CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No.270/16 dated 25/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Late. Sh. Devi Ram R/O VPO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/16 he alongwith his wife were going to the cowshed, in the mean time Sita Ram S/O Sh. Kali Dass came along with his two sons namely Raj Kumar & Om Prakash and his brother Jagdish Chand, obstructed his way and beat him alongwith his wife and they sustained injuries. HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 184/16 dated 25/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Galu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Gaurav Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Galu PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF
3 Case FIR No. 260/16 dated 25/10/16 U/S 341,506,427IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Parkash R/O Bahot PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi(HP) that on 25/10/16 when he reached near poultry farm by his Car(HPB-5759), in the mean time another Car (HP31B-2165) came very rashly from behind and cross his car and stopped ahead of his car and driver of said car threatened him with dire consequences. HC Harbans No.68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMININAL TRESPASS, HURT, RIOTING , CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF
4 Case FIR No. 294/16 dated 25/10/16 U/S 451, 323, 147, 149, 504,506, 336, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Gaunu Ram R/O Gulayla PO Patrighat Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/16 Rinku , Rumla Devi, Krishan, , Kalu, Bhup Singh , Deepa & Tanu all the resident of Gulayala PO Patrighat Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP), entered in his courtyard, beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences.HC Jamal Deen No. 04 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

Khum Ram R/O Gulayla PO Patrighat Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/16 Gulab Singh obstructed his way and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Jamaldeen I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
