Deepak Pathania House No. 400Ward No. 5 Sain Mohalla Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that his father in law namely Mathura Dass R/O Sain Muhalla was admitted in ZH Mandi for treatment on 4/10/12. But his Father in law expired in Hospital due to negligency of Dr. Piyush. ASI Vijay kumar I/C PP City is investigating the case.

Budhu Ram Vill Gulela PO Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 8/9/12 Ghansyam, VidiaSager, Reeta Devi, Dropti Devi all the R/O Vill Gulela PO Patri Ghat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi beat her up and she sustained injury . HC Hem Chand No. 883 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case .

Rajinder Gupta S/O Damoder Dass R/O VPO Dyargi District Mandi (HP) that on 05/10/12 at about 7PM when he was going to his house from his shop and reached near by the house in mean time Ajay Kumar came along with his friends and obstruct his way and beat him up .HC Lal Singh No 80 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No 268/12 dated 04-10-12 U/S 406,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of sh Noordeen Village Kalash PO Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 22/8/12 he entrusted of RS. 20000/-along with truck which was loaded with 200 cement bags of ACC to Kaku S/O Jagga R/O Kot with this intention to unload the Truck of cement at Ludhiana and on the return of this he had to bring bricks for him but after unloading the truck he instead of bringing the bricks for which purpose he had entrusted RS. 20000/-with him he loaded Loha Mitti from Ludhiana and unloaded the same at Barmana where he collected RS.8000/- as fare of the Loha Mitti. ASI Rajender Kumar I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

Vinay Kumar S/O Sh Amrit Lal Village Kalash Ward No 4 Sarkaghat that on dated 04/10/12 at about 6 PM when he was present near by bus stand Sarkaghat in mean time Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh Hem Singh Village Chunehar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat and his brother Kuldheer Singh beat him up and he sustained injuries. 3. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 04/10/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of sh Amar singh S/O Sh. Khazana Ram R/O near ITI Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that yesterday i.e 3-10-2012 at about 5-30 PM when he was going on his motor cycle A/F ropari klehru and when he reached near by Tramat in mean time Car No( PB-3U-2341) came with rashly and hit his m/cycle and he fell down on the road and sustained injuries .case is being investigated by ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta .

4. Case FIR No. 157/12dated 04/10/12 363/323/500/506/ IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Bhim singh R/O Galu PO Dul Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that she got marriage with Bhim Singh before 11 years ago .after 3 years he start torture to her on dated 27/09/12 when she produce a application u/s 125 Cr PC before LD JMIC-JNR then her husband kidnapped her child from B.P.Sr.S.School when she went to carry to her child from school then her husbend used abusive language and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Subhash Chand I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case .

JangalPO kathyoun Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on  2/10/12 at about 4:50 PM when she was coming to her house Janlag and  reached near slapper  in mean  time one  unknown m/cycle came from kalkhar side and hit her from back side and run away from the spot and she sustained .HC  Suman kumar No.39 I/O  PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND, HUSBAND’S RELATIVE

2        Case FIR No. 265/12 dated 3/10/12 U/S 498 (A),34 IPC has been registered  in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Promila devi W/O Kashmir Singh R/O Ropru PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband beats her regularly after  the marriage and her mother in law  also  gives the support  to her son  for harassment . SI Naveen Jhalta I/O of  PS Sadar is investigating the case .

Bimla Devi W/O Kartar Singh village Lasrana PO Sandhole Distt Mandi that on  03-10-12 at about 1.45 PM Sushma Devi W/O Sh Sher Singh R/O Lastana beat her up  and she  sustained injury.  ASI Naresh Kumar I/C PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

4        Case FIR No 267/12 dated 04/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered  in  PS Sarkaghat by  HC Chaman Lal No 28 I/C Naka Barier Bhambla Cum IO PP Hatli PS Sarkaghat that on the secret  information he recovered  3000 ML Country liquor from the possession  of    Praveen Kumar S/O Ishwar Dass Village Ramehra PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat (HP). Accused has been arrested and further  investigation  is being carried out  by HC Chaman Lal  No. 28 I/O of PP Hatli   

CASE OF SUICIDE

5        Case FIR No. 266/12 dated  4/10/12 U/S 306 IPC has been registered In PS Sadar  on the  complaint  of Smt. Koura Devi W/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O  village Uperli Suradi PO Nechali Suradi Tehsil sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she has three children in which one girl namely Nirmla has been married with Parkash chand S/O Badru Ram VPO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi 9  yrs ago.The father -in -law of her daughter harassed  her and beaten her daughter. Due to cruelty of her daughter's father in law her daughter  got suicide .Case  is being investigated by ASI Sawarn Roop Singh I/O of  PS Sadar.

Banarshi Dash R/O VPO Nerchok was  selling  the fruit on the road which created obstruction to the traffic and general public . HC Rakesh Kumar No. 870 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No 265/12 dated 02/10/12 U/S 452,323,324,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Vikram Puri S/O Sh V.R. Puri R/O Village Gandhi Nagar Jammu J&K at present pvt clinic near College Barchhwar Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 02/10/12 two unknown person entered into his Quarter and beat him up  and he sustained injury .ASI Subhash Kumar I/O of  PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

3        Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise -Act has been registered in PS Karsog by  HC Kama Kant  that on 2/10/12 when said HC   was on petrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 3000ML Country liquor from the possession of  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Net Ram village Seri Bengol Distt Mandi  from his tea-stall . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is bein  carried out by HC Kamal  Kant No. 860 I/O of PS Karsog .

