CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill. Dahundi PO Nagchala balh that on 06/04/12 at about 8.15 PM he was crossing the road at Bagla, in the mean time one M/Cycle (HP33B-5959) came from Nerchowk side and hit him. HC Lal Singh No.  80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 56/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daler Singh S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Radda Bhkher Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 at about 06.30 PM he was present along with Anil Kumar in the shop of his uncle Mangu Ram at Bir road, in the mean time Sonu and Monu Barwal also came there. Some time  after Mast Ram, Rinku and one another person came there and they all beat him along with Anil Kumar and Anil Kumar became unconscious. ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 40/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bhuma Devi W/O Sh. Dhameshwar Dutt R/O Vill. Thunagla PO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 she was going to her home and on the way Tari Devi W/O Kamal Dass R/O Thunagla PO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4.     Case FIR No 53/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Khanna S/O Sh. Sukhdev Chand Khanna R/O Mahalakshmi Enterprises Bhojpur Tehsil and P.S. Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 at 4.20 P.M. was standing in front of his shop at Bhojpur, in the mean time a truck No (HP66-2504) came from Lalit chowk side very rashly and hit a person who was going towards bus stand Sundernagar and he sustained injuries. ASI Sharwan Kumar I/C Traffic wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5.     Mehar Singh @ Khukhlia S/O Sh. Sodhu Ram R/O Taridhar PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi arrested today by ASI Sohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog who was wanted in case FIR No. 44/12 dated 18/03/12 U/S 409, 420 IPC.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER 

6.     Case FIR No 86/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 307, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Pooja Devi  W/O Sh Shanta Kumar R/O VPO   Gharwasra  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that she was married with Shanta Kumar 4  years ago. After 6 month of her marriage her Mother-in-Law and Father-in-law had started to torture her. Today  her husband went to Answai and  at about 8.30 AM her mother-in -law came into her room and started abusing her and sometime after  her mother-in law sprinkled kerosene oil upon  her in the present of her father-in law and thereafter she set her on fire through a matchbox and brunt her. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No 84/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 147, 149, 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Pawan Kuamr S/O Sh Sukh Ram Village Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Satkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 06-04-12 at about 8.30 PM Om Prakash, Jiwan Ram, Santosh Kumari, Brahmi Devi, Bimla Devi, Bhag Singh, Manju Devi, Abhinav, Abhishek, Prabhi Devi,  Jayoti and Param Jeet entered in his house and beat him up. CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No 85/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Santosh Kuamri W/O Sh Jiwan Lal R/O Village Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Satkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 06/04/12  at about 8.30 PM Pawan Kumar, Sharda, Krishani Devi, Prakash, Salindra , Saroj and Asha  entered in her house came and beat her up. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

1.     Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 451/342/354 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Miss Nisha Kumari D/O Sh. Man Singh R/O  vill. Panyaru PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 at about 2.30AM  she was sleeping with her sister Anita Kumari in her room. In the Rinku entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. HC Bhal Chand I.O. of Police Post Pangna is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN  PREVIOUS CASE

2.     Accused Puran Chand S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O vill. Bhuty (Chhol) PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi was arrested today by ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog  who was wanted in case FIR No. 44/12 dated 18/03/12  U/S 409, 420 IPC.

3.     Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 341, 342, 323, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Gaurav Kashyap S/O Sh. Gokal Ram R/O VPO Dalabali Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla at present Karan Niwash Housing Board Sanjouli Distt. Shimla that on 03/04/12 at about 02.30 AM when he reached at Reliance Communication Gutkar, in the mean time Manoj, Durga Dass and Vrikam obstructed his way and beat him and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

4.     Case FIR No. 39/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Hariman R/O Fangwar PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 04-05/04/12 some unknown culprits stolen away 75 Nos. iron plates from Dehar. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 30,000/-. Mandi HP that on 04/04/12 at 6.00 AM he was present in his home. Lekh Raj S/O Diwan Chand R/O Serlakhabu PO Khabu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi entered in his courtyard and threatened him and his family. ASI Vijay Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

