CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Narhali PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at 03.45 PM he was going from Chailchowk to the office of the SDM Gohar by his M/Cycle (HP32B-0862) and when he reached at Bassa, in the mean time a private bus of Anjli Bus came very rashly & negligently from Gohar side and struck with his M/cycle and he sustained injuries. ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 195/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 451,323,341,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Vill. Sayahan PO Lohara Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 07.30 AM she was working nearby her house, in the mean time Ganga Ram and his son Sunny came there beat her up. Some time after Harish Kumar, Achhari Devi, Indira Devi and Laxmi Devi also entered in her courtyard and beat her up along with her son Raj Kumar and they sustained injuries. 3.     Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 10/07/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Raj Mal R/O Kochhu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 11 PM some unknown persons knocked his door and when he opened the door he saw that Ramesh along with his sons Luck and Vivek entered in his bramda and beat him up. He along with his wife sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

 

4.     Sh. Hari Bhadur R/O Mool Nepal at present working as servant with Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Sainthi PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi found died on the road side at Ladharol bazaar. Postmortem of the dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Jogindernagar.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

5.     Case FIR No. 183/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 498A, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Sunka Ram R/O Vill. Rada Manwana PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that his daughter Promila Devi was married with Pritam Chand R/O Kharsal PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi during the year 2004. After 4-5 months of her marriage her husband Pritam Chand, mother-in-law Sukha Devi, brother-in-law Rakesh and other relatives started to torture her for dowry. HC Baldev Chand I.O. P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT, DEFAMATION AND INTIMIDATION

 

6.     Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 341,323,352,500,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Uday Singh Prashar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram Prashar VPO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi that he is running a shop namely "Ashoka Sweet Shop" at Bus stand Sarkaghat. On 26/06/12 at about 8 PM he closed his shop and he was going to his home and when he reached at Bus Stand Sarkaghat, Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Bakarta Tehsil Sarkaghat obstructed his way and beat him and also threatened to him. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No. 184/12 dated 10/07/12 U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Vill. Bahru PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 08/07/12 at about 5 PM he was working in his fields, in the mean time his brother Bali Ram obstructed him and beat him up. ASI Subhash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

         

8.     Case FIR No. 122/12 dated 09/07/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Chander Mani R/O VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/07/12 some unknown persons broke the lock of shelter of towers of Airtel and Vodafone and stole away DC cables of 50 MM and 35 MM, earthing wire and battery etc.  On suspicion accused  Desh Raj S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Barathu PO Banola Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur has been arrested in above case by the I.O. from who is being produced before the Ld. Court. ASI Gulab Singh Incharge PP Dehar is investigating the case.

9.     Smt. Girani Devi D/O Sh. Jaini R/O Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP), Gomati Devi W/O Sh. Jaini Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP), Sonam W/O Sh. Sanjay Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP) and Kalpna W/O Sh. Jinder Vill. Kaliya PO Piplya Tehsil Nashinggarh Distt. Rajgarh (MP) have been  arrested U/S 41(2) 109 Cr.P.C. who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.

10.                          77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600 /- was recovered and 1 challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.

1.     Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Dublesh S/O Sh. Subhash Chand MO Vayas Hospital Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that he was coming back from Dharmshala to Bilaspur along with his friend by his own vehicle and when they reached at Chhanag Galu a vehicle (HP29A-4142) obstructed his vehicle and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

2.     Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 08/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nandi S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Bhawana PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 08/07/12 at about 07.50 PM Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Narayan Dass R/O Bhawana and his brother Satpal came from Darlaghat to Jarol by vehicle (HP11C-2498) and he was also coming along with them in the same vehicle (truck) and when said truck reached nearby Bhawana driver of said vehicle Vijay Kumar lost control over it and fell down about 150 feet downwards and Satpal sustained injuries. Mandi that on 09/07/12 at about 8 AM Jagat Ram, Raj Kumar and Sita Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO ELECTRIC SHOCK

         