4        Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered  in PS Karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Karam Singh Village Mumel PO Tehsil. PS Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 2/10/12 at  about 7:30 PM  when he was  present in  his Shop  in mean time Tilak Raj S/O Nageshwar , Ramesh Kumar and one unknown person  came into  his shop and beat him up. Mandi (HP)  that on 1/10/12 when she was present in her house in mean time  Sudama S/O Sh.Man singh Village Khanora  entered into her house’s courtyard   and beat her up.HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of  PS Karsog is investigating the case .

6        Case FIR No. 94/12 dated 02/10/12 U/S 174(A) IPC  has been registered in PS Aut  by HC Harbans Singh No. 58  that on 02/10/12  when he was searching the Proclaimed Offender Satpal S/O Nek Ram R/O Vill Gawalar POJhatingiri Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in Case FIR No. 60/12  dated 15/05/04 U/S279,IPC & 187, 181 MV Act  and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld Court JMIC -4 Mandi on 13/09/12    has been  arrested by ASI Mohar Singh I/O PS Aut  and produced before the Ld Court  today i.e. 3/10/12 .

Mandi has been taken the loan on the behalf of his land No. 39/42-51( three Bighas ) from the PNB Branch Majhwar but above said person sold this land to another person Gopal S/O Brij Lal R/O Nela PO Duder Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

Hukam Chand R/O Vill Segali PO Upper Behali Teh Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that on 1/10/12 at about 3:40PM Smt. Dima Devi W/O Chet Ram Vill. Segali entered into her house and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Karan Singh No24 I/O of PS BSL Colony is investigating the case .

Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 1/01/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar JTO Ladbharol that during the midnight of 28/09/12 some unknown culprits stolen away the cable wire Dugdhar to chotti Chakker having total length 1100 MTR .Total cost of stolen cable wire is approx. Rs. 38000-/- HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O PP Ladbharol is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVE AND SUICIDE

4. Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 498A, 306, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Raj Kumari W/O Late Sh. Lalit Kumar R/O Near Sanatan Dharam Sabha Sultanpur Kullu Distt. Kullu that her daughter Sawati was married along with Vijender Kumar S/O Lal Chand Vill. Baag PO. Jachh Tehsil Chachiot in Nov.2010 . After marriage her husband, Father-in-law, brother-in-law have been harassed her by demanding dowry and also beat her up and due to regular harassment on 21/0912 above said Sawati committed the suicide . ASI Ram Krishan I/O of PS Gohar is investigating the case .

Accused Amit kumar S/O Puran Chand R/O Trand PO Gangoti Ladbharol & kartar S/O Shesh Ram R/O Patran PO Gangoti Ladbharol Distt Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No. 156/12 dated 1/10/12 U/S 379 IPC in PS Jogindernagar Arrested by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O PP Ladbharol . They will be produce before the Ld Court JMIC /JNR today that i.e.2/10/12

Accused Chiranji Lal S/O Late Paras Ram R/O Village Kandar PO Khurahal Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No 145/12 dated 18/8/12 U/S 447,379,504,506 IPC PS Sundernagar . Arrested by HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 on 1/10/12 at 4 PM and he will be produced before the Ld Court JMIC /SNR today that i.e. 2/10/12.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

Case FIR No 264/12 dated 2/10/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Beli Ram S/O Narain Singh R/O Takrehar PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that School Leaving Certificate issued in favour of smt. Minki Devi, Smt. Sunki Devi and Sh. Panjku Ram, who are working as class-iv employees, L/Man in the HPSEB Sub-Division Sandhole, Distt Mandi HP that similar school leaving certificates has issued fraudulently. CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR NO. 262/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal that on 30/09/12 at about 05.35 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Sukkibain and during the course of nakka he recovered 470 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Inder Singh S/O Sh. Todar Mal R/O Vill. Sat PO Jalugrain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) and 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sukhdayal S/O Sh. Durgar Dutt R/O Vill. Sat PO Jalugrain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP). Both accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P. Pandoh.

CASE UNDER FOREIGNERS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 263/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 14 of Foreigners Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore that on 30/09/12 at about 09.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Mandi and during the course of patrolling he found that a foreigner was wandering here and there and on suspicion he asked his name and he revealed out as Stan S/O Sh. Alexander resident of Russia. On this he was asked to produce his Visa and passport but he failed to produce above both legal documents. SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR 155/12 dated 30/09/12 U/S 61 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ghatasani and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML country liquor, 11500 ML English wine and 4500 ML bear from the possession of Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Ghatasani PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar.

Mandi that on 30/09/12 at about 07.30 PM three persons in drunken state obstructed his way and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Vinod Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 01/10/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Sagar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Vill. Bangale PO & Tehsil Ghuri Distt. Dang (Nepal) that on 30/09/12 at about 07.15 PM he along with Sh. Khem Singh and Sh. Narain Singh were going from Bagachanogi to Chedhakhad by tractor (HP65-1982) which was driven by Roshan Lal S/O Smt. Churi Devi R/O VIll. Harnach PO Kalhanidhar Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). When said tractor reached at Dhawas Nala, Roshan Lal lost control over said tractor and it rolled down about 100 meter downward. In this accident Roshan Lal driver of said ill-fated tractor and Khem Singh died on the spot.

6. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 01/10/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Soni S/O Sh. Adeep Soni R/O H. No. 275/8 Ropa Bhojpur Ward No. 8 Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 01/10/12 at about 12.10 AM some unknown persons broke the lock of his shop and stole away three laptop of Dell Make, one laptop of Samsung make, one laptop of Toshiba make, 10 chargers and 20 pieces of RAM. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 2,00,000/-. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