2.     Case FIR No. 55/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 353/332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sarvesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dilbag Singh R/O Nangal Chowk Gurnwar Tehsil Dehra Distt. Kangra (HP) at present posted as Constable in 6^th I.R.Bn. Kollar at Nahan Distt. Sirmaur and temporary posted in 3^rd I.R.Bn. Pandoh. On 30/03/12 he was deployed for fair duty at Jogindernagar. During the intervening night on 04-5/04/12 he was deployed for cultural program duty along with other police officials and at about 11.40 PM after receiving information of quarrelling near wine shop Jogindernagar he went along with team of police officials headed by SI (Prob.) Harnam Singh on the spot and when they reached at the spot, Saurabh Guleria S/O Sh. Yash Pal Guleria R/O Vill. Thakrehera PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi came there and caught him, tried to beat him. Above mentioned accused Saurabh Guleria has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of. P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3.     Case FIR No.  36/12 dated 05/04/12  U/S  379 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Thakar Dass S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O  Sudhrani PO Khalbahan Sub Tehsil Baalichowki Distt Mandi HP that 04/04/12 at about 10.30 PM he heard some noise outside his house and when he came out he saw that telephone cable was cut down from the pole which was lying on the surface. On this he made called loudly who had cut down the telephone cable. On this Giri Raj, Ramesh Kumar and Mine Ram came on spot and found that two boys were loading rolls of telephone cable in a Pick up jeep. After hearing their voice those boys sped away from the spot. After checking of a pick-up (HP49A-0483) along with his above mentioned associate they found that two rolls of wire were loaded in above vehicle and two rolls were lying nearby above vehicle which was possessed by Yog Raj Sharma S/O Sh. Dave Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Dhameuli PO Plach Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowk is investigating the case. 

CASE OF HURT

4.     Case FIR No 83/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 325/323/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Vijay Rana S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Village Dhayan PO Mashran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi on 29/03/12 at about 11.45 PM   Sunny S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Barchhwar and Vikkey R/O Banu beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HEART ATTACK

5.     Sunder Lal S/O Sh. Gokal Anand R/O Shanei PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi posted as  Shastri in GSSS Shankar Dehra died due to heart attack who was delared by MO of C.H. Karsog brought dead. Proceeding U/S  174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Karsog.

6.     Case FIR No. 73/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 341/323/506/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harsih Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Nasler Banot PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Raku along with his two associate obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

7.     Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 379/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Pal S/O Sh. Hukam Ram R/O Dhar PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi at present watchman in SEE Wire Industries Souli Khad Mandi that two boys  (out of them one’s name is  Badal) stolen away three iron pipes, one angle iron and two pieces of grill of iron. 8.     Case FIR No. 38/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 325, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dole Ram S/O Sh. Shoukru Ram R/O Vill. Thanuta PO Shilibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 03/04/12 Devinder Singh beat him and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

9.     Today Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Sh. Mangal Sing R/O Segaldug PO Pali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi reported in P.S. Padhar that her brother Narender Kumar was missing from village Garlog since December, 2011 and he has not been traced out till date.

CRIME REPORT 4 APRIL

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

                                               

1. A case FIR No. 72/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and  187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kishore Kumar Verma S/O Sh. Ram Lal that he was going to Kataula by his M/Cycle (HP33A-8046) and when he reached near Pullgharat, driver of car No. (HP76-1600) turned his car suddenly and struck with his M/Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of TTR wing is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION  

 

2. Case FIR No 51/12 dated 03/04/12  U/S 353,332,504,212,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Groudu P/O Kalkhar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi at present driver with  HRTC bus which was bound from Tulah to Shimla. On 03/04/12 at 1.10 P.M. when he was going from Tulah to Shimla and when he reached at Sundernagar Bus Stand he stopped said bus for boarding and un-boarding of passengers. Some time after he started said bus, two persons were standing in front of his bus. He blew the horn for clearance of the passage. On this they both manhandled him and beat him up. One person was caught by the officials of HRTC staff and handed over to the HHG Dharam Singh who was on traffic duty at Bus Stand Sundernagar but said Dharam Singh sent him away. SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HANGING.

