod in mean time  one jeep bolero No. (PB 11T 6981) came from Rewalsar side and5/6 persons who were sitting in the jeep  came out  and used abusive Language and beat him up along with his driver Muni Lal . HC Suman Kumar 39 I/O  of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case .

Bilaspur at present BO wild life sanctuary  Rewalsar that on  13/9/12  at  about 4.45 PM when he was on duty in visitors room four persons Chhavi R am S /O Lekha Ram, Ajay Kumar R /O Doh, Rupesh Kumar R/O Hawani came in the zoo and entered into the Zoo without tickets and  used abusive language and tried to beat the complaint .ASI Om Prakash I/C of  PP Rewalasr is investigating the case .

Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being  carried out by HC  Rakesh kumar N0. 871 I/O of  PS balh .

8        Case FIR No. 276/12 dated  6/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act  has been registered in PS Balh  by HC Lal Singh  that on 6/10/12 at about 4-45 PM when said HC was on patrolling along with others police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 KG Lahan from the possession Smt. Durgi Devi W/O Bhagat Ram  VPO  Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi from her house .Accused has been arrested and further investigation  is being carried out by HCLal Singh No.80I/O of PS balh  .

9        Case FIR No. 277/12 dated 6/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered in PS Balh  by HC  Lal Singh that on 6/10/12 at about 5-40 PM  when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered  3750 ML illicit Liquor from the possession of   Lakshmi DeviW/O  Bazru Vill. Dann Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of PS Balh  .

10      Case FIR No. 268/12 dated 6/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered  in PS Sadar on the  complaint of  of  Sh. Bhawan Dev S/O Shri Dhar R/O Matha Niyul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is appointed for look after the house by the owner of  the House Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Lower Bijni during the intervening night of 5/6-10-12 some unknown  culprits stolen  away the gold ornaments by breaking the House Locks but complainant  has no Knowledge about Gold Ornaments.SI Naveen Jhalta I/O of  PS Sadar is investigating the case.

No. 298/12 Ram Nagar Mandi that his brother Gulab Singh,  Baljeet singh, Manju beat him up  and he sustained injury . HC Inder Singh NO. 7 I/O  of PP City is investigating the case.

Sewak Singh R/O 182/12 came  along with his family member's and  entered into his house  and beat him up  and also broke the door  and table of his house. Case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar  I/O of PP City .
