CASE OF MURDER

1.      Case FIR No 85/12 dated 24/05/12 U/S 302,201,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Fateh Singh S/O Late Sh. Kamlu Ram R/O village Bhalwani PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that he has four brothers and one sister and  all of they have been married and they are residing separately. His elder brother Chand Lal @ Shankar's son Hans Raj @ Rishu working as a “Gur” in a temple at his home and said Hans Raj @ Rishu was living with one lady namely Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Jalam Ram R/O Bhalwani  which  is always objectionable to his father Chand Lal @ Shankar.  On 04/05/12 he went to Parour at Palampur to attend religious affairs i.e. “Radha Swami Satsang” and returned back from there on 06/05/12. On reaching his native place Smt. Rajni Nayak Pradhan local Gram Panchayat told him that his brother Chand Lal @ Shankar is missing  and missing report has already been lodged in P.S. Balh by his son Hans Raj @ Rishu. On 10/05/12 dead body of his brother namely Chand Lal @ Shankar was found in BBMB lake Sundernagar which is identifed by him and his brothers Paul Singh and Mohan Lal. Now he doubts that his nephew Hans Raj @ Rishu and his friend Suraj S/O Kashmir Singh R/O Dadour murdered his brother and there after they threw his dead body in BBMB lake. SI Rattan Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. Both the accused persons have been rounded by police.       

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 81/12 dated 25/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tirath Ram S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal  R/O vill. Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindenagar Distt.Mandi H.P that today he was reading newspaper at his home. In the mean time a M/Cycle (HP 29A 1941) came from Jogindernagar side and struck with a  stone on the road side and rider of said M/Cycle fell down and sustained injuries. He called the ambulance 108 and took the rider of said M/Cycle namely Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O vill Masouli PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi to CH Jogindernagar for treatment.  ASI Pursotam Dass I.O. of  P.S. Jogindenagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

3.      Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O vill Hiyun PO Nalyana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat and  Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Narain Singh VPO Surjpurbadi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by HC Choudhri Ram I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat. These both accused are being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.                    

CHALLAN

4. 91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16500/- was recovered under M.V. Act,  12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered  and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
