CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND’S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 120/12 dated 19/04/12 U/S 498A, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Chet Singh R/O Magar Padharu PO Aggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 18/04/12 she was sleeping her room along with her daughter, in the mean time her husband came in drunken condition, drag her out from her room and he beat her up along with her father-in-law and mother-in-law and also demanded more dowry. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No.121/12 dated 19/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Mohini Devi W/O Sh. Keshav Singh R/O Vill. Kheri PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/04/12 she along with her son were going to her house, on the way Savitri Devi, Sarwan Kumar and Mahshwaru Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42 is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 19/04/12 U/S 341, 223, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sawanu Ram S/O Sh. Khayli Ram R/O Vill. Kherari PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/04/12 at about 07.30 AM he along with her wife Maheshru Devi were going to their house, on the way Keshav, Shyam Lal and Jagu obstructed their way and beat him up along with his wife and they sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No 67/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Kamal Kant no. 860 I.O of P.S. Karsog that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Badharnu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of Gian Chand S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Bhadranu PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No 94/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bag during the course of patrolling he recovered 870 ML country liquor from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Ajit Singh R/O Bag PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No 95/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Mohinder Singh I.O of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bakarta and during the course of patrolling he recovered 375  ML country liquor from the possession of Deep Ram S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Vill. Bakarta PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Mohinder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.      Case FIR No 96/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Badoi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250   ML country liquor from the possession of Roop Lal S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Badoi PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No. 886  I.O. of P.S. Sarkagaht.

CHALLANS

8. 89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered  and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
