CASE OF RIOTING & HURT

 

            Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 147,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the written complaint of Sh. Suraj Singh S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Ambi Mohi PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi at present student of BA 2^nd year in Govt. College Mandi that on 25/06/12 at about 10 AM he was standing along with Suresh, Gopal Krishan members of SFI Mandi unit near the office of the Principal, in the mean time 15/20 workers of ABVP came there who were equipped with sticks and rods attacked upon them and they sustained injuries.             Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Deepak Ram S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Odi PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present student of MA 2^nd year that on 25/06/12 at about 5 PM he was going  to hospital and when he reached on new bridge near market,  Suraj,  Gopal Krishan, Suresh Sarwal, Rajnish & Pawan Kumar beat him up.             Case FIR No. 183/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill. Sheel PO Sidhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 25/06/12 he along with his son were going to their home, on the way Dinesh Kumar and his wife obstructed their way and also abused them. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

            Case FIR No. 184/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Udham Singh R/O Kasarla PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 25/06/12 Puran Chand and his some Dushyant beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

            Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Kala Devi W/O Sh. Durgu R/O Hansu PO Panarsa Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 at about 06.45 PM Sarni Devi beat her up along with her husband. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 107/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhuri Singh S/O Late Sh. Khem Singh R/O Saroli PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 at about 11.20 PM he was going along with Sh. Mangat Ram to his home and when he reached nearby his home, Puni Chand and Ram Singh both S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Suba Ram R/O Vill. Bagsalana PO. & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 23/06/12  at about  10 PM his cousin Mahender  was coming to his home along with other 3 persons by a vehicle (HP01M-0475) which was driven by  driver Hans Raj and when they reached at Rakkni, in the mean time driver of above vehicle lost  control over it struck said vehicle with a rock and all occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES & OBSTRUCTING WAY

4. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 498A,341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Ranjna Thakur W/O Sh. Devender Kumar R/O Chalkhi PO Dayargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was married with Devender Kumar.  A case U/S 125 Cr.P.C. is under trial against her husband in the Ld Court and today when she was going to her house after attending Ld. Court at about 12 PM  she reached at Lalit Chowk, her husband Devender Kumar obstructed her way and abused her and also demanded money from her parents. Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. 5. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 451,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Ram Krishan R/O VPO Ghagnu Tehsil & P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 he was present in the tea stall of his brother at Suharaghat, in the mean time Jai Singh and Attar Singh R/O Mamyal (Halyater) PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi came in the tea stall of his brother and they told that they will take wine inside the tea stall. When they refused their request they both beat him up and also broke the glass of the counter. 6. Case FIR No. 107/ 12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/06/12 at 11.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of checking of a tourist bus (DL1PB-0806) he recovered 39 KG forest produce (nag chhattari) from the possession of Namda Sangmu Lama W/O Sh. Angyal Lama R/O Karti PO Timri Distt. Mungu Nepal. SI Madal Lal I.O. off P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

7. Case FIR No. 108/ 12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Ravinder Singh No. 863  I.O. of P.S. 8. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Yeshwant Singh, Forest Range Officer, Forest Range Karsog Distt Mandi HP that  on 23/06/12 suddenly fire broke -out in D-208 Majhod forest and D-199 Dhanyara forest and total estimated loss of Rs. 2,39,000/- is assessed in this fire incident. CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9. Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 353,332,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jasha Ram S/O Sh. Dumanu Ram R/O Vill. Dhalmani PO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present working as fitter in IPH Section Kotali that on 24/06/12 at about 1 PM he was supplying drinking water to the general public of the locality, in the mean time Satish Chand S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Vill. Banaun came there and beat him up. ASI Swaran Roop Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10. Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harminder Singh S/O Sh. Joginder Paul Singh R/O House No. 45/11 Tarna Hills Mandi that at about 10.30 PM a car (HP31-5544) came very rashly and hit his car (HP28-6727). In the mean time one person namely Nabh Sharma also told to him that said car also hit a scooter  (H231-5544) near Do-Amb. HC Bhoop Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

