1 Case FIR No. 90/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Achhru Ram R/O Vill. Kothi PO& Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/15 at 03:00PM he was sitted on the road side at Kothi in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP76-1552) came from Mandi side and a car No. HP34A-4818 came from opposite side and collided with each other. In this accident 04 persons sustained injuries. ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 258/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Shanker Ram R/O Vill. Dauhndi PO Nagchala Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/15 at 04:30 PM he was going to his home in the mean time Arjun Singh obstructed his way, beat him and threatened with dire consequences. He sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 229/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Nadar Dev Vill. Sai PO Saigaloo Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/15 at 02:00PM a person namely Narayan Singh Vill. Sai obstructed his way, beat him and threatened with dire consequences. HC Amrit Lal I/O PP Kotli is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 230/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Tota Ram Vill. Naun Dhar PO Sadhyani Tehsil Balh Disttt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/15 at 11:30PM he was at Sauli Khad and in the mean time a Mazda tuck came from Mandi to Pandoh side and hit him. He sustained injuries in this accident. ASI Govind Ram I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 231/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal that on 28/09/15 at 06:15 PM he was patrolling along with other Police officials at Jail Road Mandi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15750 ML English wine from the possession of Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Joginder Singh R/O H/No. 73/3 Near Kusum theatre Jail Road Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Lal I/O PP City Chowki is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 243/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Lakari Ram R/O Thouna, Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/15 Bimla Devi & Dinesh Kumar resident of the same locality obstructed her way , beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
7 Case FIR No. 244/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 146, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar by HHC Balwant Singh No. 487 TTR Sundernagar that on 28/09/15 he was on traffic duty at Point No. 2 , in the mean time he heard the sound of Dharna at Bus Stand side and some of the activists who were gathered there set the effigy on fire and also ran away from the spot . 8 Case FIR No. 245/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 279, 337 , 201 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Chaudhary S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Tarot PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/15 he was present at home, in the mean time a Motor Cycle ( HP31A-0936) came rashly and collided with another Motor Cycle (HP31B-9773) . This incident occurred due to rash and negligent riding of both riders. HC Tek Chand No.03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernanar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
9 Case FIR No. 153/15 dated 28/09/15 U/S 143, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by Const. Kuldeep Singh No. 326 that on 28/09/15 at about 12:30 some activists namely Ajun, Tej Singh , Nek Chand , Ajay Sood , Aman Deep , Manu & Ajay Saklani gathered at Pathankot Chowk and set the effigy on fire. SI Sandeep Choudhary Addl. SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

10 238 Challans were issued under MV Act and fine of Rs. 39,700 /- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