 

3.      Today at about 08.30 AM Pradhan G.P. Bhaur informed telephonically that Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Udham Singh R/O Halel PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi died by hanging herself in her house. SI Madan Lal along with party visited the spot and postmortem of the dead body was carried out at C.H. Sundernagar. After postmortem dead body was handed over to her relatives and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was also conducted by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

 

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND INTIMIDATION

 

4. Case FIR No 81/12 dated 03/04/12 2 U/S 498A, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Smt. Priyanka W/O Sh.  Pradeep Kumar Vill. Bhadehad PO Kuja Balh Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Pradeep Kumar during the year 2008. After three months of her marriage her husband Pradeep Kumar, father-in-law Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Parma Ram, Mother in law Neema Devi and Brother in law Sanjeev Kumar started to torture and harass her and they also demanded more dowry from her parents. ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No 82/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 147/149/325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Babita Devi W/O Pradeep Kumar village Chandesh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi HP that on 02/04/12 she was beaten by Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram, Santosh Kumar S/O Prabhu Ram, Geeta Devi W/O Prabhu Ram, Seema Devi W/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar and Meena Kumari  W/O Sh.Santosh Kumar and MO of R.H. Sarkaghat opined grievous hurt as per MLC received from R.H. Sarkaghat. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

 DEATH DUE TO FALLING

 

6. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill. Khalag PO Loungani Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi died on 03/04/12 due to felling down from the house ladders of his house during the intervening night of 02-03/04/12. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of Police Post Dharmpur.

7.      Case FIR No. 99/12  dated 03/04/12 U/S  341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Gurdas R/O VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 03/04/12 when he was constructing a retaining wall, his elder brother Chaman Lal came and beat him up. HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Mandi that 03/04/12 his brother Sukh Ram obstructed his way and beat him up.   HC Sharwan Kumar No. 42 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND FORGERY

 

9. Case FIR No. 101/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 409,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.s. Balh on the written letter  received from the S.P., SV &ACB Central Range, Mandi that  Ram Chander S/O Sh. Lalman R/O Rigar PO Rajgarh Distt. Mandi the then Secretary, Koyla  Bhagwati Sewa Co-operative Society Rajgarh Distt . Mandi has cheated upon the members of Society and the Co-Operative Bank Nerchowk by not depositing the amount of installments deposited by the loanees and by getting the outstanding loan waived off  and causing wrongful loss to the tune of Rs. 43803/- to the state exchequer. SI Rajinder Singh I/O of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S  20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S.  Balh that on 03/04/12 at about 9.15 AM when he reached  Reliance Communications at Gutkar with police party he found that Gaurav Kashayap S /O Gokal Ram R/O VPO  Nankhari Distt. Shimla standing along with Sh. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Sh. Durga Dass Manager Reliance  Communications and other security persons. During personal search of aforesaid Gaurav Kahsayap he recovered 10 Gram cannabis (charas) from his pocket. ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 50/12 dated 03/04/12 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Massadi Ram S/O Sh. Padam Ram R/O Khilra PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi HP that on 31/03/12  at about 8.00 PM  he was present in his cow shed, in the mean time Suresh Kumar S/O Tulsi Ram R/O Khilra P/O Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar entered in his cow shed and beat him up.   HC Ravinder Singh No 863 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 71/12 dated. 02/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on  complaint of Smt. Shanta Devi W/O Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 30/03/12 she went to Z.H. Mandi along with her husband for taking her X-Rays test/examination. During the course of taking X-Ray she removed her Mangal Sutra, Chain and ear ring of gold and put them in her purse. A set of mobile and cash of worth Rs. 2500/- was also available in her purse.  After X-Rays she found that her purse was not there and she suspect that her purse along with above articles was stolen away by Dalip Singh who carried out her X-Rays.  H.C. Inder Singh I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 20-61-85 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI  Trilok Chand I/O of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police near police station Karsog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 35 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Bhupal Singh S/O Sh.Adam Ram R/O Vill. Mahog PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by SI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Karsog.

2.      Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Raeb Singh R/O Vill. Kelodhar PO  Presi Sub Tehsil Nihari Distt Mandi (HP) that on 31/03/12 Chet Ram, Tara Chand, Kumaru Ram and  Kalu Devi obstructed the way of Uma Dutt, Jhanu Ram, Meena Ram and  Chhabi Ram and they also beat them up and they sustained injuries. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION 

3. Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Smt. Bhadri Devi R/O Vill. Sakor Tehsil Sadar Distt. mandi that on 31/03/12 his minor daughter Shilpa went to GSSS(Girls) Mandi to whether she has passed the examination of 9^th class or not but she didn’t came back to home. He suspects that Gagan S/O Sh. Man Singh resident of the same locality kidnapped/abducted his daughter. SI Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 324, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Geeta Devi W/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Vill. Dhadwahan PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 at about 8 PM she was sleeping in her bedroom, in the mean time her mother in law attacked upon her with sharp weapon and she sustained injuries. CASE OF DEATH DUE TO ILLNESS

5. One Dumnu Ram S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O VPO Bhangartou Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi died due to illness on 01/04/12. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.