11. 62 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered  and one challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No 105/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/O Sh. Puran Singh
R/O Lohardi P.O. Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on
23/06/12 he was coming from Shimla towards Mandi by a vehicle
(HP01M-1357) which was driven by driver Devender Pal and when said
vehicle reached near Slapper, in the mean time a scooter (HP31-8016)
came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with their car and
rider of said scooter namely Balak Ram S/O Sh. Nand Lal VPO Slapper
Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No
18 Highway patrol beat No 1 Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O
Sh. Hari Dass R/O Rawada PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
that on 23/06/12 he along with Sh. Hira Lal S/O Sh. Bharat Shah R/O
Vill. Noneya P.S. Pahadpur Distt. Motihari Bihar were travelling by a
Nano car (A/F) which was driven by Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O
Vill. Basantpur PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and when
they reached near Baijkhola driver of above car lost control over it
and said car rolled down in a gorge. Due to which he along with Hira

on the written complaint of Smt. Kamlesh Kumari W/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O
Vill. Langna PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi and Smt. Naro
Devi W/O Sh. Nagender Pal resident of same locality that on 07/06/12
Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Tilak Raj, Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh, Kamlesh
Kumar W/O Sh. Sher Sing, Bhayandi W/O Sh Puran Chand all resident of
vill. Kalera PO Padhwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) beat up
both of them and they sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Datta Ram JTO Telephone Exchange Karsog that telephone cable's 20 pairs (approximately length 1000 meters) having approximately cost of Rs. 30,000/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits from Charog near Batauni village. Lakrehar PO Kuja Balh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Ajay Kumar on 14/08/11 and after four months of her marriage her husband Ajay Kumar, father-in-law Prabhu Ram and mother in-law Pingla Devi started to torture her for dowry and on 19/05/12 her father-in-law tried to outrage her modesty. registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vipan Kumar S/O Sh.
Mool Raj R/O Vill. Malwana PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on
21/06/12 at about 07.45 PM Pankaj Kumar, Jiwa Nand and Inder Singh
obstructing her way and beat her up. ASI Shamer Singh I.O. of P.S.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 180/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Pal S/O Sh.
Gauri Dutt R/O vill. Bagrah PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
that on 21/06/12 at about 8 PM he was going to his home by his car
(HP22T-9515) and when he reached near patrol pump at Dadaur, in the
mean time a M/Cycle (HP33A-2537) came from Nerchowk side and struck
with his car and rider of said car sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher

CASE OF SUICIDE
3. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P.
Ghatta that at about 03.40 PM Vice President Rajeev Sood informed
telephonically that a maruti car (PB06K-7851) was parked near railway
crossing Ahju and in said car a man and a lady were crying for water.
On this he visited the spot along with other police officials and he
found that a man and a lady were in unconscious condition. On this he
called ambulance from CH Baijnath and they both brought to CH Baijnath
where they both were declared brought dead by the M.O. concerned.
During the course of search of their vehicle a suicide note was found
which was written by Parneet Kaur @ Neeru W/O Mr. Harbinder Singh in
which she alleged that one Yusuf Masih (uncle of Sushil Bhatti) has
harassed her husband by registering a false case U/S 306 IPC and his
foreign visa has also been canceled and due to harassment of said
Yusuf Masih they are committing suicide.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 M.V. Act
has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Deep
Chand S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Chowki PO Tramat Tehsil
Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that 21/06/12 he was carrying the DJ System
to Tramat by vehicle No. HP29A-2579) along with other three persons
namely Krishan Chand, Manbahadur and Suresh Kumar and when they
reached near Chowki bridge above mentioned vehicle fell down from the
road and they all sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C PP Ghatta is

5. Case FIR No. 73/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 325,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O
Sh. Ganesh Lal R/O Vill. Oyari PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt.
Mandi that on 18/06/12 Bir Singh father-in-law of her daughter Suman
beat her up along with her husband and they both sustained injuries.

6. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 174A IPC has been registered
in P.S. Gohar by ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar that he along with
other police officials arrested P.O. Dhameshwar @ Roshan Lal S/O Sh.
Hariya Ram R/O Vill. Jail PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi who
was wanted in case FIR No. 101/08 dated 03/06/2008 U/S 451,323,34 IPC
and declared PO on 29/09/2011 by the Ld. Court of SDJM Gohar. ASI

7. Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Lal S/O Sh.
Mahantu Ram R/O H. No. 359/4 R/O Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar
Distt. Mandi that on 20/06/12 he along with Rajender Kumar S/O Sh.
Jagdish Chand R/O H. No. 360/04 Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar
Distt. Mandi parked their cars (HP31-7352 & HP31-7046) in the
courtyard of their houses and on 21/06/12 when they checked their
vehicles they found that ECM of both cars have been stolen away by

