CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 78/12 dated 14/8/12 U/S ,323 324,34 IPC has been registered  in PS Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Tambo Devi  W/O Shukal Dev  R/O  Vill. Mathaniul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/8/12 at about 4.15 PM Deena Devi and her daughter- in- law Poonam beat her up. ASI Charan Singh I/O of PS Padhar is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2. Case FIR No. 134/12 dated 15/8/12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Guddi Devi W/O Late Sh. Gouri Dutt R/O village Banoun PO Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/08/12 Gian Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O village Banoun obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF UN-IDENTIFIED DEAD BODY

3. On 14/08/12 an un-indentified male dead body was recovered from Pandoh Dam which was kept for identification in Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of Police Post Pandoh.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 211/12 dated 15/08/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that today he was going on his way at Jamsai, in the mean time Ranjeet Singh and his brother Surjeet R/O Lakhankothi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND’S RELATIVES, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 218/12 dated 14/08/12 U/S 498A, 323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bandna Sharma W/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Vill. Dhotha PO Rajwari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was married with Prem Lal S/O Sh. Heera Lal during the year 2002 and they have two daughters from their wedlock. Soon after her marriage her husband started torturing her and on 04/08/12 her husband beat her up brutally and she sustained injuries. SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 217/12 dated 14/08/12 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tarun Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Vill. Chalah PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 13/08/12 he was present in his shop, in the mean time Rinku S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Syahal PO Gagal entered along with his friends in his shop and they beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Binny Minhans I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

7. Case FIR No. 219/12 dated 14/08/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sumit Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sdar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 13-14/08/12 some unknown culprits stole away cash worth Rs. 7000/- along with a mobile set of Samsung make from his house. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 11,000/-. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 220/12 dated 15/08/12 U/S 324,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tejender Kumar S/O Sh. Nettar Singh R/O VPO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 14/08/12 Beshar Singh came to his Dhabha and asked for dinner and he dined to him as there is no food available with him at present and he is going to close his Dhaba now. On this Beshar Singh attacked upon him with a bottle of glass and he sustained injuries. Pradeep Kumar tried to escape him from the clutches of said Beshar Singh but said Beshar Singh also beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

9.      82 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
