CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 102/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bandna Thakur W/O Sh. Ramesh Thakur R/O VPO Kamlah Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present teacher in GPS Sandhole that on 17/04/13 a car (HP28-7350) hit a girl namely Anchal D/O Sh. Onkar Chand R/O Vill. Upper Lasrana PO Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) and she died on the way to C.H. Sandhole. ASI Amar Nath I/C P.P. Sandhole is investigating case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 92/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh that on 17/04/13 he received an information regarding accident and visited the spot. On reaching the spot he found that a truck (HP33C-0814) fell down from the road about 90 meters down from the road at Paprahal due to rash and negligent driving by truck driver who was rushed to hospital. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 17/04/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Kamal Singh R/O Tikkar PO & Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur at present C/O Raj Kumar Thanehra Mohalla Mandi that on 17/04/13 Ujyant along with his two friends obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

4. 106 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18500/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
