  CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 123/12 dated1/11/12 U/S 61of Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that on 1/11/12 at about 10:30PM  he was conduct Nakabandi at  Chailchowk along with other official of Police staff then during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 18000ML Country liquor from the possession of Narotam Ram from his Car No.(HP32B-0522).Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jeet Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 

2          Case FIR No. 323/12 dated 1/11/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Urmila devi W/O Sh. Parmanand  R/O Mundra P.O. Balt  Distt. Mandi  that on 1/11/12 at about 12:30PM Bimla devi, Vidya and Pushpa Devi obstruct her way and beat her up.ASI Thakuru Ram I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3          Case FIR No. 295/12 dated 01/11/12 U/S 325IPC has been registered in P.S.sadar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O SunderLal R/O BadiDharP.O.Katindi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 25/10/12 he went to SouliKhad to collect the charges of cable connection  from the Diwan Chand but he refused to pay the charges and beat him up.HC Anil Kumar No. 406 I/O of  P.S.Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 290/12 dated 01/11/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by ASI Ajit Singh that on 1/11/12 on an information he went to Dhawan then he found  one Vegnar Car No (HP33B-8535) met to an accident and  fell down about 100 mtr downward from the road  and driver of the car Chandar Singh S/O Sh Hira Singh R/O HouseNo. New 87/10 & Old 177/11 Tarna hill Mandi sustained injury.ASI Ajit Singh I/C  of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMAIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 291/12 dated 02/11-12 U/S 451,341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.Yog Raj S/O Sh. Sita Ram VPO Baldwara that on 01/11/12 at about 9 PM Vijay Pal Chauhan , Sandeep Sharma and some other persons entered into his house and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Hem Chand No. 883 IO of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR N.o 292/12 dated 02/11/12 U/S 341, 506 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.Vijay Pal Chauhan S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram Village Karni PO Baldwara that on  1/11/12 at about 8 PM when he was coming home and reached Baldwara        Chowk  in mean time  Rajesh Rao, Kuldeep Rao obstruct his way  and  also threatened with dire consequence.ASI Ajit Singh I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating the case .

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

7          Case FIR No. 176/12 dated 02/11/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh. Udya Singh S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Kaneri PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 1/11/12 he went  to Shima by Vehicle No (HP 30-2769) and at about 7:30PM he was coming back  by same vehicle  and reached near by  Nagrawn in mean time Devi Singh S/O Sh. Anant, Duni Chand S/O Surat Ram, Bindu S/ODamu  Ram obstruct his way and beat him up . ASI Jhabe Ram I/C of  PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8          57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13000-/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and  1 challan    issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs.100-/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
