CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 164/15 dated 18/10/15 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Byasa Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Hira Lal R/O Vill. Basahal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/15 at about 07:30PM she was present at her home in the mean time, Maya Devi W/O Sh. Shali Ram ,Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Shali Ram R/O Vill. Basahal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  entered  in her courtyard  abused and beat her up. They also threaten her with dire consequences.  ASI Sukesh Kumar I/O  PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 165/15 dated 19/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC &  U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O Aproach Road PO Dool Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/15 at 10:15PM he was going to his home along with his cousin namely  Karan in the mean time a  Mahindra Jeep(HP53-9285) came rashly  from Mandi side and hit to him  alongwith  three other persons, and sped  away from the spot  whiche was driven  by Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dilvar Ram R/O Vill. Lulani PO Dharer Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP). ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

3          Case FIR No. 156/15 dated 19/10/15 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  written complaint of    Sr. Superintendent of Post, Distt. Post   Office Mandi  that   Sh.  Nok Singh  S/O Sh. Jai  Ram  R/O  Keoli Post office Sunah Lumbathach Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  made  misappropriated  Govt. money  amounting  to  Rs. 8,69688/-  by  using  forged  documents   when   he     was  posted  as  a  Gramin  Dak Sevak at  Sunah  Lambathach  under Sub Post Office  Thunag. ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

4         156  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 21,700/- was recovered  and  9 challans  were  issued under  COTPA  and   fine of Rs.  1100 /-  was recovered  and  2  challans   were issued  under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