S/O Sh. Bhadur Singh R/O Slapper has broken 1" Dias drinking water
supply pipe line of WSS Dehar Slapper and water supply of Harizon

registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Meena Devi D/O Sh.
Balak Ram R/O VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that she
loves Chottu Ram and had committed to marry with him but on 19/06/12
Sant Ram S/O Sh Bhagat Ram R/O Halel PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngar
Distt. Mandi used obscene language and also doing obscene acts with

CASE OF THEFT
10. Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Datta Ram JTO Telephone
Exchange Karsog that O/H cable's 20 pairs (approximately length 250
Meters) amounting to Rs. 17,500/- and 10 pairs of O/H cables about 400
meters amounting to Rs. 12,000/- were stolen away on 19/06/12 by some
unknown culprits. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is
investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 451,353,504,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar
S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Vill. Shila Kippar PO Duddar Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi that he is serving as booking clerk in HRTC Mandi since
last 6 months. On 21/06/12 at about 07.30 PM he was booking a bus at
Mandi which was bounded from Manali to Delhi, in the mean time two
boys namely Narinder Kumar and Pankaj Kumar entered in the booking
cabin forcibly and he told them to took your ticket on lin. On this

12. Case FIR No. 159/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 342,323,504,506,34 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint Sh.
Narinder Kumar S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Ghoad PO Duder Tehsil
Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 21/06/12 at 07.30 PM he was standing in a
row along with Pankaj for taking ticket at bus stand Mandi and he told
to the booking clerk to give him ticket as he is standing in queue
since long. On this booking clerk told him that he will accommodate
firstly staff members and then he will give the tickets to you. On
this he told him why are you partially, on this booking clerk came out

Mandi that Yadvinder Sharma, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Dusrakhabu has
been added the fake names of 13 peoples wrongfully in the must roll of
MANREGA and he has also taken Rs. 27,500/- & Rs. 38,500/- wrongfully
in the names of his wife Nisha Devi and Mother Bhubneshwari Devi under
Rajiv Gandhi Awas Yojna and Attal Awas Yojna to construct the houses

Distt. Mandi that on 20/06/12 at about 5 PM he was going to his home
by his car (HP74-3391) along with his wife and said car was driven by
Vidya Sagar and when they reached near Galma, Vidya Sagar lost
control over said car and it struck with a hill and his wife Geeta
Sharma fell down from the car and she sustained injuries. Later on she

Champaran Bihar at present sweeper in HRTC Bus Stand Karsog that his
minor daughter was missing on 14/06/12 and he lodged the missing
report on 14/06/12 in P.S. Karsog. Now he came to now that Kishori lal
S/O Sh. Jagar nath Sahani R/O Vill. Panapur Buhar and Muni Lal

Khelkufri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML
country liquor from the possession of Pukar Singh S/O Sh. Ram Krishan

5. Case FIR No. 151/12 dated 19/06/12 U/S 342,382,323,120B IPC has
been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Surinder
Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Vill. Sarakan PO Tibbi Tehsil Tibbi Distt.
Hanumangarh Rajasthan who is electrician by profession and he was
called by his elder brother to Manali who is working at Manali and on
17/06/12 he along with Rewat Ram and Rajesh left towards Manai by a
taxi and when they reached at Bhiuli one persons signaled to them for
lift and he told that I am going to Kullu if they accommodate him he
will paid Rs. 300/- . On this they accommodated him in their taxi and
about 2/3 KMs ahead he told them his house is nearby & upper side the
road and he will brought his clothes and on his request they also went
along with him to his house and they all sat inside his house in lower
storey. Some time after three persons came there bolted the door and
started their personal search. Complainant has Rs. 40,000/- in his
pocket which was taken by these three persons and thereafter they
locked them along with taxi upper storey of the said house. Next day
one person namely Rakesh @ Raku demanded Rs. 2 lac from him and when
he refused they all beat him up. On 19/06/12 morning driver of taxi
requested to them to release him and they released him. Thereafter
Rakesh @ Raku gave his account number and told to them to deposit Rs.
10,000/- in his account. On this Rajesh SMS to his home and told to
deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the account of Rakesh @ Raku and
after depositing of Rs. 10,000/- in said account they released to
Rajesh Kumar. On 19/06/12 he conveyed the entire episode to his
brother and thereafter they lodged an FIR in P.S. Sadar Mandi. Accused