5.       Smt. Chanchlo devi W/O Sh. Lohka Ram R/O Vill. Neri PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was died due to electric shock. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.P. Sandhole.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR No. 66/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32,33,34,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 07/07/12 at about 8 PM she laid a nakka along with other police officials at Banal and during the course of checking of a bus (DL-1PB-7952) she recovered 72 KG valuable forest produce (nag chhartri) from the possession of Dolma Lamba D/O Sh. Angyal Lamba C/O Sh. Gangu Ram VPO Kayas Distt. Kullu. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Atti Devi I.O. of P.S. Aut.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2. Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120 B IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of BDO Sadar Mandi that Ex-Pradhans of G.P. Tihari Nima Devi, Kamla Devi and Panchayat Secretary Ashish Kumar of G.P. Tihari were misused sum of Rs. 1,38,725.25/- which was provided by the Govt. of (H.P.) for different Development Works of said Panchayat. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash Mishra S/O Sh. Kameshwar Mishra R/O Vill. Tagu Behar PO Samshi Tehsil &Distt. Kullu that on 07/07/12 he was going from Bhuntar to Sundernagar by his car (HP34C-8400) which was drien by his son Pushkar and when they reached at 7 Miles, a Tata Sumo (KA35-NT8947) came very rashly from Mandi side and hit his car and his wife sustained injuries. HC Pawan Kumar NO. 919 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 177/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Swaranroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he received information telephonically in P.S.Sadar Mandi that a Nano car fell down from the road near village Roparu. On this he rushed to the spot along with other police officials and on the spot he found two children in injured condition who were sent to hospital by ambulance for treatment and some time after with the help of peoples of the locality he found one male and female in unconscious condition in a jungle they were also sent to Z.H. Mandi for treatment where M.O declared to said female dead. Said ill-fated car was driven by Naresh Kumar who is also sustained injuries. ASI Swaranroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Mandi that he is driver with a vehicle (DL1YC-2166) which is owned by Amarjeet Singh R/O Vishnu Garden New Delhi. On 07/07/12 he was coming back from Manali after dropping passengers and when he reached at Dhalwan, a Sawaraj Majda (HP65-0702) came very rashly and hit his car. HC Baldev Singh I.O. of P.P. No. 993 Gali No. 3 Right Dogar Basti Faridkot Tehsil Faridkot Punjab that on 06/07/12 he was going from Faridkot to Bhuntar along with Kumar Chand Kakkar, Ramnik Singh, Amarbir Singh, Mahender Singh, Arvind Kaur, Khushi, Babandeep and Manisha by vehicle (CH04B-4859) which was driven by Sukhpal S/O Sh. 6. Case FIR No. 193/12 dated 07/07/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kukam Chand S/O Late Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Mansai PO Meramasit Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 07/07/12 he withdrawn Rs. 1,50,000/- from SBI Nerchowk and kept them in his purse in a carry bag. At about 12 PM when he reached near Himalayan Drugs Agency Nerchowk he kept his carry bag alongside and started cleaning to his clothes and after time he didn't found his bag there as some unknown person stole away his carry bag along with cash of worth Rs. 1,50,000/-. Mandi that she is reading BA 2^nd year in R.G.M. College Jogindernagar  that on 05/07/12 at about 02.30 PM she was coming back from college to her house along with her friends Banita Devi, Seema and  Jayoti and when they reached near Jogindernagar a car (HP29A-4078) came very rashly and hit Banita and she fell down on the road and sustained injuries. 2.      Kartar Singh S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Dhar Chaloti PO Makkreri Tehsil Jogindernagar was arrested by HC Rajmal No 875 I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar U/S 107/151 Cr P.C. who is being produced before the Ld. Court.

Mandi that on 05/07/12 Jai Gopal, Kahan Singh, Kuldeep and Sisiter-in-law of Kahan Singh entered in his fields and ploughed his fields with tractor. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH

4.      Pradhan of G.P. Gohar, Sh. Amrit Lal informed telephonically to P.S. Gohar that dead body of a person is lying at Narahli Nullah. On this police team visited the spot and found that Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Khema Ram R/O Vill. Kutandi PO Gohar Distt. Mandi found died and no suspicion is reported about his death by his relatives. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Gohar.

RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 62/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar at present Block Forest Officer Bhararu beat Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 26/05/12 he was informed telephonically by Forest Guard Sohan Singh that fire was reported in Chenhar and Silah forest beat areas and said fire incident took place due to rash and negligent act by Dev Raj S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Chanehar. In this fire incident loss of property/forest produce about Rs. 2,60,000/- is reported. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 64/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the written complaint of Sh. Ishwar Dass, IPO Sub Division Kullu that Prem Singh Gramin Dak Sewak Branch Postmaster, Branch Post Office Dhamhehad Branch has misappropriated money of account No. 56860 having amounting to Rs. 5747/- by putting his forged signature. CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No. 65/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/07/12 he put a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 36000 ML country liquor from a Tata Sumo (HP01K-2088) which was possessed by Mingmar S/O Sh. Dawalama VPO Neul Tehsil and Distt. Kullu (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 177/12 dated 06/07/12 U/S 328 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sheetla Devi W/O Sh. Ashok  Kumar R/O Vill. Samsoh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 06/07/12 at about 10 AM she was present in her kitchen, in the mean time Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Samsoh came there having a plastic bottle in his hand and he caught her forcibly and put on some poisonous substance forcibly from said bottle in her  mouth. CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 120/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 20,21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 04/07/12 at about 04.45 PM he received information that Jayoti Prakash S/O Sh. Lalman R/O H.NO. 92/9 Bhojpur Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi sells drugs in his shop at Cinema Chowk Sundernagar. On receiving this information he along with police party and Drugs Inspector Kamlesh Kumar searched the above shop and recovered 120 capsules of Spasmoproxy Von, 40 Tablet of Nitrozepom-10, 4 Packets  Bhola Munaka Modak, 4 packets  Munaka No 1,  2 packets Rashila drugs etc. of banned medicines. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING

2.     Sh. Dagi Ram S/O Sh Chura Ram R/O Salgi PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi was going on 03/07/12 to his home and when he reached at Dawardu he fell down from a height and he was declared brought died at Z.H. Mandi. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174  Cr.P.C. was  carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

Har PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar at present Secretary G.P. Ropa Padhar that on 04/07/12 at 05.30 PM he closed office of the G.P. Ropa Padhar and today at 09.30 AM when he reached again G.P. Ropa he found that lock of the office of above Pamchayat was broken and some unknown culprits stolen away one No. computer set from the office of the Panchayat. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Saunu Ram Thakur R/O Dharnanda PO Maramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 27/06/12 Karam Singh S/O Late Sh.  Sidhu Ram Thakur R/O Dharanda PO Maramasit Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. 5.     Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Suman Devi W/O Sh. Bhup Raj R/O Vill. Manoun PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 04/07/12 she was going to Ropa village and when she reached at Paurakothi, Pinku obstructed her way and beat her up and also used filthy language. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 60/12 dated 05/07/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/07/12 he was coming on foot from Chowk side towards Lower Behali , in the mean time a truck (HP24-3429) came from Chowk side towards Hatgarh very rashly and fell down into a canal. Charan Dass all resident of Village Sarli PO Sainthal, Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi HP entered in the land of the complainant and they cut down 22 Nos. big trees of Tuni, Sheesham, Khirak and Oai etc. dishonestly from the land of complainant having approximately value of Rs 50,000/-. 5. Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Bohar PO Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he insured his car through Shiven Gupta S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) vide cover note No. 2078113 dated 31/03/12 and when he went to the office of the RLA Sarkaghat for registration of his vehicle they demanded original insurance policy for registration of his vehicle. On this he went to the office of the Shriram General Insurance Compromise Ltd. for obtaining of original policy where he came to known that company had not issued any such cover note. Lower Mahadev PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 03-04/07/12 some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 27,000/- along with jewelry from his house. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 90,000/- ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 192/12 dated 04/07/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that on 03/07/12 Jai Singh was driving a car (HP33B-4419) and two persons were also travelling along with him in said car. When he reached near Chhu nullah he lost control over it and said car rolled down 150 feet downwards and they all sustained injuries. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 28/06/12 at about 12.30 PM Panna Lal R/O Chindi called her as to came to Chayora. On this she went to Chayora and said Panna Lal met her there and Panna Lal said to her that he can't live without her and he want to marry with her. After some time he said to her that you have to marry with Rupesh Kumar S/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Marky (Bharki) PO and Distt. Saharanpur (UP). When she refused Panna Lal and Rupesh Kumar arranged a vehicle and kidnapped her. SI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
