CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No.112/12 dated 19/05/12.U/S 451,323,506,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gurcharan Singh S/O Sh. Gurdayal Singh R/O Tarna H. No.336/11 Thanera Mohalla Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi( HP) that on 19/05/12 at about 9.30 PM five persons came in an alto car for taking meal in his restaurant and after taking their meal they refused to pay the bill and they damaged the crockery and glass of the door of his restaurant and also beat him up. ASI Sawranroop Singh I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF MURDER

2. A Case FIR No 82/12 dated 20/5/12 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O village Gadhachh PO Rakol Sub Tehsil Nihari Distt Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/12 he was working as labourer in primary School Gadhachh at 5 pm after leaving his work he was going to his home and when he reached near the house of Sh. Bhagat Ram he heard some noise and he went there and saw Kaula Ram S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram Vill. Gadhachh was carrying a stone in his hand and threatening his parents. On this all resident of the locality also came there, they caught above Kaula Ram and brought him to his room and there said Kaula Ram revealed out that he threw his 3 years old son Sunil Kumar from Odidhar. On this he went along with other villagers to Odidhar and saw that Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Kaula Ram was found dead near about 300 feet down on a hill slope at Odidhar. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. A Case FIR No 83/12 dated 20/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Iagat Ram village Banesh PO Dharmour Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/12 at 5 AM a M/Cycle fell down from the road near his home. On this he went on the spot and found that rider of M/Cycle (HP31A-5422) namely Mani Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram Village Sadhai PO Churag Tehsil Karsog was lying there in injured condition. On this he called on 108 and sent him to CH Karsog for treatment. HC Ranjeet Singh No 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No 80/12 dated 19/5/12 U/S 379,411,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I/O P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/05/12 was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 30 bags of cement of Govt. Supply from the possession of Baldev Singh & Bhagat Ram both S/O Shankar Singh R/O Village Bari P/O Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). CASE OF HURT

6. Case FIR No. 144/12 dated 20/05/12 U/S 324,323,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Ner Dhangu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/05/12 at about 11 PM he was sleeping in his room, in the mean time some persons called him outside and when he came out from his house they all beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 19/05/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Nath S/O Sh. Balam Ram R/O VPO Langna Tehsil Jogindernagart Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 18-19/05/12 some unknown culprits stolen away golden jewelry and cash of worth Rs. 10,000/- from his house. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 83,400/-. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF POISONING

2. Smt. Barhami Devi W/O Sh. Mehar Chand vill Kothi Ropa PO Thina Gallu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi died on 18/05/12 due to consumption of some poisonous substance. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HEART ATTACK

3. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Nettar Singh R/O vill Hawani PO Broti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi died during the intervening night of 18-19/05/12 due to heart attack. Postmortem of the dead body of the deceased was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 17/05/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daljinder Kumar S/O Sh. Purshotam Lal R/O VPO Balghar Tehsil & Distt Kangra (HP) that he is working as driver in HRTC depot Kelong and 17/05/12 he was on his way from Manali to Katra with HRTC bus which was bound from Manali to Katra and when he reached at Dhelu more at about 10.20 PM, in the mean time a maruti van No HP37B-3307 came from Chauntra side very rashly and struck with his bus and broke the mudguard and bumper of his bus. 3. Case FIR No 125/12 dated 17/05/12 U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lala Ram S/O Sh Paushu Ram R/O Sadoh PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 17/05/12 at about 6.30 PM, Ram Lal and his mother Barfi Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. 1. Case FIR No 123/12 dated 16/05/12 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Kripal Singh I.O. of PS Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rakesh Kumar @ Kalu S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Banali PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. 2. Case FIR No 124/12 dated 16/05/12 U/S 419,420 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh Nand Lal R/O Village Parchhu PO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that Smt. Prabhi Devi and Smt. Parwati Devi were married in the past with late Sh. Ganpat Ram. Smt Prabhi Devi died during the year 1989 and Smt. Parwati Devi is still alive. Now the name of Smt Prabhi Devi has been tempered with as Prabhi Devi @ Parbati in the record and Smt. Parbati Devi is still getting the pension of late Sh Ganpat Ram fraudulently. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 48/12 dated 17/5/2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Hari Dhavle S/O Sh. Hari Sabli Ram Dhavle R/O CBD Belapur Shri Arpan Society Room No. 402 Sec 14 New Mumbai that on 16/05/2012 at about 12.00 PM he and his family members and other neighbours (about 35 persons) were coming from Katra to Manali by Bus No.(CH03P-1818) Golden Travels Which was driven by Om Prakash S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Pathanpura Muhalla Saharanpur (UP). On 17/05/12 at about 3.50 AM when said bus reached nearby Megal then the driver of said bus lost control over it and due to rash and negligent driving it struck with a hill and thereafter it was down into the road and three passengers namely Rashal Disuja, Neha Dhavle and Chandu Thouari sustained injuries. 4. Case FIR No. 143/12 date 16/05/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhuvneshwari Devi W/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Batehta PO Brokhmani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Goverdhan Pal, his wife Bunti Devi and his sons Bhushan Kumar and Inder Pal obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 121/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 498A, 323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Pushpa Devi W/O Sh. Vikramjeet R/O VPO Mundkhar Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur at present VPO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married during the year 2008 with Vikramjeet and they have one issue from their wed lock. From the first day after her marriage Vikramjeet, Shaligram, Manjeet, Sandeep, Surita Devi all R/O VPO Mundkhar and Nirmla Devi, Nand Lal both are VPO Bhokkar Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Distt. Mandi that on 13/05/12 at about 8.30 PM, he was coming to his
home and when he reached nearby school at Rakhoh, in the mean time
Bhagi Rath, Suresh Kumar, Surender Kumar, Gyan Chand, Shankunla Devi
and Om Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No
413 I.O. of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No 119/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered at PS Sarkaghat by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur that
today at about 1 AM he received information telephonically that a
Nano Car A/F met with an accident near Tarohla. On receiving this
information he visited the spot and found that a one Nano Car A/F
fell down about 70-80 feet downward from the road which was driven by
Sh. Rohit S/O Sh. Chintamani R/O Matehar PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt Mandi HP and he was sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP
Dharmapur is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 108/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O
Sh. Poshu Ram R/O Sukkakun PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on
13/05/12 at about 09.30 PM he was going to his home and when he
reached at Sukka Kun, he was obstructed by by Sant Ram R/O Kun and
he beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

1. Case FIR No.107/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal, M/S Sidhu Ram & Sons, Gandhi Chowk Mandi that on 12/05/12 at 9.30 AM he opened the lock of his shop & put his suitcase & bag in his shop, after few minutes he did not found his suitcase and bag in his shop. Some books, documents, cloths and a leather small bag having Rs. 24000/- as cash were kept in above stolen suitcase by the complainant. HC Vijay Kumar No.405 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Manju Kumari W/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O Saryal Chowki Taleli PO & Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that she is working as Anganwari Worker at Saryal Chowk Taleli. On 11/05/12 she locked the door of above anganwari centre and on 12/05/12 morning she fond that the lock of above anganwari centre was broken by some unknown culprits and they stole away one gas cylinder along with regulator and gas pipe. Approximately cost of above stolen property is about Rs. 2,000/-. ASI Gulab Singh I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Gulab Singh I/C PP Dehar that on 12/05/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Taleli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Bhagi Ram S/O Sh. Sudama Ram R/O Khanokhar PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 13/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Sharma S/O Sh. Leela Dhar R/O H. No. 401/1 Ward No. 5 Sain Mohalla Mandi that on 12/05/12 he was on his way from Mandi to Chandigarh by a taxi (CH02-3074) along with other two persons and when said vehicle reached at Harabag, in the mean time a tipper (PB65M-5483) came from backside very rashly and hit above taxi from back side. In this accident he along with other all occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 13/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Marchu Ram R/O Rathawali PO Toun Bharari Devi Distt. Hamirpur that he is driver with truck (HP34-4326) and on 13/05/12 he was going to Barmana to Kamand and when he reached at Kangu, in the mean time a Hywa truck (HP31B-0963) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with his truck and driver of above hywa sustained injuries.ASI Jashbir Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Bhim Sain all R/O of VPO Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi have were arrested by HC Prem Singh No. 75. I.O. of P.S. Padhar who were wanted in case FIR No. 47/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 380,34 IPC.

CASE OF THEFT

7. Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal, Asstt. Engineer Doordarshan Anurakshan Kendra Mandi that on 03/50/12 he along with technician Kamlesh Chand visited the Doordarshan Kendra Samsoh and during the course of checking they found that some unknown persons stolen away change over unit having approximately cost of Rs. 40,500/-/ HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bahi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 570 ML country liquor from the possession of Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Vill. Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sadwal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 63000 ML country liquor from the possession of Dutt Ram S/O Sh. Sihanu Ram R/O Vill. Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