6. Case FIR No. 53/12 dated 02/04/12 U/S 324,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balwinder Singh S/O Late Sh. Ram Dass R/O Tain PO Ootpur Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 Meena Devi, her daughter Renu, sons Jitender and Vikku beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Govind Ram  I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 54/12 dated 02/04/12 U/S 324,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Late Sh. Prem Singh R/O Tain PO Ootpur Tehsil Lasdbharol Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 Balwinder S/O Sh. Ram Dass resident of same locality beat her up along with her daughter Renu. ASI Govind Ram I/C PP Ladbharol is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No. 80/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Gaiari Bhaderpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/04/12 he was going to his home, on the way Uttam Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Pounta and Dinesh Kumar S/O  Sh. Gian chand  R/O Bahi PO Pounta obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ajeet Singh I/C PP Hattli is investigating the case.

PREVENTIVE ARREST

9.      Dharampal S/O Sh. Traharu Ram R/O Village Sanour PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi  arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. on 01/04/12 by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of  PP Dharampur  who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

1. Case FIR No.56/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Chet ram S/O Sh. Kalel Singh R/O Vill. Mana PO Pressi Distt. Mandi that on 31/03/12 at 6.45 PM Jhanu Ram S/O SH. Kundan R/O Kelodhar, Chabi Ram and Bega Ram beat him and his brother Kehar Singh and they also threatened both of them with dire consequences. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 52/12 dated 01/04/12 U/S 354, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Dimple W/O Sh. Subhash Chand R/O Lower Bhambhla PO Bhambhla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that her husband is running a mobile repair shop at Ladbharol bazaar and they are residing in rented quarter in the house of Kali Dass. On 31/03/12 at about 10.30 PM she was going to her kitchen, in the mean time Roshan Lal came from back side and caught her and Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Kali Dass also came there and he caught her form her arms and tried to outrage her modesty. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 IO of PS Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Bhikham Ram S/O Chand Ram R/O Padhru P.O. Baggi Distt.Mandi that he is driver with a HP31-1927 and Kundan Lal is conductor with said truck. On 31/03/12 at about 3.30 PM he parked the above truck nearby his house, in the mean time Kundan Lal conductor of said truck came there and drove it away towards Baggi and when he reached near Gharwasra mod said truck fell down from the road due to negligent driving by Kundan Lal and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh IO PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Bijender Singh S/O Sh. Sukh Dev Singh R/O Arthi PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 31/03/12 at about 8.15 PM when he was going to his house by his car(HP-33B-7306) and when said car reached Bhangrotu, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP-14A-5052) came from Mandi side and collided with his car. Due to which rider of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF POISONING

5. Deepa Devi D/O Ami Chand R/O Sakrain PO Tanehar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) consumed some poisonous substance and died. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. A case FIR No. 55/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 16-1-14 Ex-Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Karsog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML country liquor from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Chandu Ram R/O Village Bassi Tehsil Chachiot C/O Kanwar Lal Gupta VPO Karsog. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Om Prakash IO of PS Karsog.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR N0. 35/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 31/03/12 when he was on patrolling along with police officials at Kohlu, he recovered 9000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Kanhiya Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Seri PO Moviseri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I/O PS Gohar.

8. Case FIR No. 36/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 31/03/12 when he was on patrolling along with other officials Kathala, he recovered 18000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Devi Ram S/O) Sewak Ram VPO Moviseri Tehsil Chachoit Distt. Mandi (H.P.) Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I/O PS Gohar.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No. 37/12 dated 31/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 31/03/12 when he was on patrolling along with other officials at Charidhar, he recovered 69750 ML Country Liquor from Charidhar. ASI Jeet Singh I/O of PS Gohar is investigating the case.

10. 75 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,100/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 21 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
